- Barbara (2/5): Awful!! - We had made our reservation in August when we arrived at the hotel it was no longer a Best Western Hotel. Our reservation was not valid now .. due to it being owned by a private group. Now we are out $177.08 The hotel had no hot water and was filthy dirty no washrooms on the lobby !!

- Hector (6/5): - The attendant was great. He was super friendly and welcoming. The area around the Motel/ Hotel was unsafe. It was run down and there were homeless and people loitering around the neighborhood. The room seemed clean but then I went into the bathroom and found that they hadn't cleaned. The side and base of the toilet had urine. The place was old, outdated and rundown. Would not go there again.

- jerquita (4/5): - When booked through Expedia it stated free breakfast. No breakfast or dining. Vending machine. Pool was closed the first day with a paper sign. Key cards barely work. Took about 7 or more tries just to get into the doors. Workers were complaining about doing their jobs and about the other workers. Like screaming in to hallways about quitting! Just really unprofessional.
- Kayla (2/5): Dirty! - This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The man at the front desk was so very rude from the beginning. Our room was dirty, there were stains on the bed, gunk on the walls, dead bugs everywhere, as well as bugs eating us alive the minute we walked in. We went to the front to ask to change rooms, I even offered to pay an up charge, if there was a more expensive room available. Again, the man at the desk was so rude, making us feel stupid for asking for another room. He told us they were booked out, apart from the room next to us (which, including us, there were about 5 cars in the whole parking lot, so we assume that wasn’t true). We take the room next to us and it was better but still clean, still stain all over the bed and the air was musty. I could feel the musty air in my chest when I breathed in. When we went to bed, the beds were damp because the air was so damp, I hope now I don’t get sick! I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, really just an awful time.
- Samuel (4/5): - Although this property isn't that old, it's not very well maintained. Most things attached to the walls (TV included) are crooked. Neither of the card keys we were given worked and the 2nd set had problems, too. The hotel did it's job by providing us with a bed for 1 night after a concert for around $100 in a location close to downtown. But that's it.

- Lori (6/5): - Keep in mind, I stayed during Hurricane Milton. The hotel was clean but older. My room, however had a broken TV remote (the end was broken off and batteries falling out) and the desk chair was also broken. If you tried to lean back, it kept going and you would fall backward onto the floor. The listing said it was pet friendly and did not have a weight restriction. When I got to the property, they were going to just push me out the door because my dog weighed 40 lbs. I told the Asian man at the front desk that and he kept giving me a look like I was lying to him. He was also extremely rude. The woman that was there at least convinced him to just charge me a fee for 2 dogs and 2 daily fees. I ended up having to pay $143 in pet fees when ALL OTHER HOTELS WERE WAIVING FEES due to the hurricane. Thank you to her for trying and caring. Also, the phone kept ringing at the front desk, for the 30 minutes I was in there to check in while another 2 staff members sat in an office complaining about another person that worked there and wouldn't answer the phone. When I checked out, mind you a day early, I went back to the front desk to ask for a receipt from my stay. This white man was rude too. He told me he couldn't check me out nor give me a receipt while looking at my charges because it was through Expedia. Ya, I know that but my ridiculous pet fees were paid at the hotel. He still tried to argue about it. Would I stay there again? No, because of those 2 staff members.

- Gemma (10/5): - I don’t know why people are being so dramatic in these reviews. This place is really not bad at all. When my friend and I walked in, they were super kind and extremely respectful walking me through checking into a hotel for the first time. If you wanna complain about the property, just remember you get what you pay for and it’s gonna be cheaper for a reason. Upon check in the front staff even let me choose what hotel room I wanted, which I thought was very kind. The AC also works heavenly, I would recommend bringing a throw blanket because it does get pretty cold. In the rooms, there are a spacious medium sized fridge and a microwave. The mirrors are also amazing in here they have built in LED lights, which are great for doing make up before you go to a concert, which is why we stayed here in the first place. before you decide to criticize this place, just remember that you’re getting exactly what you pay for and for the price you can’t beat it here.

- Kate (6/5): Convenient to the Kia Center - We went for 1 day for a concert that was at the Kia Center which was conveniently located. We walked in the room and it was hot and a little smelly. We quickly turned the AC on. Checked the bed blankets & sheets & they were all damp. Probably from the humidity because they had the air at 79. 2 out of the 4 towels had hair on them. Definitely overpriced room. Won’t go back.

- Verified traveler (4/5): You get what you paid for - Showed up at two. No one in the parking lot or in the back of the hotel. Rude lady in front Said to come back at 3:30 pm to get checked in . She must have told all the other patrons (there specifically for the concert a mile a way) to show up at the same time because the line was out the door, the service was horrible .. they spent more time on the phone then helping the people that were there. You get what you paid for though the couple checking in next to us paid less as a walk up then we did using Hotel.com. The rooms were smelly and old. The only thing nice was all the people checking in with us knowing this hotel was the worst but the closest to the venue. Also our lights closest to the TV (that didn’t work) we’re inoperable .

They are not free and my wife and I didn't know until we were halfway there. 30 bucks for two of us for a 1.2 mile ride. Just walk.

Let me tell you, I have no idea what they were talking about. I just stayed there,and I can tell you that it really is a pleasant place. Rooms were nice and clean,and the hotel looked good. The front staff was amazing. There were alot of people in line,since all of us were there for a concert, and they tried to move everyone along as quick as they could, always pleasant.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we never had an issue. The front desk lady ( i dodnt cathc her name) was awesome! Friendly and gave us a late check out that we ended up not needing. The covid breakfast was actaully ALOTA OF FOOD and really good! The pool even though we didnt have time to go i. Was clean and looked relaxing and refreshing. We will be staying again here. Thank you!
- Barbara (6/5): - Asked for accessible room for one of the three rooms reserved and they put us on second floor with no elevators. Check in person changed us to 1st floor, with an accessible room and somewhat close together. Expedia advertised as free breakfast and we were told grab and go breakfast available. Grab and go was available through a vending machine at $1.50 per bag. Needless to say, disappointing!

Staff gave us a ground floor room at our request after asking us why we booked a balcony in the first place. Um, make your online booking more clear and this would not happen? I don't need to be questioned about why I did anything.

What they call an accessible roll in shower is a roll in shower with an old, small, and unsafe and not sturdy shower bench which is also unacceptable. Do not stay here.

I felt very unsafe standing outside the window checking in at midnight. We finally got checked in, went to our room, walked in and walked right back out due to the smell and lack of cleanliness of our room. Very sad

Floor was dusty/dirty, bed headboard/table/bathroom door had splatter of stuff?, sheets were clean but thin that you could see mattress stains, got new hand towels since the ones in the room were stained, and clean extra blanket had cigarette burn holes. - Weird smell out of air conditioner or corner of the room started. We were laughing at how bad the room was. We could have asked for another room but the hotel was completely sold out, and other guests said their rooms were about the same. So, what was the point? - The Key Card: Every day, without fail, our keys would stop working, though we kept it away from our phone or other magnetic items. Staff never wondered/cared why it was happening daily. - Hotel location: Hotel is on the corner of 2 very busy and loud traffic areas. We felt safe walking/running around the neighborhood (we had no car). - The Breakfast: Weekday bfast was a bag of snacks. Weird, but okay. Weekend bfast, you needed a voucher from the front desk for bfast at the Chinese restaurant next to hotel. The food was not great; no other food in the area other than a WaWa down the street. - Good points: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. - Bottomline: this property is really tired & rooms not clean for the price & location. The staff were very friendly/helpful, but don’t expect ‘going above and beyond.’

Lady who took breakfast orders was super kind and meant well but doesn't speak English so communication was challenging. There was a dog in the room next door that barked and played with a squeaky toy that could be heard.

Clock radio did not work. TV color was terrible. Serious lack of electrical outlets and one of the outlets the plug kept falling out of it. This is the first time to stay at a Best Western and if this is an example, then i will never stay at a Best Western again!!

It was a short ride to the Mills district with lots of food and beverage options. It was easy to get an Uber from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

I saw something crawling and it was a bug I threw the pillow on the floor and slept on the other side of the bed I wanted to go out and ask to switch rooms but it was already late and I was already tired since I had work. Overall if it was not the best getaway place and I was pretty disappointed.
- Randall (6/5): - Read the reviews before you book to set a proper expectation accordingly. If you do that, you will find your stay acceptable or better than expected. For example, we took cleaning supplies, linens and towels just in case and did in fact use them. I would stay there again if proximity to Camping World Stadium was primary reason for hotel choice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Came back to the room after being out all day and had no clean towels and no coffee. I called the desk and they sent towels and coffee right up.

A little dirt behind the bathroom door and a smudge on the shower wall were the ony noticable issues. This hotel is the best option for walking to/from a game at Camping World Stadium. Plenty of people making the walk with you. Would stay here again for an event at CWS.
