- Joanne (7/5): - Weve stayed before and enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, the hotel itself was clean, location is good if you don't mind a hike up the hill. The beds were very old and hard, we booked a room on our last day to stay in before the airport and that bed was much more comfortable/? Mattress topper. Could do with upgrading all the beds.

We would not stay here again - On the positive side, there is a beautiful view from the room’s balcony, free parking, and a swimming pool We were not satisfied with our stay. The room was dirty, the floor was full of dust, and there was a lot of dirt under the beds, so it is clear that the room had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The furniture was in very poor condition, as if it had been taken from the street. The walls and the ceiling were full of dead mosquitoes. Twice we were woken up in the middle of the night by very noisy neighbors shouting on the balcony. The kitchen is very poorly equipped – we didn’t even receive a sponge for washing the dishes.

W hotelu jest sklep spożywczy w którym codziennie jest świeże pieczywo. W hotelowej restauracji można zamówić jedzenie pizze sałatki itd. Hotel polecam dla ludzi młodych i z samochodem, ponieważ jest usytuowany bardzo wysoko zejście do miasta to około 35 min a wejście około godziny cały czas pod górkę bardzo męczące. Hotel ma parking. Hotel powinien zostać trochę odnowiony.

- Tymur (8/5): - View of the city is amazing, provided parking spot solves a lot of problems. Personal balcony with sea view helps to chill after long day. Noise cancellation is a huge problem, you can hear almost everything, it feels like everyone outside just staying in your room, If you are looking for a calm place to rest, it is not the best for such purposes.

Стены как-будто сделанные из картона - все очень слышно. Слышны все соседи - не только те, кто живут над тобой, но и те, что за стенами. Слышно как двигали стульями, смывали унитаз и ходили в душ и разговоры людей. Грязно. Запах канализации на кухне. Очень жесткая кровать, которая очень скрепит. Дырявые полотенца. Ремонт очень устаревший. Количество приборов и полотенец не соответствовали количеству людей, которые проживали в номере. Не удалось нормально спать - из-за слышимости в номерах, скрипа кровати и жесткого матраса. Вода в бассейне, по ощущениям, в первые дни была прохладнее, чем в последующие (когда проживало меньше людей в комплексе) и не сильно свежая по ощущению.

During the entire time I stayed, they came to clean my room 2 times in 5 days. From my point of view, they should put some protection on the bathroom drain because I woke up with 1 cockroach in the bathroom and 1 more aspect, if we still have a small kitchen in the room, they should offer 2 tea bags, 2 coffee bags with 4 sugar bags for the first day. And 1 more aspect, they put bracelets on the customer's hand for nothing because the person at the barrier never asks if you are staying there or doesn't let any car in.

Le Securitas Tony est adorable et nous informe sur les visites, la météo, etc. Le premier jour, nous avons eu des problèmes mais suite au mail adressé à la réception, nous avons eu un autre emplacement et les remercions pour leur efficacité.

- Olivier (2/5): - My stay at this hotel was awful. The room was in terrible condition — damaged furniture, high humidity, and overall it felt more like an abandoned space than a proper hotel room. I was traveling with my 1-year-old daughter, and the broken furniture was even dangerous for her due to sharp edges. When I raised my concerns, the hotel staff told me this was “their standard,” which was unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Negative - sofa bed was really uncomfortable and noisy if sharing. Kitchen not up to much and fridge was really noisy at times. Food I found poor, chips were decent. Cheese on nachos was some sort of tube cold cheese, pizzas were fine. Do not eat there KFC original chicken, absolutely vile. Overall, great for price, clean and friendly. Was good base as we drove, taxis required if travelling, although as a positive they were reasonably cheap

- Verified traveler (8/5): Bra lägenhetshotell med suverän utsikt - Bra lägenhetshotell med fantastisk utsikt ifrån aĺla balkonger/uteplatser. Vi bodde i en studio men hade en läcka i taket som vi upptäckte efter ett dygn men vi fick en ny större lägenhet samma dag. En liten nackdel är att om man ska åka in till centrum så är det lite för långt och brannt för att promenera. Vi hyrde bil så det var inget problem för oss. I mitt tycke saknades det lite köksutrustning om man vill laga sina egna måltider. Dock finns det kyl/frys/spis/mikro/brödrost som räcker rätt länge. Även det mindre minimarket på området användes några gånger. Det bästa var nog utsikten man hade ifrån lägenheten.

- Aldona (9/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay - As so many people had mentioned the view is incredible. The hotel is quite up on the hill. Many steps for people with small children and for people with restricted movement. And just one elevator to get down from the top of the studios and garage to the reception. So, before to make booking choose room carefully, the best would be to call to the hotel and ask about the room position, in which you are interested. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, just a few evenings, so, did not tried the pool. I can recommend too eat at the hotel bar as food and drinks were good. Car is advisable. Live music each evening. There was nothing that i did not liked.

I work as a hotelier so this might be a bit harsh Being an apart-hotel there was just fresh towels and bins daily. With being on the beach, etc, I hoped for a refresh at some point during our 8 night stay but nope I actually lived in this complex before and I feel it just lacks a few little basics to be elevated. Huge space just empty. The tvs are outdated The couch is barely fit for purpose No handsoap in dispensers No sweeping brush or any cleaning facilities I get that it is not hotel, but it is also far from a full self catering apartment So good but so much room to improve

Overall, while the location and staff were good, the cleanliness issues were disappointing.

- Lucy (10/5): Lovely place glad we came. - Beautiful views. Our room was spacious, it had all basic amenities to cook with. Love the shower. Bar staff were super friendly and welcoming. Great bar food. There was a parking area for our scooter that we rented. Lovely walk to the beach, taxi is only 6-8 euro back up if you are struggling. The shop has a good selection of fresh, frozen and consumables. We would definitely return. Thank you. Walls were paper thin, you could hear people use the toilet and talking.

- Donna (8/5): Little gem in the mountains.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay! - The amazing views.. unreal!!!! The modern clean, bright spacious apartments. Friendly staff. Fab too that there was two beds in the bedroom & the spacious living room so no one needed to pull out and put away the sofa bed daily (family of four). Sun beds readily available and no grappling for them or leaving towels til the last day when a group came in and changed that dynamic. Taxi from town €6-8. Walk down lovely. Walk back not for everyone but we enjoyed it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We had a sea view with another apartment in front on the lower level which took away from the view as it blocked half of it. Would recommend apartments in the front or in the 3rd level (311). Bit noisy from above but just walking around .. not a bother.

But this hotel is great, it is a bit of a hike down to town but its €7 in a taxi for 4 of us, not alot really, and kinda enjoyed being away from the madness.. i also rented a car which was handy also..

- Brian (6/5): Mediocre - Beautiful view, nice personel. Good little supermarket at the hotel. The place is very noisy with the music from the poolbar and a lot of people who likes to party. You can hear everything from the other rooms! Also people taking the party back to the hotel keeping one awake ‘till 6 in the morning. We did know about the distances, but in the end it was an inconvenience as we needed to get away from the noise daily.

- Darren (7/5): Ups and downs - The view of Costa adeje is amazing. The shop staff and the cleaners are nice. The cleaners only do half a job, although they are very friendly, the bar staff were arrogant and snappy as if they didn't want to be there, there was a few issues with the room, and the location was a 40min walk up one of the steepest hills ever. Nobody came to help with suitcases etc and had a nightmare trying to carry them up all the stairs. It is a nice walk downhill to Costa adeje but the return journey needed to be a taxi, which vary in price from €6 to €16 strangely.... A great holiday but a few things could of been better. The bald worker in the pool bar was very bad tempered and for little or no reason. Other than that it was nice place to sit and relax.

The view is incredible and there are lots of parking spots. And the hotel is quite far from all the party places. But... ...however, parties come to the hotel. Guests are completely indifferent to other people's sleep. The billiard table was right above our heads and no one cared that it sounded ridiculously loud, especially after 10 pm. Music, laughter, shouts, singing - I'm okay with it at the appropriate time. But not in the night. I used to call the reception, they have made a good job. Also, the cleaning in the room was of very bad quality.

- Jamie (8/5): Good value for money - The rooms were spacious with a great views. Facilities, restaurant and pool area were great. The reception staff were superb. My room in particular 243 was quite dusty and could do with a more in depth cleaning. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. The hotel was out of the way, 30 minute walk to the Adeje coast but we knew this before coming. Taxi €7-8
- Lianne (6/5): Good value, needs a good clean, amazing views of the town. - The pool area was nice and the view from the hotel was amazing. The rooms were large and spacious with good standard of decoration and kitchen facilities. The hotel requires a good clean, the communal areas were dusty and generally dirty. The sun beds were filthy and despite being stacked every night, the floor area was not cleaned. The rooms whilst towels were replaced every day, weren’t mopped throughout the stay. The rooms are also noisy we were directly under the sun bed area and this meant every morning we were woken by people setting up their sun beds above us from about 8am. The walk down to the town took about 40 mins to the beach which we enjoyed, however the walk up we didn’t attempt. It is a very steep hill!

- Humzah (9/5): Superb - The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for those staying in Costa Adeje. Car parking was great. All the facilities were clean and was beyond a perfect get away.

Looking - Great - relaxed atmosphere around the pool - chilled music playing all day. Pool bar great/reception staff incredibly helpful. Amazing value for money! Not much space to walk to rooms from around the pool due to layout of tables etc.

- Sam (4/5): - Too far from anything and have to scale a small mountain every time you want or return to the hotel. The hotel doesn’t catch sun until the afternoon and the staff are extremely unhelpful
- Summer (8/5): great value for money holiday in the sunshine and great views from the top of the hotel in both the day time and night - the property was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful the walk from the hotel down to the town is around 25 minutes or a 5 minute taxi for only a few euros. mattresses on bed could be comfier but otherwise great value for money stay
- Bogdan (7/5): It was good. I liked it, but i would never chose to come back, and i would not recomand to a friend - It has a good view, all the rooms are orientated towards sunset. The rooms are big. And looks clean everywhere you look. The rooms have an unwelcome aspect. Everything is old in the room. The beds are old and makes sounds. The kitchen is old. The TV is old :), It gives you an unwelcome feeling. And is far from the city center and all the good stuff.
- Yazzy (9/5): Superb - The view is stunning . The staff were amazing The first room we had I found bacon in the microwave!!! As I'm vegetarian this upset me. And the lighting wasn't good ... But the staff changed our room and that room was perfect
- Lynsey (6/5): Great fun good location reasonable prices and friendly staff - Food was okay from pool bar. Location was perfect as my friend is a resident there which is why I wanted to stay there. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for the week. Room could have been cleaned a little better and some extra towels.

- Connor (6/5): 😒 - Apartments themselves are okay, the beds and aircon on the other hand are a different story, not what you want on a 2 week stay! Staff and facilities are good enough but it’s the rooms that let it down.
