A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 55 inches will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.
When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup.

- pollutro (8/5): Overall our experience was amazing. The entry to the Safari and Vin Wonders was great. - Everything from the breakfast to the bar was exceptional. Staff were very friendly which made out experience fantastic. The pool was amazing and cooler that the ocean, which was great. Could be a touch cooler though! ;-) Entry to the Safari and Vin Wonders was great to have and the bus service around the 3 main points of interest was well run. There was not anything that we would complain about except for the smell of smoke wafting through the hallways. I understand that this is not the hotel fault and they tended to it as soon as the problem was raised. However, lingering and more smoke was smelt after that.
- 병태 (4/5): 사기당한 느낌 - 조용하고 시설도괞찮고 편히 쉬기에 좋았다.헬스장도 좋았고 스파와 수영장 모두 만족. 해변에서의 시간도 즐거웠고 시내및 골프장 이용도 좋았고,골프비도 저렴하여 좋았다. 점심과 저녁 해변가 식당및 바를 이용했는데 분명히 식사비를 현금으로 지불했는데, 현금으로 지불한것을 룸 차지로 돌려놓아서 황당했다.(5건중 2건은 잘처리됐고 3건이 문제가 있었음) 난 룸차지가 되는줄도 몰랐다 이건에대해 숙수에서 피드백 해주기로 했는데 아직 연락이 안온다.

- Marianna (5/5): Csalódás - Rendszeres buszjárat Grandworld-be ahol sok étkezési lehetőség van. Bőséges reggeli választék, szép medence, de a használt fertőtlenítő igen kellemetlen ízű szájba kerülve. 70 nyugágy van körülbelül 500 szobához, ami nagyon kevés. Az orosz vendégek reggel 7-kor lefoglalták az összeset, úgy, hogy délig ott sem voltak. A tenger vize a harmadik naptól kezdődően erősen szennyvíz szagú volt, így már bele se mentünk. A szobák tágasak, de a fürdőszobák lassan már felújításra szorulnak. Rendszeres buszjárat Grandworld-be ahol sok vásárlási lehetőség van. Az érkezésünk előtt 3 nappal a hotel levonta az 5 éjszaka szállás teljes díját. Érkezéskor ismételten kifizettem a teljes díjat. Az angolul nehezen érthető, és rosszul beszélő recepciós azt mondta, hogy az előzetesen levont összeg a deposit, amit majd vissza fogok kapni. Ezt a díjat távozáskor nem kaptam vissza, ezért két hét múlva reklamáltam a hotelnél. Elismerték, hogy kétszer fizettem, de azt a választ kaptam, hogy 30, 40 nap múlva utalják vissza a pénzemet. Több levelet is váltottuk, azokban udvarias semmitmondó válaszokat kaptam. A pénzem visszautalását csak 40 nap után indították el, és azt pontosan két hónap után kaptam vissza úgy, hogy a Booking.com -nál és a bankomnál is reklamáltam.

Imali smo i problem sa uslugama koje smo koristili.

Very friendly reception by front desk greeter. There is not much else to do at this part of the island, as far as I know. Grand world is nice, but it's limited, all shops sell the same items.

Однозначно вернемся и с удовольствием рекомендую! - Просторные номера в классическом стиле, идеальная чистота в номере, шикарный панорамный вид на океан (мы жили в coral wing), большой бассейн (мы не пользовались, но выглядит красиво и он был весьма популярен у других отдыхающих), просторная и очень ухоженная территория отеля - все сделано со вкусом и с любовью. Лучший на мой вкус пляж (мы были на нескольких): хорошо оборудованный, чистый, да, песок не белый, но скнорклинг возможен прямо с берега и есть что посмотреть). Разнообразные завтраки, шикарное вечернее барбекю с хорошим выбором морепродуктов и очаровательным огненным шоу. Доброжелательный персонал. СПА по цене несколько выше аналогичных процедур за пределами отеля, однако сделано очень красиво, поэтому у меня не возникло вопросов, за что именно переплата. Отель очень удобно расположен: автобус ходит регулярно в течение дня в ближайший городок (Grand World), парк развлечений и сафари, но при желании можно и пешком прогуляться. До противоположной части острова (района Sunset) около часа на такси или мопеде. Нельзя вынести даже под залог за пределы отельного пляжа/бассейна пляжные полотенца. И купить их в магазинчиках при отеле также не получится. Поэтому если планируете выезды на дайвинг/снорклинг, с собой лучше захватить свои пляжные полотенца или заранее озаботиться покупкой (для нас стало сюрпризом, мы не были готовы)

В номере чисто, уютно, порадовало наличие ванны. На этаже стоит кулер с питьевой водой. На пляже лежаки с зонтиками, море спокойное, чистое. Если пройти чуть подальше по берегу, можно лежать практически в одиночестве. Отдохнули с удовольствием! До кафе, магазинчиков и развлечений надо идти минут 15 или ехать на электробусе. Для нас это не было проблемой, но вдруг кому-то важно

Пляж один из лучших на острове, народу нету от слова совсем, по сравнению с югом острова. 1.Уборка номера, приходилось каждый день по 10 раз ходить просить, чтобы убрали номер, на таблички на двери никто не обращает внимания. 2. Отель для релакса и тихого спокойного отдыха, как по мне, больше подойдёт романтикам и пенсионерам любящих тишину. 3. Отсутствие какой-либо детской анимации для детей, уставшая от жизни детская комната! Детям будет скучновато, к примеру соседний Рэдиссон, постоянные пенные вечеринки и дискотеки вечером на пляже, гораздо веселее, но тут опять таки, кто что любит.

Чистый пляж, чистая вода, песчаный берег , очень плавный вход в море. Не так много людей на пляже , в соседнем отеле - all inkl и там Сочи ) мы там в волейбол играли Номера плюс минус нормальные , но матрасы я б уже поменял - поскрипывают В коридорах такое ощущение что ты в советском отеле 80го года без ремонта. Кошмар Завтраки однообразные абсолютно. Очень много индийский, вьетнамской и китайской еды, я для себя найти ничего почти не мог, фруктов мало - арбузы и дыни , приходилось покупать и манго и папайю. Однажды хотел попробовать паштет из индейки - думал отравлюсь , просто порченный был. Вобщем. Едой все плохо. С детьми вобще наверное проблема будет. В соседнем шератоне кормят лучше (заходили туда ). Анимации нет , волейбола нет. На скутерах носятся персонал очень близко к плавающим туристам - безопасность в этом смысле на нуле.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Before arrival, we requested a baby crib, but this was not properly arranged at check-in, which caused inconvenience. During the stay, several service requests were not handled as expected for a 5-star property. A particularly disappointing moment was on April 16th, when we ordered a birthday cake for midnight. This was an important part of the celebration, but the cake was not delivered, and we were not informed in advance. On the same day, after having dinner at the hotel, our child became unwell with symptoms of food-related illness (vomiting, inability to keep food down). The condition did not improve the next day, and we had to seek medical assistance. Medical documents are available. This situation turned what should have been a special family celebration into a very stressful experience. To be fair, some staff members were helpful and tried to assist us, which we appreciate. However, the overall level of service and organization did not meet our expectations for a resort of this category. We hope the management will review these issues and improve their service quality.

Завтраки хорошие. Но надо приходить пораньше, чтобы не было очередей. Пляж хороший и море. Детская игровая хорошая. Персонал отзывчивый. Уборка номер была непосредственной. Полы не мыли вообще. Шли строительные работы и это мешало немного.

Overall prices, staff struggles a lot with English, even the basics are difficult, kids pool area are stuffed with things to upsell for very high prices, kids club is useless and they do not pay much attention to kids and mostly they are left to play on their own.

У номерах є все необхідне для проживання, включаючи одноразові засоби гігієни (зубні щітки, зубна паста, бритва, гель для гоління, гребінець тощо). На території працює кілька барів і ресторанів, а ввечері грає жива музика. Для дітей є дитяча кімната, а також окрема дитяча зона в басейні, що дуже зручно для сімей з малюками. Також приємним бонусом є безкоштовний автобус, який курсує до основних визначних місць цієї частини острова. Квитки в сафарі та парк вигідніше купувати через готель. Однозначно рекомендую!

Forgot they were looking after our 5 yr old daughter during an outdoor activity, packed up and left her to roam the grounds crying and looking for us. Many health and safety concerns from balcony, drink glasses around the pool and beach area to life guards being pre occupied or distracted renting kids float devices rather than having constant eyes looking after a massive swimming pool. Miss leading advertised pricing for the attached golf course. After booking and taking time out of our day to prepare and travel to the course was told it would cost almost 3 times the expected price because my wife was a spectator. Trying to sell a premium golf tour package for her to simply sit in the cart to follow me as a 1 ball. Would have been cheaper to pretend she was playing but cancelled the booking out of principle. Asked for some water for the room as it was forgotten during the cleaning service and turned into a drama when we were getting ready for bed. Staff actually came into our room and started looking around the room for evidence we had more water than we had stated.

They offer a free city tour bus and complimentary tickets for the Grand World show. Breakfast has a dedicated Indian section, though the taste was average. Overall, an amazing stay—would love to visit again. Include more Indian vegetarian options with improved taste.
