First room offered - Shower head was clogged and barely water came out Breakfast was the same all week Second room offered - bedsheet were dirty (weird black and red stains all over the while bedsheet), reported it they were only able to offer me a duvet to sleep over that night while they had another room available. Third room offered - bedsheets dirty, requested to change the bedsheet and i had to stay in the room to just make sure they were actually new and clean. It has a good location, but hotel look not taken care of

All the water areas are working and clean, the breakfast was very nice with good options and a few of the amenities in the rooms have been updated. The front desk staff was very friendly as well.

Carpet had tons of stains, and just looked weird. Windows do not block loud noise from the freeway. Bathroom was not clean, with black hair that was not ours. Wallpaper is peeling in room and bathroom. Breakfast is terrible. Cream cheese available, but no bagels except on first of three days. Sometimes coffee carafe is empty. One day had eggs and potatoes, but no sausage or bacon. Every day at 6 am, elevator opens with someone pushing a very loud cart. On the weekend, people want to sleep later and not be disturbed by loud noises that early.

• Sunshine68704 (2/5): STAY ELSEWHERE! - I reserved 3 nights for my son and I in January through Hotel Planner, and the agent gave in-accurate information. We drove 8 hours to get there and the hot tub did not work; the pool was supposed to be heated, and we were told there was a fitness center. I also requested an early check-in, 2pm, and was told it would be a $40 charge, and the hotel was empty! After going to a dark and outdated room with the bedding not fitting the beds and a noisy radiator to heat the room, I began my search for a nicer hotel, and let the staff know that we are checking out after only 1 night. There was absolutely no customer service here; what a waste! It took me 2 months to get a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay! Never, ever stay here!

But for check out I had asked the staff when I checked in the day before if it was okay to do a late check out at 12pm and he said that would be fine. The day of checkout I got a call around 11am staff was not friendly not a hi how was your stay just a “so when are you checking out?” Felt rude and not good customer service.

Enjoyed the breakfast as well. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral. Our experience with this hotel was one less thing to worry about. Thank you and God bless.

I would like to see a little better upk - I liked that it was close to the freeway and a grocery store. I liked the warm pool The pools bottom had some debris but it seems that they tried to clean it everyday. I could tell the hotel was getting some wear and tear but I could tell it used to be really nice when it was new. I would suggest repainting walls and doors and keeping it throughly maintained and cleaned. Like the fountain near the swimming pool seemed a little dirty.

• Mary (8/5): All in all, it was a very nice stay. Very quiet and able to sleep. - The layout of the room was nice. A private room and then the bedroom allowed for being together in a tight space without being constricted. The breakfast was skimpy with basic items. Bananas were gone by the time we got there at 8:00 a,m, and there was no one around to ask questions and there was no place to bus your dishes so they were left on the tables. We expected eggs and perhaps breakfast sausage as we wanted to have a decent breakfast before we got on the road.

The dining room furniture was out dated . Could be updated with a softer more modern furniture and tables . I was very disappointed the pool and spa were not heated . I probably would not have stayed had I know that in advance. The room 304 was ok . Dutch the old school desk chairs and put in a nice chase and comfy arm chair . Prune and trim and shape the beautiful overgrown landscape in the courtyard . Maybe think about remodeling and updating the bathrooms with walk in showers and only have a few bath tubs for families . Make happy hour 2 hours , not 1 . Staff was nice and professional. Good location. My room had buzzing mechanical noise all night. Needs new window treatments. Sheres and blackout drapes. Ditch the big wood levelores . Maybe upgrade to lager hd tvs tv programs were good. Overall I was comfortable and felt safe . Good location . New complete Paint to get a fresh and updated look both exterior and in the rooms and floors on the hallways.

If you arrive before the"check-in time" of 4:00 you will be asked to pay an additional $40.00 to get your room key (even though your room is ready and available.) Rooms are outdated, beds lumpier than the pillows. I would equate this to a bargain Motel - else you will be disappointed.

The relatively low fee may have justified a modest hotel, it did not justify an unmaintained one. Specifically, no hot water to the bathroom sink. A pretty major gap. Also, poor repair generally - robe hook was broken, electrical outlet was missing its cover, poor lighting in the room and we found a bug in the bathtub.

• 4yishaig (2/5): Great potential, terrible execution. - Feels like a skanky motel in a bad part of a bad town, not a place in Cupertino, definitely not for the price point. A mix of broken lights in the outside hallways makes the place feel unsafe, rooms have a bunch of issues like smoked in room with linen or matress that haven't been aired. This place is located in a great location, the pool area could have been fantastic, but a depressed staff, poor maintainance and overall mediocre everything else makes it a hard no for me.

The front desk agents are clueless, any questions we had they didnt know. The first lady we spoke too was great but any person after that was like it was their first day. We were a bit disappointed also the bartender was a bit weird and did not accept card which wasnt a big deal but inconvenient. I would absolutely stay here again though the views were stunning and very decently priced. Its right by a shopping strip. The parking is an outdoor parking anyone can access. The interior looks very nice though, hopefully they work on their customer service next time.
• Keith (2/5): - We had stayed once before and the stay was pleasant and the services were very good. Not this time. Our room was at 80 degrees when we arrived, but the air conditioning would not cool. There was no hot water available in the sink tap in the bathroom. We called the desk. They called maintenance, who couldn't get the air conditioning to work. We were then given a room where these issues did not exist, but the bathtub tap would not turn without herculean effort, making it hard to turn the water on or off. The tub's tap leaked once you got it to turn off. The carpeting was worn and in need of replacement. The room's refrigerator cooled items inside, but it was in a cabinet which held all of the unit's excess heat unless the door was opened. It was a bit like having a refrigerator in a heated box. We left a tag to request maid service on the door the next morning, but when we returned to the room in the evening, the tag was on the ground outside the door and the room was not serviced. When we inquired at the desk, where we were told that some of the housekeeping staff did not speak English and had probably assumed that the tag, which clearly said, "Maid Service, Please", actually meant "Do Not Disturb". On the plus side, we were given fresh towels at the desk. We were very disappointed. We had come to the hotel because our previous stay was pleasant. This stay was anything but and we will not return.

Upon checking there were "ladies of the night" hanging around the entrance... Next morning there were police and sheriff and fire and ambulance everywhere and hotel stuff was not willing to share what's going on....

The hotel is aging. Carpet in the room was worn. We had a leaky bathtub hot water line that made the bath room humid, possibly explaining the bit of mold on the wall. We heard the tap was scheduled for repair. We had a few black ants. However, I think they are doing a good job with likely limited resources. Desk manager Juan was polite and accommodating.
• B5692QGmarcot (2/5): Disappointed over Lost Items and Lack of Urgency - I stayed at The Cupertino Hotel on August 28 and checked out the morning of the 29th. I’ve waited until now to post this review because I wanted to be absolutely sure I hadn’t misplaced my things elsewhere and made a fool of myself. Unfortunately, I hadn’t and I'm still bummed out. Every night before work, I place my essentials (my watch, earrings, ring, badge, and pen) together in the same spot so that I can grab them all at once while getting ready in the morning. It’s part of my routine. That morning, I put on my badge and watch and clipped my pen into the pocket of my scrubs, as I always do. I didn’t put on my earrings or ring yet because I still had to apply a sticky product to my hair. I finished getting ready and left the hotel at 8:30 AM for my shift at 9. At 8:40 AM I realized I hadn’t put in my earrings. I immediately called the front desk and spoke to Luis. I told him I was staying in room 408 and just left. I was on my way to work but left my diamond earrings in the room. I asked if someone could grab them and hold them for me. He asked if I had checked out. I said no, not in person, but I was staying elsewhere and wasn't planning on returning. I didn't have a reservation there for tonight. His response: "OK". He didn’t even ask my name or where the earrings were. I asked if I should call back or if someone would follow up with me, and he just said to call back. At this point I was getting a little worried. I couldn't turn around and get them myself as I would be late for work. I didn't have a great feeling after that interaction. So I called back at 8:50 AM to give him my name, the room number, and exact location of the earrings. I told him I’d call back later to arrange pick-up. Knowing checkout was at 11:00, I called again at noon, thinking that maybe at least housekeeper had come by and they'd have the earrings in their possession. Luis placed me on a brief hold and said the housekeeper hadn’t gotten to the room yet. He told me to call back in 20 minutes. At 12:15 I had my lunch break. I decided that since no one had been to the room yet, that maybe I could just rush there and retrieve them myself. It was a 20 min drive to the hotel so I arrived around 12:45 PM. Luis was kind enough to leave the front desk to escort me to the room himself. When we got there the door was open and it had appeared to already have been cleaned. The housekeeper was there. I don’t speak Spanish fluently, but I understood enough to know she was saying they weren’t here or there or anywhere else. Her tone was defensive and even a little aggressive. My lunch break was soon over, so I asked if I could take a quick look over the room and found nothing. To be clear: I’m not accusing anyone of stealing. I understand that if you leave something behind, especially outside the safe, after checkout, the hotel isn’t technically liable. But I called immediately, gave detailed instructions, and asked only that someone retrieve my earrings before the room was cleaned. It wasn't a vague or casual request. These were a gift from my mom when I turned 18. I'm 42 now. I know they are busy in the mornings, so I had patience and grace with them throughout the morning. Instead, I was met with delay, indifference, and no urgency. Please, to The Cupertino Hotel management: take this seriously. All I wanted was a little care and prompt action. I hope no other guests have to go through something like this. Marco T

• Camille (8/5): - They need to change the carpeting Stained, old and with cig holes . ESP in the dining area . Breakfast offering was very minimal , we wended up eating elsewhere . The room was fine , clean and the bed comfortable .
• Jade (10/5): Let my property behind and no one bothered to call - We went for a concert and had a great time. Being able to come back to a nice comfy place was nice. The only problem is that I left behind my mirror. I didn’t get a phone call or email that I left my property behind. I didn’t even notice until I got home but was surprised no one called or emailed to let me know. So it no one called to tell me then that means they probably kept it for themselves which isn’t ok.

• SAYURI (4/5): - スタッフが親切でした。 お風呂のシャワーヘッドが固定されていて使いずらく、寒い思いをした。 早朝から隣の部屋の話し声がかなりうるさかった。 ベッド脇に食べカスが散らかっていた。
• R5122YCjorger (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Great location and friendly staff. Although the hotel requires a minor update, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. It was an excellent choice to travel with my family.
• april (6/5): - Poor lighting at night. Outside garbage cans were often overflowing. But none of that would keep me from staying there again. The staff was nice and the rooms were nice.
• Balaji (8/5): - Decent place to stay In Cupertino. Extended little bit more breakfast options.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It wasn't as updated as I thought from the pictures. Happy hour and Breakfast were very basic but it was something.
• Lorraine (9/5): A Wonderful Stay at The Cupertino Hotel - The room was spacious and quite comfortable. The king size bed was great. We had a refrigerator and in room coffee.They have a complementary happy hour that was nice. Beer and wine was complimentary with mixed drinks at additional cost. It was very nice. I can't think of anything we didn't like.Wondef
