- Caroline (8/5): Sugestões e reclamação - Contato com natureza Sugestões: 1- Na nossa suite poderia ter uma escadinha para acesso ao deck da porta de entrada. 2- Já nos hospedamos em pousadas que servem café da tarde, com opções reduzidas do café da manhã, mas que foi uma experiência bem agradável, seria interessante caso vcs tivessem também. Reclamação: Em 2 noites da nossa hospedagem, as hóspedes vizinhas fizeram barulho com conversas e risadas altas, bem como som alto ( caixa de som JBL) que se ouvia de dentro do nosso quarto, com a porta e janela fechada. Em alguns horários optamos por ficar dentro do quarto. Recomendo que se deixe mais claro nas orientações da hospedagem o silêncio e cuidados com excesso de barulhos, já que os quartos são muito próximos uns dos outros. É desagradável ouvir as conversas dos hóspedes vizinhos. A recepcionista Andressa foi solícita, mas não dependia dela, os horários de barulhos ocorrem entre 17h até às 22h, depois desse horário às hóspedes saiam para a "balada

A casa é confortável e atendeu nossas expectativas em termos de hospedagem. Houve uma discrepância importante entre o anunciado e a realidade: embora o Booking indicasse café da manhã gratuito, foi cobrada uma taxa de R$ 30 por pessoa/dia pelo serviço. Seria importante que essa informação fosse esclarecida na descrição do anúncio para evitar surpresas aos futuros hóspedes.

Obras ao lado estraga ambiente e tranquilidade. O dono tinha pousada vazia mesmo assim manteve preco alto e nao deu um upgrade e nos colocou no quarto mais reba.
