No kettle for hot water or no cups to make hot drinks . Fridge is dirty and there are leftovers from previous customers. Bathroom always wet , water leaking from pipe.

• Banuka (9/5): Superb - I had a fantastic stay at Eazy Hotel. It's incredibly convenient with easy access to restaurants, hospitals, coffee shops, bus stops, and shopping malls. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is delightful. Recommended! The outside noise can be quite disruptive, especially with the loud hum of the outdoor unit of the AC. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected; you could feel the springs of the mattress, which affected the overall sleep quality.

• Nur (7/5): Good - There are quite a lot of parking lots, i am not sure the other day, but my trip is on sat-sun. The bed is spacious and even a single bed is enough for two people. Toilet cleanliness. Aircond not cold enough. Just enough to drain your sweat but u will not shiver unless u stand in front of it for several minutes on a lower degree. The iron board is not flat enough. It gives me difficulties while ironing my clothes. Hope my complaint got notified and improved

Lokasi senang cari tapi parking sangat susah.. Tapi staff mmg baik... Untuk proses check in n check out mmg cepat..
