- Nancy (9/5): - Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel, hoch über Karlsbad. Einchecken und Parken erfolgte problemlos. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Parkservice mit Deutschkenntnissen. Mit der im Preis inkludierten Standseilbahn schneller Transfer in den Ort. Frühstück ausreichend und lecker, jedoch nicht außergewöhnlich. Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet, schöne Aussicht und Balkon. Sehr sauber, nettes Reinigungspersonal. Das Hotel hat Charme, ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und besonders in den Zimmern an einigen Stellen abgewohnt. Den Etagengängen fehlt es an Dekoration und alles wirkt kühl. Der Poolbereich ist für die Größe des Hotels zu klein und nicht zeitgemäß. Viele verrostete Stellen, defekte Whirlpooldüsen, unbequeme Liegen, ungemütliche Atmosphäre. Trotz bestehender Kritikpunkte, war es ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt, jedoch für ein 5 Sterne Hotel im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu hoch angesetzt.

- Evgeny (9/5): - Готель з традиціями. Давно мріяв тут зупинится, тому, що колись багато років тому, тут відпочивали мої батьки. Розташування на пагорбі, вид на Карлови Вари, 5 хвилин на фунікульорі до центру міста. Прекрасна, доглянута територія. Кімната була - так як на фото, всі відповідає дійсності. Сніданки, обіди - достатньо, різноманітно, місць у ресторані достатньо, один раз вечеряли теж - зауважень немає. Безліч лікувльних, водних процедр, спа, басейн сауна. В готелі виведена мінеральна вода, але рекомендую набирати з джерел у місті Непогано було б оновити приміщення басейну, ну і так десь по коридорах, кімнатах - підфарбуати, десь освіжити. Фунікульор - лише до 19.00, тому далі або пішки вгору або транспортом.

Obsluha jak na recepci, tak v restauraci, pokojské, u procedur - vždy bez výjimky milý a příjemný personál. To, že na maminku čekala na pokoji kytka a láhev Bohemia sekt bylo předem z mé strany objednáno, ale i tak děkuji. Nicméně to, že druhý den, kdy jsme měla narozeniny, přišel portýr a přinesl přání od hotelu a láhev vína, to bylo krásné. Nemám co vytknout.

Qualità della colazione: molta varietà di cibo salato,uova,affettati ma molto meno nel cibo salato. I succhi come succo d’arancia o di mela di bassa qualità o allungati con acqua.Una struttura simile dovrebbe avere succhi migliori. Anche se il personale della funicolare per raggiungere l’hotel in collina non dipende dall’hotel ma dall’azienda di trasporto locale devo sottolineare di aver trovato signore molto fredde,poco gentili con i turisti,brusche che rasentano la maleducazione tranne una ragazza giovane;veramente poco disponibili le altre al contatto con il pubblico.

Wrócimy jeszcze! - Bardzo eleganckie wnętrza, duży wygodny pokój, duża łazienka, bez zarzutu działające Wi-Fi, bardzo miły personel na wszystkich szczeblach od Pań sprzątających, kelnerki ( kelnerów) barmanów, recepcję i kierownictwo. Duży wybór potraw na śniadaniu. Bardzo ładna i ze świetnym jedzeniem, super uprzejmym kelnerem restauracja Paris. Śliczna i bardzo miła kelnerka Pani Simona w restauracji głównej. Kolejna zaleta to dwa korty tenisowe. W centrum sportowym jedyny wyjątek to nieuprzejma Pani na recepcji ale tylko jedna, która pracowała w dniu 28 kwietnia ok. godz. 12. Kolejka, która wozi gości do centrum i z powrotem czynna tylko do godz. 19. Strome około 1 kilometra podejście do hotelu z centrum.

- Blecha (6/5): 5 hvězdičkový hotel, kde vnitřní zařízení odpovídá 3-4 hvězdičkovému hotelu, výrazný nepoměr vysoké - Pěkná lokalita s výhledem na Karlovy Vary, pěkné zahrady, možnost parkování, budova je impozantní z venkovního pohledu, výborná dostupnost kabinkové lanovky, spojující lokalitu s centrem Velmi vstřícná a ochotná slečna na recepci Vnitřní zařízení, opotřebování chodeb, ošlapané, místy špinavé koberce na chodbách , schodištích, výtazích, bazén už má své za sebou, nedostatečný počet lehátek, 1 malá sauna pro celý hotel, s nekrytou sprchou, ochlazovací bazének se špinavou vodou. Nikdo u vchodu nebyl, kdo by mohl zaparkovat auto, později jsme pány viděli před recepcí, vzhled vysloužilých taxikářů ( nemohly by mít sjednocené oblečení?...) Pobyt v hotelu je nabízen ve slevomatu, tak i charakter hostů tomu odpovídá.

Samstag Abend haben sie Livemusik, unser Zimmer lag direkt darüber , was mehr als ärgerlich war . Es wäre wünschenswert, vorab das mit dem Gast abzusprechen und auf Wunsch ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten.

A piscina fica aberta até tarde, mas ao sair não havia NADA para jantar, zero opção nos restaurantes e não havia room service. Falamos com os garçons meia hora antes de fechar e eles não fizeram o mínimo do esforço para resolver nosso problema. Fomos para o quarto comer snacks do frigobar. É um absurdo em um hotel deste porte.

- Andreas (9/5): Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder Buchen. - Ein sehr schönes und rustikales Hotel mit eben solchem Charm. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück, in schöner rustikaler Umgebung, ist umfangreich und lecker. Der Ausblick vom Balkon über den Ort ist wunderbar. Dafür ist der Aufstieg etwas anstrengend, man kann eben nicht alles haben. Die kostenlose Standseilbahn ist zwar sehr bequem fährt aber leider nur bis 19 Uhr. Der Parkplatz ist eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig und für seinen Zustand zu teuer. Wir kennen viele Hotels wo es für diesen Preis eine Tiefgarage gibt.

- Sergiy (9/5): Aufenthalt im Hotel Imperial - Das Spa war sehr gut. Besonders war die Physio Therapeutin im Zimmer C51 SEHR kompetent, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und das Essen war sehr vielfältig. Der Empfang am ersten Tag war nicht sehr nett und nicht aufmerksam, an der Rezeption. Uns wurde nicht genau erklärt wie was läuft und im Nachhinein mit den Augen gerollt.

Frühstück reichhaltig und im Restaurant Paris sehr leckeres Essen a la carte. Der Saunabereich ist veraltet - Umbau dringend erforderlich, passt nicht zum Rest des Hotels.

Der Beruf begleitet einen das ganze Leben lang, da sollte er schon etwas Freude bringen In einem fünf Sterne Hotel sollte es möglich sein, exzellenten Kaffee zu bekommen, lauwarmer Filterkaffee oder ein winziger Kaffeeautomat sind unangebracht

Obergeschoss kaum vorhanden, da kleine Fenster im Dachgeschoss (Hinweis: beim Buchen kein Stadtblick gebucht, bei späterer telefonischer Absprache wegen zwei nebeneinander liegenden Zimmern wurden 2 Zimmer mit Stadtblick in der 6. Etage versprochen); ich hätte mir hier einen Hinweis gewünscht, dass die Aussicht eingeschränkt ist Sauna: nur eine Sauna, kein separater Ruheraum, Einstieg in das Tauchbecken für ältere Menschen schwierig Abendprogramm: nur Samstag, ein wenig mehr Live-Musik wäre wünschenswert, ggf. Vorträge Karlsbad…
- Katerina (6/5): - Good breakfast, beautiful building and good location. The hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5-star stay. The bed was uncomfortable, and although the bathroom was spacious, it only had a bathtub without a proper shower setup or screen, which made the whole bathroom wet after every shower. There was only a coffee machine in the room, so making tea was not practical as it tasted like coffee. We stayed for 6 nights, and the bedsheets were not changed during our stay. The staff were generally not very friendly, and the older gentleman with dark hair in the bar was particularly unfriendly. The bar itself did not feel welcoming. Parking cost around €21 per day on top of an already expensive room, which did not reflect 5-star standards. Overall, it did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience.
