Denis (5/5): No recomiendo este hotel, hay mejores opciones en Bogotá. - La decoración de los Beatles es original, el desayuno es muy rico y variado, la ubicación es más o menos buena, con opciones para comer, sólo evitar el restaurante hornitos que está cerca. Este hotel tienen el gran error de cobrar como si fuera de lujo cuando no lo es, el personal de recepción es distante y con un trato discriminatorio, en el desayuno un mesero nos gritó por tomar la comida cuando nadie nos dió indicaciones, las habitaciones huelen muy mal y les falta una limpieza profunda, las sábanas no parecen lavadas, en la cena nos negaron el servicio cuando en recepción nos dijeron que cerraban más tarde y tuvimos la desgracia de ir al hornitos cercano donde nos cobraron doble.

grimaldos (6/5): Descubrimiento - El alojamiento era cómodo y limpio, excelente vista. Espacios debidamente acomodados. un detalle importante el televisor de la habitación no contaba con las aplicaciones de Netflix o prime que se pueda permitir usar el usuario propio para entretenimiento.

andrea (3/5): Staff is to nice for the place. - Good breakfast The door on the bathroom got stuck, we had to switch rooms 'cz it didnt open, the New room had a problem with the foset of the shower, and didnt switch us to a new one. Plus i pay the entire bill the fisrt day, and they charge us by mistake almost 100USD more, one week has pass and i still dont get my money back.

Maria (10/5): Excelente localidad, variedad en los desayunos, y el personal muy amable. - El lugar, cómo estaba decorado. Todo estuvo súper bien. No tenemos ninguna observación, el personal excelente y muy pendiente de las personas que se hospedan ahí.

Emisael (9/5): Fue casi todo perfecto, con algunos detalles pero nada mal - Todo el hotel es cómodo, y la atención fue buena Bueno a la llegada me estaban cobrando un seguro de un supuestamente era por algo de booking y no le entendí ya que en ningún otro hotel me habían cobrado ese seguro, al final no lo pagué y pagué el monto que era el que me correspondía, además el hotel no da agua de bienvenida en la habitación y colocan una agua y al final te la cobran no está bien especificados eso. Y el agua bien costosa 14.000 pesos colombianos un litro de agua
egemen (8/5): Konum, kalite ve temizlik açısından fiyatın hakkını veren bir kuruluş. - Sıcak içeceklerin masaya servis edilmesi çok hoş. Otel genel anlamda temiz, düzenli ve çalışanlar tamamı güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Odalarda ısıtma sistemi olmadığından soğuktu. Hotel servisi battaniye sağladılar, portatif oda ısıtıcısı günlük kiralama sistemi olsa çok iyi olurdu.
juan carlos (5/5): - el servicio en el restaurante es de gran calidad, el personal esta siempre dispuesto a solucionar tus necesidades, la variedad del desayuno, el lugar limpio muy agradable, es una de las fortalezas del hotel hubo una situacion con la habitacion ya que no sabiamos que en el 8 piso del hotel se realizara fiestas y otras actividaes sociales y en el septimo piso donde hay haitaciones se escucha el ruido de la musica que es muy fuerte se escuchaban incluso fuertes sonidos en el techo de la habitacion, nos toco pedir cambio de habitacion a las 11 de la noche imaginense, me pregunto que hubiera pasado si el hotel hubiera tenido total ocupacion y no hubiera habido alguna habitacion libre? nos hubiera tocado aguantar la bulla, el ruido de la musica y el ruido en el techo de habitacion y no hubieramos podido descansar
