• Aneta (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed it, especially because the warriors won again. - Location was close to our event, Warriors game. Liked being away from the congestion, but close to get back. Then we traveled to Costco which was a breeze to get to where we were staying.
• Daniel (9/5): - Location was the main reason I stayed here. I was working down the road so was nice and easy. Staff are nice and friendly. Pub next door does a good feed too. The bed was not very comfortable at all. I stayed here a year ago and the bed was really good so must just be that room.

• Rainer C.L. (8/5): Sehr gut für kurze Aufenthalte - Sehr nahe zur Autovermietung/Flughafen. Saubere Zimmer, freundlicher Service. Restaurant in 80 m Entfernung. Doppelbett durchgelegen. Man schläft eher in tiner Mulde. Das zweite Bett (Einzelbett) ist gut!
• Cherie (7/5): Satisfactory - Location excellent. Easy to collect key and return key. I didnt know where my room was, and had to lug suitcases upstairs. I arrived after a flight at 1am. Exhausted. A simple note of directions on the key would have been helpful. Also the bed was not very comfy. Was expecting something a little nicer. And I was expecting air con. The fan helped.

• Brent (8/5): Good low cost stay, with reasonable facilities in a handy location, although a bit of traffic noise. - Location was close to airport, Ikea and Slyvia park. The price was very reasonable and there was most facilities e.g. toaster, micro, jug, TV Vouchers for WIFI (WIFI should be standard, easy and unlimited). No plunger coffee - although a plunger was provided. Should have been dispensers for soap and shampoo. Most of all it was a bit noisey - close to road and traffic.

• Tina (6/5): Just fine. - The location was alright. A 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and then a 40 minute bus ride to the airport. The shower was a little taped up. It was next to the main road so it was quite loud but I was really tired so it didn’t bother me too much

The hosts were pleasant It's in an industrial area, near a shipping container facility. The motel is old, the furnishings are worn. The wifi didn't work. Some window latches were broken, there's no deadbolt, prompting security concerns.

Отказались вносить изменение в бронирование! - До заезда сообщила администрации, что необходимо внеси изменение в бронирование и отменить одну из двух ночей пребывания. На словах сотрудник на ресепшен согласился с просьбой и попросил оформить через сайт букинг.ком. В итоге, выехала в положенное время после первой ночи. Однако после сотрудники отеля не выходят на связь ни со мной, ни со службой поддержки букинг.ком. Деньги возвращать отказываются! Before the check-in, I informed the administration that I needed to make a change to the reservation and cancel one of the two nights of stay. The receptionist agreed to my request and asked me to make the change through the booking.com website. As a result, I left the hotel at the scheduled time after the first night. However, the hotel staff did not contact me or the booking.com support team after that. They refused to refund my money!

• Casey (5/5): - The room was clean and dry, fans provided to compensate for no A/Con Wi-fi, allocated 2gb is not enough for Netflix etc, no air-conditioning! Noise from the motorway as you needed to have ventilation because of no A/Con. Despite booking a room that also came with breakfast, no breakfast was provided, the office was locked when I went to enquire.
