• Rene (6/5): Great location, rooms could use some upkeep but I suppose decent for the price. - The location was central to all of the songkran partying and events and close distance to the grand palace and major temples. The room was pretty worn down, could use some upkeep and was also smaller than it appeared to be in the pictures.

• Sandra (6/5): Good location in Khaosan road, but very outdated and scarry at night - Friendly staff, helped with luggage storage when I arrived earlier than check-in time. Good location near Khaosan road, all parties, markets, supermarket 7eleven, souvenir shops, tour shops near. 1. At night there were strange sounds at the window/ door, as if somebody tried to open/ com-in. It was from terrace which was open to everyone. I was never been so afraid. But hopefully nothing happened. But for this reason I wouldn't stay in this place no more. 2. Very loudly at night from Khaosan raod nightlife (I expected the sound, but in this case it was too much, as bathroom window was open and there was no possibility to close it). 3. Very outdated furniture, sink, toilet.

• Stephen (6/5): - Location is good just of the kohsan rd. You can here noise but it's bearable for the price payed. The staff were just the worst especially the lady on reception. I presume this lady must be owners family or why else put this woman on reception.

I stay for a week now and theey are fighting to get money because i thought i extended my stay in booking as I did a few times thrn on 12 o clock they tell me i have no booking (seems like my booking didnt work) they fight to get money for being late 40 minites. I never see hotel such disgrace to a person who stay a week they are fighting over a mistake to get 100 bht from a person who stay a week for the 3rd time already this year. Very bad tatse they left on me

• Tom (1/5): - Nous avions payé sur Booking, en arrivant aucune réservation, la dame de très mauvaise fois nous raconte, toute sorte d'excuses, plusieurs personnes dans notre cas sur le même jour, nous avions payé et nous allons du aller dans un autre hôtel sans être remboursé, c'est une honte d'arnaquer les gens , c'est inadmissible que booking puisse travailler avec des escrocs
• Michael (7/5): Pannee Lodge - Pannee Lodge ist ein kleines hübsches GH unweit von der Khao San Road. Der Königspalast, der Chayopraya. Anleger Phra Arthit , der Loha Prasat, das Klongboat sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bis spät in die Nacht laut, da Technomusic überlaut in konkurrierenden Bars und Lokalen abgespielt wird. Aufgrund der Cannabislegalisierung wabert der Geruch öfter durch die Pannee Lodge, da sich einige Gäste nicht an die Hausregeln halten.

• Giuliana (1/5): Il devrait fermer 👎 - J’ai passé un séjour extrêmement désagréable dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a fait preuve d’une impolitesse et d’une agressivité inacceptables. Un simple désaccord a dégénéré au point où un membre du personnel a levé la main sur moi. La réceptionniste, particulièrement désagréable, s’est même mise à nous crier dessus et à nous suivre dans les escaliers. Je n’ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi choquante dans un établissement hôtelier. Au-delà de ce comportement scandaleux, l’hôtel en lui-même est très décevant : inconfortable, mal entretenu et loin de correspondre aux standards attendus. Je déconseille vivement cet endroit, autant pour la sécurité que pour le respect inexistant envers les clients. Tous

• Maiya (5/5): Cheap and close to Khao San but you get what you pay for - If you’re looking to be right next to Khao San for a cheap stay then it’s great. It was clean enough, although very run down. The reception staff are not very friendly at all but that’s not really the point of a hotel like this. If you can sleep through the deafening music coming from Khao San on a rock hard bed for cheap then you’re golden!

• Mark (7/5): Ideal if you want to be near Khaosan Road. - Very close to Khaosan Road, there are many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Being so close to Khaosan Road, you do get noise from bars and clubs and should get somewhere further away if this would be an issue for you.

• Luke (5/5): Cheap but so noisy ! - Rooms were fairly clean , good location and price. The noise at night was mental. It honestly sounds like trying to sleep in a nightclub! The windows don't shut fully and block out any noise from khoasan road. Bring earplugs. Bedding had rips on and staff didn't say a word to us .

The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, not good for your health! The hotel room was full the walls were so dirty, do not recommend this place. Should not be a hotel.

You ask her a question but she doesn't answer it and ignores you. The rooms are shabby and the furniture is old the first room I had didn't have a proper window just a dirty pain of glass up against a wall. The location is good but the noise from the khaosan Rd is terrible the hotel is not sound proofed. There is construction work going on outside the hotel constantly jack hammer diggers digging up the pavement all day long. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel!!,
• Barry (3/5): Did not meet Expectations 🙁 - Good Location close to Grand Palace, Reclining Buddha, National Museum and Khoasan Road. Rooms very poor, dark stained walls need repainting and upgrade, kettle available from reception no complimentary water/coffee/tea and rooms not cleaned whole 6 day stay. Noise levels horrendous loud music until well after 4am every night rooms not sound proofed, additionally although outside hotels control building work carried out outside with loud drilling all day so not break from constant noise all day. Reception Staff not friendly or helpful, avoids eye contact making communication almost impossible. Sadly would not use again.
• Boonta (4/5): Old but affordable hotel for party-goers - The location was good. This would be a great option if you want an affordable place to stay after some nights of partying in the area. It has an elevator, which is excellent if you have luggage. The hotel is quite old and a bit run down. It's not as clean as I would have hoped. The bed was the worst part. The mattress was hard and it seems like it went through a lot. The shower drain was clogging a bit, too. It is in a touristic area, so I expected it not to be the best for the price I paid. Honestly, if you are not looking for comfort and just for a private place to chill after partying, then it is good enough.
