- Magallanes Ibarra (3/5): No lo disfrutamos tanto - La tina de baño y la mascota No se respeta lo que dice la publicidad, no incluye desayuno (se paga aparte), no hay wifi y no lo mencionan, al inicio dicen que el check out es a las 12 pm con 30 min de tolerancia para salir y el día de salida te escriben que la salida es a las 11:20 (una hora antes de lo que estaba descrito), no revisan que todo esté bien (no teníamos luz en la lámpara principal) mobiliario incompleto (somos 4) cocina solo había 3 bancos y en la terraza solo lugar para 2

- Ana paula (4/5): Cabaña no tan limpia - La naturaleza del lugar La cabaña no estaba limpia, tenía detalles de que no se hizo el aseo correcto. Tome la escoba para barrer y salió bastante basura y bichos muertos como si no hubieran barrido bien. No teníamos Internet y el último día llevaron un módem a las 8pm y salíamos al día siguiente. La gerente no tiene tacto para tratar a los clientes es mejor empleada Natalia la de recepción ella si fue muy amable en contestar nuestras dudas, Natalie tiene todas las habilidades para ser la gerente ya que jamás se molesto por las cuestiones que tuvimos sino todo lo contrario fue muy amable. Las cabañas no son tan cómodas y no descansas porque se oye mucho ruido desde las motos qué pasan en la madrugada perros ladrando y por ser de madera rechina la parte del tapanco.

There was jut an issue on our first day....before we arrived at the hotel I called to confirm our reservation and the receptionist told us that the check in was until 2:00pm, so we decided to go for a walk downtown. After 2:00pm, we arrived at the hotel and noticed the cabin wasn't clean yet. I had to call reception twice in order for them to send the cleaning lady! and it took more than an hour for the room to be ready.
