• Amir (10/5): Overall, my stay was comfortable, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The breakfast was fresh and well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and inviting. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Someone shut the light off on this motel 6! - It was close The property was dirty, the remote was broken to our tv, the pillows were like wadded up shirts in a pillow case, and the bed was hard! The tv was outdated, and only had two channels???

• Myers (8/5): It was a good comfortable stay💜 - The room was very clean it looked newly remodeled except for the furniture. It looked old and there was no place to plug in my cell phone. There were no lights above the bed for reading. The living room was poorly lit. Also no shampoo, there has always been shampoo when I've stayed before. I love motel 6 for the value and they are pet friendly. More lighting and cell phone plug ins.
• Julie (6/5): It's affordable but lights on at night and hairs in bedsheets. - Cheap and affordable. Fairly clean but hairs in the bedsheets. There are so many lights on at night. Even within the hotel room, a light that would not shut off and we tried to cover it with towels but still didn't allow peaceful sleep with darkness. Also, hairs in the bedsheets. We asked for a replacement and the next day, they replaced but there were hairs again.

• Hunter (1/5): - Nothing the staff is disgusting with there look down their nose attitudes!! I would not recommend a hamster stay in that place , I have never seen anyone treat a guest so gross. If I had my way no one I know nor their friend or friends friends would ever go to that place , I have been a customer there for years !! Numerous trips with up to one to two week stays at a time throughout the year ! The treatment was just disgusting, hope that your staff was worth losing a loyal customer as well as anyone I can talk out of ever doing. Business with someone like your employees!!! Worst service ever

• Mackay (7/5): It's fine for a cheap place near the airport. - It was exactly what I was looking for. I just needed a place to crash for a few hours before my flight. It was affordable and near the airport. It's dated. The AC didn't really work. The furniture is mismatched and cheap. The bath towels are small. For a place with airport in the name, it should have a shuttle option.

Our AC/heat unit did not let us change from AC to heat. (It's was 40 one morning and we needed heat) Also, we could not turn it off completely which was a pain. House keeping is coming around after the website said it was not and whenever they use the master key to enter it deactivates your room key.

• Taylor (2/5): - When it came time for checkout, they kept rushing us out. Mind you I had 3 kids and dog with me. I locked my keeps out the car and they just kept rushing us. Then they gave us half the deposit back. The refrigerator was broke in our room so they told us to put towels down. When it came time for checkout they showed us pictures of the towels and said they had to use it to get more. They were very rude about everything. The price is way to much for the shitty service they give you.

• Doug (8/5): Been Staying there 7 years now as our job is an annual event in Nashville. See you next year. - The closeness to Waffle House and Interstateeccess. A couple of thing needed maintenance in room. Some receptacles wore out and our phone chargers would fall out. Bathroom door knob needed tightening. ( I took care or this last year. ) This year bathroom door too tight in door jam.

• Moore (1/5): Do not stay - The staff was kind but the hotel was so gross. My room was nasty and dirty light switches and broken facet for the sink. No shampoo, coffee pot, blow dryer. It was so not worth the money I spent on it. But I didn't notice any bugs thank God. Everything.

• Rivera (4/5): - That they had a room available on short notice! There's a lot not to like about the motel. However, it's what you expect for a Motel 6 . An uncomfortable bed with stained sheets, a TV that doesn't provide any channels, and the room not cleaned, just wiped down. I did not have high expectations when for Motel 6. It was only for one night other than that Motel 6 would not be a Motel I would ever consider for a longer stay.

No lamp in the room, toilet tissue was not stocked, and very low water pressure. It’s true that you get what you pay for. But, I at least thought I would get burn free covers and sheets.

• Laney (2/5): - Take my advice and spend the extra money to avoid this place. We needed a room for a quick 6 hour sleep, and instead we got a nightmare. I understand Motel 6 is a budget motel, but I expect it to be clean at a bare minimum. The room was absolutely filthy. A used bar of soap greeted us at the door, followed by a putrid odor wafting in from the room next door. It was an adjoining room with a flimsy door, and what appeared to be someone living in the room next door, as evidenced by the house plants outside. Their TV was on such a high volume, it canw through the thin walls and door crystal clear. A chewed piece of gum greeted us in the bathroom. The furniture was falling apart. The beds were covered in wrinkled sheets and upon closer inspection, covered in hair. We went to the front desk and were told the motel was full, so they couldn't change the room. We asked for a refund, and we're told that because it was booked through a third party, they couldn't give it to us. They offered clean sheets, so we took those and remade the bed ourselves. Upon pulling the sheets off, we found stained and mildewed mattresses. Our phone chargers overheated in the outlets. Stay far away from this dump.

• Wesley (2/5): NOT Recommended! - It says newly renovated. Must’ve been by Ray Charles cause it’s very shoddily done. Area this place is in is pretty sketchy. Bad lighting in parking lot and lots of weird people about. I would super not recommend this place from a safety perspective. Bed and shower were good enough. Single entry outside doors also added to feeling of insecurity. I almost considered leaving and going elsewhere, even after a 16 hour drive.

• Kim (1/5): I will never go back. - No breakfast. I got my key card. Went to the room. Opened the door and a couple was in the bedroom. Went back to office. I got a different room. Left and the check in girl came after me. I had to go back to office and get a different room( 3rd one). Unloaded car and turned tv on. Only 6 or 7 channels came in. So I decided to take a shower. There was no water pressure. It took forever to rinse off. Roaches everywhere. The sheets and bedspread had burn holes and stains. Pick up the phone in the room and it didn't even have a cord to it. Plugged my cpap in and no power. Tried a couple more before one worked. I had to sleep with the light on for the outlet would work. No shampoo or conditioner. I stayed here 2 years ago. It was fine. It has really gone down.

• Alan (8/5): Cheap room close to downtown - AC unit was ragged and made loud noise ALL night. Stupid light on the wall by the bed would not cut off so room was kinda bright while trying to fall asleep. Took minutes for the water to heat past cool and never truly got hot. Toilet flushed slowly and made you think it was clogged. Floor was sloping and the towels were stained, scratchy and small.

• Julie (1/5): happy for nice staff ,pet friendly and value but the room just felt dirty , old and unsafe. - Location perfect! staff super friendly. gave us a floor level so we could park directly in front of room. Tub , sink and toilet clean. Towels provided also good condition. appeared clean. Ice bucket provided with disposable plastic bag for clean ice. pet friendly . Did have to give refundable deposit of $50 which was acceptable because we had a 5 lb dog and are responsible pet owners Room was disgustingly old. non smoking on door but there were burn holes in blankets and sheets room 110. The room smelled of smoke . There was a clean ashtray.. Non smoking? The refrigerator was broke sitting on floor uneven and old , The safety pull over latch on door was missing. the sink although newer counter , sink and faucet . water backed up quickly and did not drain. Had to brush teeth over toilet so could spit dirty water out. The ac loud and just felt air quality in room dirty. Had an adjoining door to next door room, this felt unsecure even though locked. Felt over all unsafe and definitely un clean.

• Astrid (3/5): Uncomfortable Experience During My Visit G - Location and room clean The host was rude when I asked about my deposit refund (a deposit that was never mentioned until I arrived at the property), even though I had already paid online before checking in. After inspecting the room, she approached me saying I had left it dirty, with a look of disgust that made me feel disrespected. In reality, I even picked up the trash myself—I’m not sure if they were expecting me to sweep and dust the entire room. A little more kindness and professionalism would have been appreciated. I would also like to point out that the bathroom door only closed halfway, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Personally, privacy in that space is very important, and this issue significantly affected the overall experience.

• Williams (2/5): Awful stay - It was right off the interstate, so was a good location for us. The first room we were given had water all over the floor. Looked like a pipe had burst. The room we moved into after the flooded one had a bad A/C unit so the maintenance man spent an hour changing out the entire unit while we sat awkwardly watching. Then the toilet clogged or stopped flushing and never got unclogged. We would've stayed another night if not for all the issues.
