Everything was super clean – the room, the pool, and all surrounding areas were spotless. The location was excellent and very convenient, and we also loved the superb breakfast available nearby. Nothing significant to mention. Our stay was very pleasant and everything met our expectations.

- Ella (7/5): Lovely resort - Beautiful resort! Spacious apartments , we had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping + Clean towels. Despite the little issues we experienced- we enjoyed our stay a lot and would come again. It felt private, safe , comfortable and like home. Some nights were too noisy. Few bars close to the resort were playing music and singing karaoke till 1-2am (not every, but most nights). One or two nights we had a loud vibrating noise disturbing our sleep - we stayed at the apartment above the laundry…not sure if that’s where it came from. We informed the manager, and it was gone. Another thing bothering was no running water every now and then (annoying especially in the morning if you’re trying to cook/shower/clean etc)…I can’t tell if that’s normal but I had never experienced it before in Thailand/other places we stayed at. Every time that happened the office was closed (~8.30am , can’t remember evening time).
- Daniela (8/5): - The apartment was very good. The villas are close to nature, on the road for Kata, Karon, Patong in one direction and on the other to Rawai. Next to the villas there is an exceptional place for breakfast/ lunch named Brown Sugar and across it there is 7/11 and Tops supermarkets. I didn't like that after the first day we didn't receive for the whole week of stay any soap, shampoo and I have to buy them, although I kept asking the staff and the manager for two days. The apartment was good with outdated furniture. It it far away from the beach, 5 minutes with a taxi/ motorbike.
- Tara (10/5): Stunning place in Nai Harn - This is an absolutely beautiful place in Nai Harn with a fabulous pool and gorgeous private gardens and terraces. Fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are very nice too. Nai Harn is a great spot too as it is a bit quieter than some of the other resorts. I liked everything!

- Janet (7/5): Welcoming and spotless, but choose a room at the back. - The staff were wonderful, the family were organised and attentive, generously helping when we asked. The accommodation was clean and the small pool was refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately for the owners there were three bars across the road with “woo” girls on a karaoke mic until midnight and the family villa was right at the front of the property. This made it difficult when kids were trying to sleep and did take away from a relaxing holiday vibe. The beds were hard, like most of Thailand so my back was pretty sore. Luckily there is a (legit) massage place next door. You will need transport to get anywhere.

По размещению проблем никаких не возникло. Номера чистые. Кровати удобные. Подушки не очень понравились. Банные принадлежности лучше брать с собой. Вокруг много фитнес залов от кросфита до единоборств. 7/11 и топс-Дейли рядом с отелем. Также можно покушать рядом. Даже овсянку с фруктами. Массажи и аренда МОТО тоже через дорогу. До пляжа и до тусы надо добиратся, но кто на байках проблем нет. Найхарн пляж 5 минут езды, до ката 15 минут.

De accommodatie is perfect: mooi schoon, ruim, een heerlijk bed en een mooi zwembad. We konden eerder inchecken en er stond netjes een babybedje klaar! Ook het personeel wil graag helpen en is heel vriendelijk. Kamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden!

Lovely clean..comfy bed Not a complaint but there were a few things that need attention.... Towel rail in bathroom needs to be screwed back onto wall as very loose TV was dated...smart tv would be better and the picture quality was very poor .

- Rebekah (10/5): Highly recommended stay A++ - Loved it here. Friendly staff. Hospitable and we were very grateful to have an early checkin and a late checkout as we had an evening flight. Had bottles of water and fresh towels and room serviced daily. Fully self-contained apartment with fully equipped kitchen, gas stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Air conditioning unit in main living room with a fan, and fan in bedroom. Was great to have blockout blinds and loads of storage space to store your clothes. Great place to relax in the pool and is quiet, yet if you prefer to have a drink or two, there is a bar opposite the road. The noise (minimal) didn't worry us because our room was at the bottom of the driveway. Only a 2min walk to the 7eleven, local restaurants and cafes. Rented a scooter across the road for our stay which was great to get around easily especially in the heat. Took about 30min ride to Patong and 40min to the Sunday Lai Yard Walking Markets which was a great experience if you enjoy the hustle bustle and to see wonderful arts, crafts, live music and street food. There is a laundromat 5min walkaway and they will wash n dry for 50baht per kg. Highly recommend staying here and we will book again on our next trip over. Thank you!

As we didn't have a motorbike or car we used the airport bus or taxi to get around locally as walking along the road was too dangerous. The location is a bit out of the more built up areas although there are two supermarkets, a number of cafes and bars for meals and drinks, and a lovely cafe for breakfast .

On arrival, we were shown to a very shabby studio apartment, where several things didn't work, the door, the shower, and the safe deposit box. After requesting a room change, the staff were very helpful, enabling us to move into a very comfortable apartment on the following day, where everything was as it should be.
- Ray (2/5): Very poor - Big rooms, nice pool The staff were ignorant, on arrival, at any point we saw them, and again when we checked out after just 3 days of our 7 night stay, thats how bad it was, not friendly at all, which surprised me very much as the hotel was recommended by a friend. Tried sunbathing by the pool and all you can hear is the the traffic, as it is a very busy road, and the smell of cannabis wafting in the breeze from the nearby shop! You need to hire a bike to go anywhere as it is nowhere near anything. To say we were extremely disappointed is an understatement, hence why we opted to move as quickly as possible.

- Matt (10/5): Perfect spot close to everything you need. - Lovely little spot on a quiet-ish road (for Phuket!). The rooms are spacious and the beds are massive. The staff are friendly and attend to your every need. I was a bit worried about the location, but there are plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, get a massage, buy some w**d, rent a bike/car, all within a short walk from the hotel. Even better, the Phuket Smart Bus which stops at a few of the main beaches up the coast and goes to the airport stops right outside at the Sai Yuan bus stop, which was great for me an my family to get around before we were comfortable enough to arrange transport for ourselves. Also, the closest and best beach Nai Harn is only a 10 min drive/taxi away, 200thb with Grab. It's a very small thing but the towel's get replaced everyday even when you request they don't need to be. This is probably not a problem for some people!

The whole.plave is really clean and they clean the rooms everyday and change the bedding every 3 days, sometimes more . The pool area is beautiful, so relaxing and the water always warm, surrounded by palm trees amd plants, so relaxing Having to checkout !!! I would just stay as long as I could ! Highly recommend to everyone
