- Kiet (6/5): - Helpful and friendly staff. The room was still stuffy after turned on high air-conditioning (the corridor was cooler than the room). Contacted the front desk and asked for room change. The staff offered another room on the same level, however the room condition was the same so we didn’t move to another room. The staff then offered a fan and we used the fan in the room. The breakfast was great and the hotel offered free onsen admission (the onsen is located on level 4, walkable within 5 mins). Convenient location for next day departure. Many restaurants and shops for food, especially for chocolates. There were public transport and hotel shuttle buses. We used the hotel shuttle bus and was very convenient and on time. It runs every 30 minutes.
- Melvin (8/5): - Convenient for a quick layover, especially if you are renting a vehicle early the next day. The shops around the hotel closes at about 9pm though, so if your flight arrives late, you will be out of luck for dinner

- Min (10/5): - Lobby was airy and we had access to the onsen. Room smelt a touch musty but the window can be opened for ventilation.
- Christian (4/5): - Doors are hard to unlock and lock from outside. Paneling on the interior wall was falling off. Breakfast food wasn’t good for Japan standards but it’s an airport hotel so what do you expect? Bed was firm but comfortable enough I fell asleep. The view outside the window at night with the colorful runway lights was surprisingly beautiful! Didn’t use the onsen.
- Wai Ling (2/5): - Only good thing was that it’s convenient right at arrival area. Other than that - the hotel is old and smelly and dirty. I was forced to pay extra to upgrade to non-smoking room - but the room still smelled like smoke. Everywhere looked dirty! Really uncomfy - would never stay again!

- Jihyun (10/5): Onsen is the best! - Crystal clean room and facilities. The onsen is truly the best — relaxing, spotless, and perfect after a long trip. The only thing I was a little sad about is that I wished for longer onsen hours, especially for guests with late flights. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of variety, but enough to be satisfying. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay right at the airport.

- Fung Yew (8/5): - We landed at the New Chitose airport past 11pm and were glad we booked the Air Terminal hotel which was walkable and comfortable to rest for the night. The rooms are clean but the mattress a little too soft for us. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was fresh and delicious. Only drawback was that it closes at 9.30am, which was kind of early in my opinion

Airport bus stop is very to hotel, right outside the JAL domestic terminal. Their breakfast is acceptable, nothing to write home about.

- justinjalanjalan (8/5): Basic, No Frills Airport hotel. - Stayed on night in this no frills hotel because i arrived into Hokkaido. The hotel is within the airport itself. The rooms were basic, but comfortable. You can get a pass to the onsen in the airport, which i really enjoyed alot. The stay comes with free basic breakfast spread, rice, eggs, bread, Japanese dishes and it is quite delicious. Not to complain about, had a good night's rest before the start of a long drive in Hokkaido.

- Mully (8/5): Great location, good breakfast - Super convenient location to the arrivals terminal at the airport, which is what I was looking for. Buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent. Rooms were basic and clean, rather noisy due to proximity to the airport but, something you have to compromise for location.

- Lau_traveller (10/5): Great location, breakfast and onsen - It's in the Airport Terminal so very convenient. The price is very reasonable and it has good buffet breakast. I got a room looking at the Airport runway and I can see planes taking off and landing, which was beautiful. The best part is that rsidesnts can use the onsen (hot spring) in the Airport, which would not cost JPY2600 for each visit. It becomes a family favourite and we stay there at least a day whenever we visit Hokkaido.

- Miao Qin (4/5): - One of the my worst hotel customer experience I have encountered in Japan. I asked for help during check-in to contact the airlines for damaged luggage, but the front counter staff cut me off coldly saying that they are a hotel and not the airport without empathy or offering any suggestions. During breakfast service, the staff stationed at the breakfast area was rude and did not even bothered greet us as if we owe her money. The rooms are old, dusty and mattress was sagging. For the amount paid, you can find a way better hotel. Definitely won’t recommend unless you are in for lousy service and backaches.

Due to heavy snow I was able to go straight to my room in terminal while others had lots of issues due to arrival being after the last train into the city. Best to stay here overnight if arriving late from Tokyo/overseas.

So many restaurants and shops to choose from in the airport. Rooms are clean and more than enough room as we had 3 people in the room. Great free one time access to public onsen. Free buffet breakfast is not bad.

This hotel is at the airport, about 10 min walk to the gate. The hotel decor is from the 80s, but the location, service, cleanliness, and breakfast are excellent. Rate can be pricy during peak season, so book far in advance.
- Michael (10/5): - I liked the fact that upon exiting your gate, the hotel is in the same terminal building. I also like the close agencency of the shopping court. Train access is so convenient as well.
- Jeff (10/5): - Easy stay after a long flight. No need for getting a taxi or shuttle. And they had a nice onsen
- Holly (10/5): - We stayed both the first night after flying in and the night before an early departure. It was convenient given it is located within the airport. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of both Japanese and western cuisine. The staff were helpful in any questions and provided great service. We didn’t use the onsen as we were tight on time but hope to next time.
- Wayne (10/5): - Location was perfect for a stopover waiting for the rest of my family to arrive the next day, view of the runway watching the planes landing. The entrance to the hotel is right next to domestic exit gate 5. Lots of restaurants on the 4th floor Lawson convenience store 50 metres from the hotel entrance Room basic adequate quiet for a good night sleep, buffet breakfast included was very good
- Brian (10/5): Amazing value - Excellent choice if you're passing through CTS. The hotel staff were SO NICE and professional; you get access to the onsen, less than a 5 minute walk in the airport; the included breakfast was unreal, outstanding, and amazing. The rooms are modest, but clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

- Yee Wah Patty (6/5): - Space wise, the room is very spacious. However, noise from outside the window (from the runway) and also from the corridor was annoying. I was notified at the time of check in that wifi connection could be poor. In real, there was no connection at all. This property should be listed as no wifi provided. I was trying to use my mobile phone data to go online. But the location of the hotel made it a hit-or-miss.
