• Amjad (1/5): Uncomfortable, low quality furniture, see through curtains that has everyone’s eyes on you all day. Wouldn’t recommend - The bed was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had in terms of the mattress itself, I was worried that the bed will break every time I turned over. The covers on the window are extremely see through and you have no privacy if there are workers next to the window they can see everything, they saw me changing multiple times, one of the worst things I’ve experienced in a long time, would not recommend

Las habitaciones destacan por su gran limpieza y por ser amplias y cómodas, perfectas para descansar después de un día visitando la ciudad. Todo estaba muy bien cuidado y preparado con detalle. Además, los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a hacer la estancia más agradable. Su cercanía y hospitalidad marcaron sin duda la diferencia. También merece la pena destacar la buena ubicación y el ambiente acogedor del alojamiento. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para disfrutar de Roma con comodidad y tranquilidad.

La ubicación es un lujo, está todo muy cerca y te puedes mover incluso a pie para dar un paseo por esta hermosa ciudad. Cristiano ha sido maravilloso, muy amable y siempre atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Sin duda lo volveremos a escoger para nuestra próxima visita a Roma. Near the property are very good restauran - The host was amazing, the property was spacios, cleaned everyday of our stay. The air conditioning was amazing, there was a fridge as well. The bathroom was a little bit small, but has everything you need. The only problem was that is a little bit noisy in the morning when the other guests are goind out, but it's not such a problem.

• Bernardeschi (10/5): Fumata bianca - Devo essere sincero, ottima in tutto , dell'accoglienza, sia il signor Michele , sia il suo collaboratore Cristiano, non solo si sono fatti in 4 per accontentarci in ogni nostra possibile richiesta , ma si sono spinti anche oltre dispensandoci di consigli su tutto ciò che riguarda la Roma turistica che culinaria. La struttura, per altro nuovissima, spiccava per ordine e pulizia. La posizione strategica, un passo da san Pietro, dalla fermata della metro, Ottaviano, e circondata da locali e ristorantini della vicinissima piazza Risorgimento.. tra l'altro per me che ho problemi di celiachia, un passo dalla " soffitta" ristorante dove il glutine non ha permesso di accesso! Che dire uno sballo! I prezzi veramente contenuti, cortesia e disponibilità e gentilezza! È possibile dopo il check out lasciare ben custoditi i bagagli in struttura.. Consiglio quindi vivamente il pernottamento in questa strategica struttura.. Sinceramente non ho riscontrato assolutamente nessun lato negativo

• Andrea (9/5): A great location and very responsive staff, good value for money. - The location is perfect, walking distance from Underground (Ottaviano) and from the direct Fiumicino bus line (Via Crescenzio). Staff was responsive and very friendly. Bed was comfortable. The room I was offered was very small, to the point even opening the suitcase was challenging. This was presented for double occupancy, but it would be sensible to offer it for single occupancy with a smaller bed, leaving some space for distributing one's stuff. I haven't seen other rooms, so this comment refer specifically to the room I was offered. I had specified double occupancy in my reservation, but for personal reasons I ended up occupying it by myself.

Staff was kind enough to welcome us, even though we arrived at 22:30 with no extra cost whatsoever. The room was clean and spacious. We communicated via Whatsapp and they also provided us with a PDF with useful info. Would definitely stay there next time! The useful info PDF could be a bit better written; it was hard to read. Towels are changed every second day, which was not a problem for us really. Everything was great, really! :)

• Wioleta (7/5): Perfect location, but the room could use some improvements - We really liked the location, very close to the Vatican. During our week-long stay we walked almost everywhere and only used the metro twice, which shows how convenient it was. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well, and just opposite the property there’s a place called Mari-Prati which I’d recommend for a quick bite. The room was big enough for us and the bed was fairly comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too big for my liking so I ended up sleeping without one. The duvet could also have been a bit warmer as the nights were still a little cold. At first we were missing a couple of things like teaspoons and a wine glass, but once we mentioned it they brought them quickly, which we appreciated. We also received a message with recommendations for the area, which was a nice touch. Communication was generally fine, but since there’s no reception on site we had to confirm the exact time of our arrival in advance. It’s understandable as it’s not a hotel, but still something to keep in mind. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, with some mould visible in places, and overall the cleaning could have been better. Mugs and glasses were always left unwashed. The fridge in the room was also very noisy, I honestly can’t imagine sleeping next to it without earplugs, which luckily I had. It was also leaking a little, so we placed a towel next to it. The cleaners must have seen it but it stayed there for almost a week, even on days when towels were replaced. The sliding bathroom doors were another issue, especially after a shower they were very difficult to open. A couple of times I struggled so much that my partner had to help me from outside, which felt a bit worrying if someone was staying there alone. The shower pressure was also quite weak and the shower head could probably use replacing. On top of that, the room wasn’t very soundproof and you could clearly hear people in the corridor outside.

Колизей на метро - 15 минут и вообще все главные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Отличный, доброжелательный персонал, чистый и комфортный номер. Позже скинул списки музеев, магазинов, кафе и ресторанов, транспорта. Мне предоставили номер с широкой кроватью, как я и просила. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные, хорошего качества. Очень удобный матрас. Чайник, чай и сахар очень пригодились в позднее время заселения. Уборка номера проводилась каждый день, поэтому в номере было ощущение чистоты и свежести. Красивый внутренний дворик с апельсиновыми деревьями. Осенью планирую опять здесь остановиться
• Özge (8/5): - Konumu, temizliği ferahlığı çok güzeldi. Vatikana zaten çok yakın. Diğer gezilecek tüm yerlere yürüyerek gittik çok yakındı. Oda temiz ve ferahtı. Apartmanda asansör oluşu gayet güzel. Etrafta bir çok cafe restoran bulunuyor o anlamda gayet merkezi bir yer. Tek sıkıntı yastıklar rahatsızdı. Alçak yastıkta veya yumuşak yastıkta yatamayanlar için konforsuz olabilir.

• Daniela (10/5): Volveré a Roma y volveré a Romerooms - Lo bien situada q estaba , metro a 6 minutos , podía llegar a todos lados caminando en poco tiempo , al rededor tenía super mercados . , bares , restaurantes . Todo muy limpio cambiaban mis toallas y basuras todos los días .
