• Martin (9/5): Nice family-owned appartments close to Palermo station - Nice clean room with well-equipped bathroom. Location excellent proximitywise, being in 5min distance to Palermo station. Alberge Cavour has family-run appartments, thus do expect to run into the landlady's family. Note that the appartment is in the fifth floor although there is a lift. Did not book or had breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was sparkling clean and had everything needed for comfort. The hotel was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go in the historic district. The price was very modest. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood on the edge of the historic district around the corner from the train station. There were several people sleeping rough on our street. However, we are two women in our 70s and we never felt unsafe walking around. We walked back from the opera at 10:00 pm and had no problems. It might be different later than that or much before 6:00 am.

• MICHEL (10/5): - La situation est idéale pour tout visiter. Chambre très propre et bien isolée. Une petite vie sur la mer. L'auberge se situe au 5eme étage accessible avec ascenseur d'un autre âge.. Petit déjeuner à choisir à l'arrivée et servi en chambre.Très bien pour quelques jours. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages la matinée de notre départ pour l'aéroport.

La posizione è strategica poiché ci ha permesso di utilizzare i mezzi (sia autobus che treno) per raggiungere facilmente Monreale e Cefalù. E' inoltre vicinissimo ai Quattro Canti e a tutte le altre attrazioni della città. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto spaziosa (con ben due ampie finestre) e confortevole. Pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani.

• Krystyna (10/5): Меня устроило, на фото вид из окна спальни - Комната чистая просторная, матрац и подушки идеально мне подошли по мягкости, не далеко от вокзала(сначала думала это будет минус из-за того что на вокзалах много всяких нехороших людей, но там было много полиции. Были дополнительные пледы. Красивый вид из окна(балкона не было) Было холодно, но спас кондиционер. Воды в баке хватает на очень быстрый душ, без мытья головы, и скорость должна быть максимально быстрой. Я была одна и мне едва хватало. Соседей слышно, но соседи попались адекватные и не сильно шумели. Было бы здорово в номер поставить хотя бы стакан для воды, не говорю уже о чайнике с чаем. В обед пришла отдохнуть после прогулки, в комнату доносился запах из кухни, но могу сказать, что пахло вкусно или просто я была голодной. Почему из кухни спросите Вы, потому, что это как огромная квартира с 8 комнатами

Die Pension liegt in einem sehr gepflegten Gebäude im 5. Stock, so dass wir von unserem Zimmer aus einen schönen Blick bis zum Meer hatten.

It’s clean, and the location is convenient: within a short walk you’re in the city center of Palermo or the train station. For the affordable price, it’s a good hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit sketchy, but the hotel itself is very good.

• alexander (10/5): - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit hôtel. L’endroit est charmant, propre et très calme. Le personnel est adorable, toujours attentionné — je me suis vraiment sentie comme à la maison. Un lieu entretenu avec soin et beaucoup de cœur. Je le recommande vivement à ceux qui cherchent un séjour paisible et agréable. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Italian breakfast with huge croissants delivered to our room at our chosen time was appreciated. Comfortable bed. Very kind proprietors. • Jukka (10/5): Perinteinen oikea pieni hotelli - Erinomainen tunnelmaltaan perinteinen hotelli loistavalla paikalla. Todella ystävällinen ja avulias emäntä vaikka saavuimme melko myöhään. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin huoneeseen. Huone oli tilava ja erittäin siisti. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsee keskustassa, se on hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Arvostimme henkilökohtaista palvelua ja hyvää perinteikästä sisustusta. Kaikki oli erinomaista, pidin kaikesta!

• CLAUDIA GISELLE (10/5): Hotel tranquilo, muy recomendable! - El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de las Estaciones Terminales de tren y autobuses; lo cual es muy conveniente para el turista que utiliza esos medios de transporte. Ocupa la quinta planta de un edificio señorial que mantiene un estilo noble que no se encuentra fácilmente hoy día en los hoteles modernos. La habitación era muy grande -para el standard actual- con un baño privado con todas las comodidades. El techo es -gratamente- alto y -hermosamente- decorado. La cama y almohadas son confortables. El desayuno es llevado a la habitación y es suficiente como para empezar la jornada. Lo que más destaco es la sensación de seguridad, ya que para entrar al hotel el personal debe abrir la puerta de calle y la propia del hotel, algo que no pasa en todos los alojamientos. La atención de María es personalizada y está dispuesta a ayudar a los huéspedes. Lo recomiendo por su comodidad, tranquilidad y seguridad. Volvería si tuviera que visitar Palermo!
