- Liliana (8/5): I will be back -
- Christina (3/5): - No satellite TV. The restaurant was not open for lunch and closed early for dinner. The restaurant was also closed on Sunday. The reception staff was not present. I had to ring a bell to get office staff to get hold of the reception staff to help me to book out.
In the evening, before I booked out, I had a drink in the restaurant (that was open). The service was not great. I had to get up and call the waiter from the kitchen counter to get service.
A male who was (what I was told by the female staff afterwards) known to cause problems before was allowed into the restaurant, and after my interaction with him, I had to ask to be moved to a new room because this person had my room number. I felt unsave.
I will never stay here ever again.

- Memory (1/5): Very very bad.I am so disappointed 😞 - I was allocated one. The receptionist was very cold, he told me breakfast was not of the package 😒 and the kitchen is closed. This was mentioned when I made bookings because I wanted to have one that's why I chose the place. How I was treated regarding the breakfast issue. Mote the guy whom I kept on greeting he kept quite. I don't know if he's the security guy or what. He was sitting on the chair in the entrance of the rooms I was staying in.
- Felicia (1/5): I booked two nights but could only stay one night because of the discomfort and hygiene. It was really dirty - It’s in the city centre The room they gave us was dirty. Tops had traces of sugary drinks. The shower was dirty the toilet dirty. The bathroom was so small and uncomfortable.
- Bassin (9/5): Highly recommend the lodge, overall one of the better ones we have stayed at. - Location was central and perfect for us, the cleanliness in the rooms was of the highest standard. The matresses were very uncomfortable and the dining room on the Friday night only had about 5 dishes they could offer our group of 19 people.
