• Kush (7/5): Overall good stay, however building work in next door apartment made it a little loud/ unrestful. - It was a little far and we didn't realise that the reception was in a separate building 10 minutes away from the apartment. There was very loud maintenance very morning that lasted the whole day. This really disturbed our seat as there was a loud drilling/ banging noise every 5 seconds in the the wall adjacent to one of the bedroom walls.
• Jean-Marc (9/5): Charmant appartement bien situé au coeur d'un quartier très sympathique - L'emplacement de l'appartement dans un quartier calme et à 2 rues de quartiers très sympas et vivants. Même si les personnes à la réception sont très agréables et que le check-in en ligne permet une réception très rapide, aller chercher les clés à la recéption n'est pas top après 5h de route car il faut re-traverser Barcelone. Du coup il faut bien prévoir son heure d'arrivée (hors heures de pointe) pour réceptionner les clés puis se diriger à l'appartement.

Bardzo pomocne prezenty powitalne z rzeczami ktorych sie zwykle nie zabiera a których zwykle brakuje na wyjazdach, czyli np płyn do mycia naczyń, ściereczka czy saszetki z sola czy cukrem. Najbardziej podobało nam się to, ze były 2 łazienki co przy 4 osobach jest bardzo wygodne. Depozyt szybko zwrócony.

• Elisa (5/5): Bien ubicado y limpio - El apartamento bien ubicado y limpio Llegó el día de entrada y no nos habían enviado el código de acceso al apartamento. Llamamos y nos lo enviaron pero no estaba activo o había algún problema y no podíamos acceder. Es cierto que finalmente lo solucionaron pero pasamos nervios porque teníamos un concierto y necesitábamos dejar el equipaje. Les habíamos pedido si sería posible entrar un poco antes de las 15h y nos dijeron que nos avisarían cuando estuviera limpio pero no nos avisaron.

• Sam (6/5): Good stay brought down by communications - The apartments were spacious and well kept. The location was in a quieter area of the city I didn’t appreciate it taking over a month to receive my deposit back despite asking multiple times. The communication on this was quite rude and the check in process leaves a lot to be desired as well as gaining the codes and the keys for a large group of people. Location is also quite far from the central areas of the city.

• MARIANNA (8/5): - L'appartamento è molto carino, gradevole. In zona ci sono locali dove sgranocchiare qualcosa o cenare direttamente. Non troppo distante dalla sagrada familia. I materassi. Quello della camera in ingresso a destra tendeva a "sfondare" verso il centro del letto rendendo il riposo talvolta poco confortevole. Ritirare le chiavi in un altro luogo a 3km e mezzo di distanza ha "complicato" un pò le cose arrivando la sera, ma con un buon tassista è fattibile.

• Maria jose (9/5): Amplio departamento cerca de la sagrada familia - El departamento está reformado, y tiene dos baños, por lo que es un plus en caso que seáis dos parejas. Tuvimos inconvenientes con las llaves, pero el chico de recepción fue amable y trajo físicamente las tarjetas, y luego por otro tema que no funcionaban terminó habilitando para abrir desde una app. Se agradece el detalle! solo diría que el punto de entrega de las llaves queda lejos, por lo que gestionen CON TIEMPO el check in online !

Excelente servicio previo para obtener el acceso digital y para aclarar cualquier duda. El piso está muy bien ubicado y muy bien mantenido. Es limpio, cómodo y permite un buen descanso. Altamente recomendable Podría mejorarse la velocidad de conexión de internet. Tuvimos que trabajar en un par de ocasiones y el wifi del móvil fue mucho más confiable.

Было все хорошо убрано перед заездом То, что забирать ключи за 3км до аппаратов - это нечто, более того ещё и check in с 3pm. То есть нам пришлось болтаться уставшими с рейса более 6 часов. Так же мне не понравилась система замораживания 150евро на карте, неудобно, тк ты не можешь ориентироваться на эту сумму при пребывание в Барселоне

• ROSELLA (9/5): Appartamento comodo per famiglia - Appartamento spazioso e con due bagni, utili per un viaggio in famiglia. Pulito e ordinato, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato anche un kit per la colazione e uno per le pulizie.

• Krisztina (8/5): 4 nap Barcelona - Tisztaság volt, a törölközők és a szobák is teljesen tiszták voltak. A környék is teljesen megfelelő volt. Több pékség és kávézó is volt a közelben. A kulcsok felvetelekor maximális kedves tájékoztatást kaptunk valamit minden egyéb kérdésünkre készségesen válaszoltak. Kávéfőző volt de bele való kávé már nem. Jobb lenne ha kapszulás gép lenne abba legalább egyszerűbb pár napra való kis kiszereléses kávét vásárolni ha már nem jár a szálláshoz. Az ágyak kényelmetlenek voltak a rugó nagyon ki érzik és a párna is túl puha.

Issue with check in, lack of communication in virtual key, how to turn on key card lights, room was not ready when we arrived at 3. • Maria Cristina (2/5): A ne plus refaire - C'est propre à l'intérieur mais les chambranles de portes, le carrelage -->très abîmés Pour récupérer les clés vous devez effectuer un check-in à 3 km de votre logement--> idem pour la consigne de vos bagages lors de votre départ. Cela n'est écrit nulle part lors de la réservation. On nous a envoyé un mail 2 jours avant notre départ et c'est là que nous l'avons appris. Bien avant notre départ nous avions envoyé un ou deux mails pour qlqs questions concernant l'hébergement, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse. Le personnel se met d'accord avec vous pour l'une ou l'autre chose sur place (en face à face) et puis change d'avis. Il nous ont proposé de partir du logement pour midi, accord reçu par 3 mails échangés avec eux et le jour J on vous appelle par téléphone pour vous crier dessus de "dégager" une demi heure avant l'heure de départ. Le service, l'accueil, aucun effort pour se faire comprendre, le divan n'est pas un clic clac lit alors qu'on vous le décrit comme tel. Robinet qui coule, manque d'une étagère pour déposer ses affaires. Quartier bruyant, très bruyant, les portes fenêtres des balcons sont "double vitrage" mais d'une qualité médiocre puisque vous entendez le voisin parler et vous comprenez tout ce qu'il dit. Les murs de l'appartement sont en "papier" on entend tout ce qui se passe au dessus ou à côté ou pire au travers des différentes pièces. Les couloirs sont TRES ETROITS à peine la largeur d'une valise. IDEM pour l'ascenseur --> 1 seule personne avec une valise--> attention il ne faut pas que la personne soit trop corpulente.

Es gab ein missverständnis bezgl. check in man musste zuerst zur Rezeption gehen, welche 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft entfernt war. Wir haben das Personal telefonisch kontaktiert für genaue Informationen und wurden am Telefon angebrüllt!

• ΒΑΣΙΛΗΣ (8/5): - Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα για μια οικογένεια. Τοποθεσία αρκετά κοντά στην sagrada famiglia αλλά αρκετά μακριά από την la rampla. To μόνο αρνητικό που έχει είναι ότι παιρνεις απο αλλού τα κλειδιά (muntaner 60) και αλλού είναι το δοαμέρισμα. Στα θετικά επισης ότι εχει δυνατότητα αποθήκευσης των αποσκευών δωρεάν στην reception. Δεν είναι εξυπηρετικό το γεγονός οτι παίρνεις τα κλειδια αρκετα μακρια από το διαμέρισμα

• Eva (8/5): Apartment was great, location was amazing and so were the views. - Lovely location, 5 min walk to metro , nearby bars and supermarkets etc . Gorgeous view . Very clean and spacious. Fridge/freezer was leaking into the kitchen floor and there was a hole in one of the walls, beds were really wobbly.
