Hotel niewyróżniający się na tle pozostałej zabudowy, ale należy traktować to jako zaletę - jest bardzo dobrze zabezpieczony przed osobami trzecimi! Poza tym bardzo dobre śniadania, pyszna kawa, a gościom towarzyszy przyjacielski kot. Czasami niestabilne łącze internetowe. Poza tym brak zastrzeżeń.

Havalimanından sabah saatlerinde geldik. Check in 15:00 olduğunu biliyordum ancak sabah 08:00 civarında havalimanından otele geldiğimizde otel kapalı idi, dolayısıyla saat 15.00'e kadar valizlerimizle ortada kaldık. Ayrıca otel yetkilileri ile konaklama öncesi yazışmalarımız hiç bir şekilde cevaplanmamıştır ve varışımız sonrasında da iletişim kurmak mümkün olmadı.

• Texas Dave (1/5): Fraudulent "property". Don't get scammed like we did. - I don't believe this is an actual property but is a front for a scam. Made a prepaid reservation through Booking.com months in advance. Erroneously selected the incorrect day. Contacted the hotel repeatedly through Booking.com to correct. No response. Tried to call their listed phone number. Disconnected. Tried to call the other number I found on the internet. No one answers and no voicemail. Get the picture? I ate the loss and booked an actual property on the necessary day. Literally, the day before my stay while we were already on the trip, Stardust finally responded that any changes would require contact through Booking.com. This is a lie. I repeatedly tried to contact them through that method and they ignored each and every one. I don't believe the property even actually exists. Likely just a call center in Nigeria. Lots of other honest options. You've been warned.

Chambres grandes et équipée de frigo, micro ondes et vaisselle. Les chambres sont peu lumineuse car les vitres donnent sur le couloir, les rideaux sont donc toujours fermés. Forte odeur de désodorisant dans la chambre, literie très molle (peut être que notre chambre!) et mobilier vieillissant. Le prix est excessif donc le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon, mais c’est comme partout à cette période à Miami Beach!

• Jean-François (8/5): Bon pour un très court séjour si votre critère le plus important est le prix. - Emplacement: génial! Proche de la plage et d’Ocean drive sans avoir l’inconvénient du bruit de cette rue achalandée. Le personnel: l’accueil était très chaleureuse. Le personnel au petit déjeuner était courtois. Petit-déjeuner: C’était bien mais sans plus. Ce n’est pas la grosse gastronomie mais ça fait le boulot. Ils préparent une omelette très basique et il y a quelques fruits, yogourt, céréales, croissants et pain à griller, jus d’orange et café pour compléter. C’est sécuritaire, l’hôtel a une entrée à code en dehors des heures d’ouverture de l’accueil. Ils fournissent des serviettes pour la plage, c’est bien! Petit-déjeuner: Si vous ne parlez pas espagnol, vous aurez de la difficulté à communiquer avec le personnel du petit-déjeuner. Également, si vous n’arrivez pas à l’heure d’ouverture du petit-déjeuner, il se pourrait qu’il manque des éléments car ils ne remplissent pas. (Ex: croissant) Propreté: Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité désagréable dans la chambre, malgré la fenêtre qui était ouverte à notre arrivée. Les taies d’oreiller semblaient propres mais elles avaient des taches noires. Nous avons également vu des excréments de souris sur le rebord de la fenêtre.

• jose (8/5): - Fue sencillo acceder a la habitación con self check in. Me compartieron videos explicando paso por paso. Tuve que cancelar mi reserva varias veces por problemas con mi vuelo para llegar a Miami, y siempre tuvieron disposición para re agendar. Me gusto la apertura y flexibilidad del personal para solucionar y buscar alternativas. El desayuno, bien. Tenia lo necesario para arrancar el día, y el personal de cocina muy amable. El nivel de respuesta por whatsapp en ocasiones fue lento, me genero algo de ansiedad, pero en cuanto respondían, todo bien al aclarar dudas. El deposito por daños sentí que era elevado $200, aunque estaba consciente del monto y que se iba a reintegrar. Al ingresar a la habitación había mucha humedad encerrada, entiendo que es normal en south beach pero llego a incomodar un poco. Sin embargo al abrir ventanas y encender el AC mejoro. La limpieza en general de la habitación bien, la de las sabanas podría mejorar.

Nous étions 3, Chambre 305 propre, spacieuse et ça sentait bon. Les lits étaient super confortable, excellent oreillers. Chambre faite tout les jours. Très calme. Cuisine avec micro onde, frigo etc. Excellent emplacement à 2 min à pied de la plage, bus, restaurant, ocean drive etc . 20 min à pied de target et publix ( supermarché). Le prêt de serviette de plage gratuitement. Très sécurisé. Pas de clé, c'est à code ( pas de risque de perdre la clé ou la carte). Les rideaux très épais nous avons donc bien dormi dans le noir. La clim, coffre fort, et beaucoup de rangements pour les vêtements. Fer et table dans le placard. La présence de Chichi le chat à l'accueil qui nous faisait des câlins chaque jours. Très bonne Wi-Fi, parking à 3 min à pied pour 20 dollars les 24 hrs. Je recommande fortement. De ne pas jeter le papier dans les toilettes. Pas de garde de bagages, mais vous avez un local dans la rue derrière, nous avons payer 36 dollars, pour 3 valises, 1 sac, 3 manteaux.

Las personas que trabajan en este lugar son muy cercanas y cálidas, excepcionales en su trato. Las instalaciones muy confortables y el desayuno buenísimo!

Csendes, mégis egy rövid sétával megközelíthető a part, az éttermek, tömegközlekedés, minden. Problémánk is akadt, azonnal segítséget kaptunk. A reggeli megfelelő volt. Szellőztetni ablakkal nem nagyon lehet, de az ajtó kitámasztásával megoldottuk.

• Paola (9/5): 2 nights stay, I was by myself but Blas and Suzy have helped a lot to make me feel happy and safe - Super nice location as you are just a step from ocean drive with less noise and less flashing ligths. The room is really spciouse, good air conditioning, bathroom with a window, even if you can not open the big window in the room you have an opposite smaller window in the kitchen area that can be opened and when you open the door of the room you are on a sort of common terrace where you can also sit. Bed was very confortable. Thanks a lot for everything guys, hope to visit again! Could be nice to have reception service in the mornings as well.

L'emplacement est parfait central à 3 min à pied d'Ocean Drive, des restaurants et 4 min de la plage. Le déjeuner est copieux et typique génial. Le petit manque de propreté

• Thomas (1/5): Go somewhere else. It’s a joke this hotel. Terrible staff. - The room was massive and great location. Very strict rules on checking in and when we arrived exactly at 3pm like they said in the check in instructions … Blas and Suzy had us waiting almost an hour outside in the humidity to check in and still had the audacity to tell us we had to check out at 11am despite their terrible job skills which delayed our check in…. The breakfast is a joke. 2 little eggs with cheese and 1 strip of bacon… they had some poor house keeper cook everyone’s omelettes and clean our rooms without any help. Super small breakfast area and extremely limited food options…. Everyone was appalled in the breakfast area and quickly would leave once seeing the limited terrible breakfast options. For the amount we paid it was not worth the stay. Should’ve gone somewhere else.
