- Dr. Leo (2/5): Average room, but extremely rude (shouting and cursing!) owner. I have never experienced this before - Location close to Yongdusan park was good, depending what you want of course. Many nice restaurants closeby. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. In contrast, the owner (according to himself) is an utter obnoxious douchebag. He was screaming and cursing at me when I didn't want to move my car to another place. I told him I didn't want to move my car because then I would block the car behind me. He said he would move my car if necessary so I refused. I did not want to give him my car keys to move the car himself because I was parked in an official parking spot, more than adequately within the lines. Besides, I know most Koreans can't drive stick and I don't trust others with my (diplomatic) car. Only after showing him the manual transmission he calmed down. He was very rude and that completely ruined the experience. Beside the owner, the room was very dark with only one small window. It was also very cold since there was no heating and the airconditioning only produced cold air, even with the temperature selection on 25 degrees Celcius.

- Darkon (8/5): - The room had everything you could desire from lotion to aftershave tea coffee, huge bath ,computer ect Unfortunately, there is a lot of mosquitoes in this area and in the lift/hallway , the reception staff were amazing and provided us with a mosquito repeller machine to plug-in

Ce n'était pas du tout insonorisé comme précisé dans les caractéristiques de la chambre, qui en plus était remplie de miroirs, bien oui! Booking ne devrait pas louer ce type de chambre sans aviser ses clients. C'est de la fausse représentation.

In the end she gave us keys to the available rooms and we picked from there. The room had insufficient lighting. But it was spacious and comfortable. In the morning before checkout, everything shut off. I had to talk to housekeeping to turn everything back on. They were kicking us out earlier. And 30 minutes before checkout an older man called on the phone and screamed checkout! I mean why bother stating a checkout time if you’re going to kick out guests earlier anyway?

- Jill (1/5): Terrible experience here - Do NOT stay at this hotel - The only decent thing was the location near Busan tower This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a room with 2 beds that was clearly stated on booking.com. when my mother and I writing is happening. The novel is commencing arrived, they gave us one bed. I went downstairs to tell them, and I showed them the booking. She said that it meant futon, which was the blanket. In what world does two beds mean one bed with a blanket on it? The older lady that runs the hotel then came and started yelling at me in Korean. I tried to explain to her but she wouldn’t listen. I gave up and went to get dinner, but then the lady came up to my room and continued yelling at my poor mother in Korean about the same issue. Neither of us speak the language.  They ended up switching our room finally, but each time we walked into the lobby. The same lady was there, and she would start yelling at us some more. It was really such a negative experience, and left a bad taste in my mouth about Busan. On top of that, as another review mentioned, I think this is a love hotel. The couple in the next room we’re making incredibly loud I don’t noises at 10 PM, 6 AM and 11 AM. The towels also smelled bad. You’ve been warned!

They manage to come in at every chance you open any opening.. but with the repellent we got to killed them
- Nam (7/5): Nice stay awake from busy areas! - I especially love the staff, they were helpful when I had to make last minute adjustment and add/adjust my room for another person. The place isn’t the cleanest it being dusty and a little old, but nothing too surprising for a 2 star hotel, the computer unfortunately did not work and I had to go buy a converter for the outlets. There are a lot of coffee places nearby, plenty of convenience stores, and the mall is about a 15 minute walk away. Everything you can ask for in a budget hotel.

I have to bring the electric kettle at the lobby for me to be able to use it and boil water. I have to use an outlet in the lobby which is I have to set it on the floor and not on a table. - The toilet clogged and I have to use the plunger myself. Until I asked for more assistance, he grabbed a different tool to fix the problem. - The male staff got mad for having garbage inside their trash can in the room. I think that’s the purpose of a teach can is to place your garbage inside. I will never recommend not book at this hotel anymore. I will make sure that this kind of customer service will be heard by the entire world.

- Darien (10/5): Will return to this hotel if I ever visit Busan again - The two women who run this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their ability to speak English is limited or non-existing but we always managed to successfully communicate. They do go out of their way to accommodate guests' wishes and requests, I really can't speak highly enough of them. According to the blurb on Booking.com, the hotel is about 1 km from the Port Busan passenger terminal, which is not true. It's 20 mins by taxi (albeit during rush hour) and at least 40 mins on foot.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 惜しいところもあったけれど総じて納得 - バスタブの蛇口の位置が悪い。（バスタブの奥に蛇口があるが、蛇口側は壁に埋め込まれているのでお湯を貼るのにバスタブの中に入っていかないと操作できない。） タオルはフェイスタオルが4枚あるが、バスタオルがない。(他施設でもそうだったのでこの地ではこれが普通か） ウォシュレットがない。 枕元側にコンセントがない。 せっかくPCが置いてあるのに電源が入らない。 竜頭山公園に向かう途中なので最後の10数メートルだけちょっと急坂。（ 南浦洞で遊んだ帰りは公園に通じるエスカレーターで上がってから下る、という方法もあるが） 清潔感は全く問題ない。 フロントの方はニコニコして丁寧。 スティックコーヒーが2本、水3本とオレンジジュース、サイダーが1本ずつ。 食べなかったがEV内の案内では朝食用にカップラーメンとパンが用意されている模様。 8階だったので港がほんのちょっとだけ覗けた。(あくまでビルの間にほんのちょっと）

- jiyoung (8/5): 부산 대중교통이용한 가족여행 - 용두산 공원 바로 아래 있다 보니 호텔에 갈때 언덕을 올라가야하는 어려움이 있어요. 하지만 그 언덕을 내려오면 광복동 거리 국제시장 깡통시장 남포역등 용이하게 다닐 수 있었어요. 위치는 최상이었지만 부산의 특성상 도보로 언덕을 오가는게 좀 힘들었어요. 시설을 모텔을 개조한 호텔? 이어서 보통이었지만 직원들의 친절도는 최최상 입니다. 요청하는 것은 거의 해결해 주셨어요. 아침에 컵라면 토스트 커피 달걀을 무료로 제공해주셨습니다, 가성비 괜찮은 호텔이었어요.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel in a convenient location! - Hotel is clean and good and very conveniently located in downtown. We have accidentally left our staff in the lobby without realizing it, and the hotel staff were really nice to have kept it for us! The only cons are that the hotel is located on a steep slope and windows are tinted even in the deluxe room - not too sure if this is due to the low floor or most rooms have their windows tinted as well. Slight disappointment that it is not as bright as the pictures, but otherwise all factors of the hotel are good.

I booked the VIP which was one of the highier price room, the one with sky view and very big space around the toilet shown on the apps when i book for it, but then when check in we were given something very much different from what we saw on the apps. We ask the reception they say pictures are not the same but what room given was what we had pay for. Seriously? We already paid for highier price for our room and we really dont mind paying for a little more for what we wanted on the image we saw on the apps when we booked. But now after paying more but not getting what we wanted is disappointment, we should had just pay normal for the simple room cos we dont see much different as getting a room whitout skyview, then why pay more right? One suggestion use the closest image for each room type you offer, so not to dispointed and mislead customer. Other then this, i would say the overall experience with the hotel were good.

- 잠자는곰 (6/5): 그냥 별 기대없이 자고가기 괜찮은곳 - 사진으론 엄청 깨끗해보이고 고급스러워 보이는데 사진을 따라가진 못함. 침대마다 전기장판이 있고 보일러도 제대로 작동해서 전혀 춥진 않았음. 침구류가 깨끗한진 모르겠음. 흰색이라 더 그런것같다. 이불이 엄청 무거움. 청소가 제대로 안돼있는 느낌. 바닦이 깨끗하진 않았음. 3명이 갔는데 슬리퍼와 옷걸이는 2개밖에 업었음. 준비성 부족. 직원은 매우 친절함. 나가있는 동안 청소와 필요한 물건을 말하니 제대로 준비해 주셨음. 큰 욕조와 샤워실 세면대가 따로있어 여러명이 씻기에 좋았으나 녹이 슬었다거나 문이 안맞아 제대로 닫을 수 없는 등 시설이 미흡함. 소음이 있거나 밖이 시끄러운건 전혀 없어서 조용히 잘 수 있었고 창문이 암막이 제대로 되서 낮에도 해가 떴는지 구별할 수 없을정도로 깜깜하게 잘 수 있음ㅋㅋㅋ조식은 돈을 내고 먹을 수 있다던데 그냥 나가서 사먹었다.

- LI CHEN (8/5): - 飯店距離南浦地鐵站7號出口5分鐘內抵達，沿途會經過換錢所、超商及咖啡店，十分便利。從飯店往上走不需3分鐘即可抵達釜山塔。地鐵7號出口上來即抵達光復街，因此地點十分便捷！ 櫃檯服務人員十分親切，飯店地點算是鬧中取靜。房間很大浴室很大浴缸也很大，但是清潔度需要加強，例如浴缸有尿騒味、地板角落人有灰塵、洗手台後方有上位客人留下的垃圾。若不在乎這些小細節，此飯店值得推薦！

- Verified traveler (8/5): Descent hotel but careless room cleaning - We went for a couple getaway vacation, and in general, the stay was considerably satisfying. The day time staff speaks some English, well enough for communications at least, but the night time staff was absolutely impossible to communicate with as they only speak Korean. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in immediately and even got an upgrade from Double VIP to Twin VIP, the room was pretty cozy but the bed was a bit stiff and the bath tub was a bit small. The rooms were sound proof but not the front doors, better to close the inner door as well if you'd like to contain your privacy and not let people in the corridors know what you are doing. There were room cleaning services everyday, and on my third night, I returned to find my top (placed in my luggage) sprayed with some unknown chemicals and bleached with white spots on the surface. I complained to the reception the next morning and got compensation, my top was about USD 55 but the reception took a low exchange rate and only compensated USD 45 in Korean Won. Apart from this, the hotel was not bad, quiet rooms and heated floors with lots of mirrors and systematic lighting decoration, pretty romantic if you're after a kinky atmosphere. There were computers in the room but Windows' in Korean so they're not that useful, the Wifi was strong so it was a bit deal and we just used our smart phones. However there was only one available socket in the room and we had to charge our devices one by one.

The hotel looks absolutely a love hotel.lol There is no wall between bathroom and bed room, thus we do not recommend this hotel if you stay with your friend. The bath amenities are made in Japan. The room has a hair dryer and small refrigerator which is convenient. The hotel is located very close to Busan tower, Lotte Mall and shopping street. Our trip was absolutely awesome! We are looking forward to going to Korea again! :)
