• siti aishah (1/5): smell like cigarette all over the place - firstly,as i enter, the security guard showed me where to park.i felt welcomed. my check in was a breeze.very few documents to sign. lift was considerably fast my door was busted.there was prompt action by the staff to remedy the situation . the pool was spacious and deep..4ft to 6ft deep when i reach to my floor (12th), there was a very strong cigarette smell from the lounge to the hallway.i can smell it coming from 1 of the first rooms.i made complaints twice, but i think nothing was done because the smell is still there till the next morning we went to the pool , n u can guess what we smell..cigarette at the lobby especially , the smoking area is just in front of the entrance..as i did my check out, the smell seeps thru the gaps between the door n stays in the lobby it was horrible if u r a smoker, please stay here and be happy this will be my first and last here

• Xahra Batrisyia (8/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable. I would stay here again when visiting Batu Pahat. - It was clean, conveniently located and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was basic in some aspects, eg. no hand towel in the bathroom, and no metal teaspoons, only plastic stirrers.

• Young (5/5): Staff are friendly but facilities are urgently due for a complete makeover. - Location is good. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Internal fittings were old. Some wood chipping of the furniture were visible. They were very rigid when we asked for an extra towel. Mentioned that they do not give extra towels, only allowing one for one exchange. The room directory has also been torn and vandalized by children drawing on it but it was not replaced. Room fridge looks like it has not been cleaned for a long while. The water drainage cap of the bath tub is also rusty. Walking through the conference area to the swimming pool, you can smell a very strong musty smell which I hope it is not indicative of mold growth.

• Marina (8/5): The cost is worth for money spend except for iron facility. - Location and room is worth for money spend The iron facility is terdious. First time stayed at this type of hotel class, the iron is not readily provided in the room or delivered to the room upon request. Guest have to bring the cloth out of the so call iron room , but there is no labelled assigned to indicate the room is iron room and the facilities not readily seen.
• Soraya (9/5): - This is my go-to hotel every time in Batu Pahat. Rooms are comfy. Well equipped. Maybe can repair/refurbish some rooms.. The cracked bathroom sink, hole in the shower. Plus shower got clogged up a bit. I still like the hotel though!

The location for hotel is stratigic area. to improve the grand ballroom, there needs to be an LED screen so that the audience can clearly see what is being shown on the screen.

• Fateen (7/5): Overall stay was good - just need to improve on the water decant at shower/bathtub and parking. - I liked that the room was clean, the interior was nice and very comfortable. Because I am traveling for work, the work desk and the lighting was ample and make my stay conducive. The water pressure for shower was very high which was good. The parking. I went out for dinner. When I came back, the front parking lots were full and I had to park at the back of the hotel which was far from the main entrance (the only entrance to the hotel). You should have open the parking spots on the side of the hotel. The water pressure at the sink is slow. and the water outlet at the shower took a long time to decant.

No small towels, loose pipes and shower heads, loose toilet bowl covers. Same lousy shampoo. Very low-quality bath gel and shampoo. Worn-out towels.

Room and facilities could have been maintained better, no toiletries provided as well. Flooring on bath tub in one of the rooms was coming off, the keypad for one of the rooms became faulty and had to call an engineer to fix it.
