- Rhonda (4/5): - Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. Firstly, three of us were put in a room with one king bed. I had booked a room with two double beds, but was told by the front desk that the hotel was full and this was the only available room left. Secondly, when I reported that the toilet was not flushing properly and that it was constantly draining, the front desk informed me that they were aware of this problem but that they couldn’t fix until Monday! They then asked me what I expected them to do since they could not accommodate moving us and they couldn’t fix the toilet. I suggested some sort of compensation would be appropriate and they asked what I felt was appropriate. They finally offered half price for the room which I felt was low considering the room only had one bed and one guest needed to sleep on a small couch. I don’t think Expedia should offer this hotel as the photographs do not match the room, which needed several renovations. To top it off the room was dirty ( stained carpet, broken cupboard doors in the kitchenette, garbage left from previous guests, coffee maker and oven dirty).

- Verified traveler (2/5): STAY AWAY! - I booked room with a kitchenette for a week long stay for my family. When we arrived we were told that our room was unavailable, and when I showed my confirmation the gril at thw desk shrugged and said thay there was nothing she could do. I went and took a look around the property and noticed that the pool, basketball and tennis courts were crumbling and unusable. The restaurant was burned down. The golf course was overgrown. There was paint peeling, and newspaper taped over old signs. The entire place is on a complete state of disrepair that it cannot recover from and needs to be bulldozed to the ground.

- Mark (4/5): - The pool is not open. Though the picture shows a pool, it’s closed. Property owners should be help to account for misleading representations of their properties. We would have booked elsewhere had we known but in the end the property got our money so I guess the deception worked on their part.
- Deborah (4/5): - This place was probably glorious many years ago. It has so much potential but seems like it hasnt been maintained. Pool didnt work and garbages were overflowing and stinky. It has beautiful views and a great location, the price was manageable and it worked for the one night we needed it.

This area is in a heat warning right now and the room was left closed with no air conditioning on the drapes open so it got to maximum heat. The pool is drained. Very very disappointing. Looks like maybe new owners? Anyway if I were Expedia I would not partner with this hotel - I usually trust what I find on Expedia but this is a fail!

The bed was very comfy though and it was scenic. The patio should have a screen to keep out the bugs... Wifi was weak.

- ANDREW (4/5): - Our room wasn't clean, the microwave was filthy, the washing up and drying towels were filthy and the bedside light didn't work.
- Kylend (2/5): - Stayed here for a week with a toddler and baby, from 8am-9/10pm i was out of the room visiting my grandmother. Did not make our bed or remove garbage once. Mold all over the bathroom, moth balls, dead bugs cobwebs floors so dirty they turned our socks black, the kitchennette did not have a pan or pot to cook in, 1 mug for coffee one spoon, a broken bread knife and a spatula from 1910. When asked if we could have a pan to cook in they did offer us a toaster oven.... without a tray so i still couldnt cook anything.... Asked staff nearly every day to clean the room and only on the 23 was i able to bathe my kids in this hotel room. The tub prior to the 23 was covered in soap scum and mold. The first time i asked was the morning on the 19th they cleaned only where there was visable mold. There was a non slip tub mat rolled up in the corner of the shower, when i moved it after theu had cleaned there was a ton of mold behind it. So i asked them again on the 21st [the office was closed by the time we woke up and they didnt anwser the phone every time we called on the 20th] to clean it, and they didnt clean the tub they just covered that mold spot with caulk... Third time was the morning of the 22, no more visable mold but still soap scum from privios guests. 4th time i asked was the evening on the 23rd and the lady came by with cleaning supplies and washed it while we were there... The sink in the bathroom has serious hardwater/mold all around the spout, never cleane

Out of the 9 hotels we stayed at this trip 108 was the best. beds, clean, spacious, parking, quiet and safe all great and the price to match. Views are amazing and a great golf course too. The nicest staff too which really makes the stay enjoyable

- Alaina (4/5): - Property has seen better days. The RV sites which are power only are up on the hill and no where close to level. was impossible to get our RV level even with multiple risers used. Most of the sites up there would be more difficult than the one we had, which was at least level left to right, but not front to back. The washrooms for camper use weren't cleaned until we asked them to be (lots and lots of dead flies around the sink). There is also zero privacy for someone getting undressed or dressed when getting into or out of the shower in the women's washroom. There is the possibility to have a bit of privacy at one of the two showers in the mens. The door for those washrooms doesn't close properly either. Apparently the sauna works well. It did appear that they lost our reservation made through expedia (I had tried to book through the resort directly and was asked to book through expedia). If we stay here again with an RV, it would be in one of the 4 sites beside the motel style units that are concrete and flat with full hook-ups. Motel rooms looked clean, but tired. Unfortunately one unit used by our group had the fridge breakdown. Beautiful location, easy to get to from the highway. Quiet.

- Gina (2/5): - This is unfortunately now a place to avoid. Everything on the property is in disrepair. The “ Executive King Room” I paid extra for was awful. The carpet was worn out, the drapes were torn, worn through at the edges. Bathroom fixtures were stained and dirty looking. The armchairs were greasy on the arms and screamed “ Don’t TOUCH” The pool looked like an empty septic tank ( my view was less than scenic). Plywood showing through the worn out outdoor carpet looked rotted, worn through at least a few layers making the hallway seem more like an entrance to a condemned property. It’s truly sad to see what’s become of the place. It is a wreck left long, long after the glory days.

- Patrick (2/5): - Upon arrival I could smell weed in my room, and I tried to air the room out but it is -30 so having a window or door open at this temperature is not going to work. I tried calling the hotel after hours phone number to request a room change, but nobody answered and there was no option to leave a message. The bathroom is disgusting, with mold around the tub and tiles, and large cracks in the tile. The toilet does not flush very well, and the water volume from the shower head is almost non existent.

- Angela (4/5): - It’s the only place to stay in 108 mile so there’s no real choice. The AC didn’t work and it was hot. It felt like the heat was on but I wasn’t. Guys partying next door didn’t shut it down until 1am.

It needs some major upgrades, for example, some of the plumbing doesn't work properly (faucets are hard to turn on), and outdoor carpets need replacing. The coffee maker did not have a glass carafe, to make coffee. There was no foo9d service available.

Needs updates. Awkward wall plugs. Ask for tip at payment terminal on check-in before any service has even been offered. The good: bed was comfy, was quiet at night.

All in all though, fairly good value for your money and very convenient if you have a pet. No food nearby by so make sure you come prepared. Would stay again for travel.

- Deborah (8/5): - Beautiful location overlooking the golf course, with views to 108 and Sepa Lakes. Lovely walking trails and the historic 108 Ranch nearby. The property has seen better days, but is comfortable, and our kitchenette unit was adequately equipped. Pillows were too overstuffed and didn’t work well for us. Heated outdoor pool was an early October bonus, and staff very friendly and helpful. If you’re happy with fairly basic accommodations this is a well-priced option in a beautiful setting. A short drive to restaurants and shopping in 100 Mile.

Questioned whether it would be on for the second night I had planned to stay was told probably not because it takes several days to get the heat throughout the building especially the farther you are from the heat source . CRAZY ! Due to health concerns had to check out after first nights experience .

Pool was fun, but the cement was crumbling and chunks were missing. The kitchenette was not fully stocked with utensils, had to go out and buy or own cooking utensils which we gifted them.The grounds could use a good gardener to clean them up. Sauna was fantastic and the view is unbeatable. Hoping the owners will put some cash into revitalizing the motel and property because it could be an amazing gem 💎.

I'd like to think having gone through the last two years of bs is why it's the way it is. I'm sure once things get up and back up to speed everything with be too top again. I would stay here again.
- David (6/5): - This property has seen better days. While the bed was new and comfortable, the property's interior and exterior need a major spring cleaning. Replacement of worn, stained carpets and bathroom fixtures, basic repairs and a coat or two of paint would help as well. We visit this area often but will return to one of the motels in 100 MH in future.
- Dawn (4/5): - Pictures looked great, the actual property was old, run down and dirty. The bathroom was filthy.
- Ashley (10/5): - Good for the price! The standard double Queen room was much bigger than comparable rooms we’ve stayed at in other places. Decor is typical for an older resort but that didn’t bother us at all. We were comfortable with our two kids and we would definitely stay here again!
- Robert (10/5): - The property is situated on a golf course which during the winter months can be used for x-crosscountry sking or snowshoeing. We booked a kitchenette suite for a couple of days. When we arrived, they did not have one, but the manager and staff went out of their ways to ensure that one was made ready....setvice, service, service....thank you.

- Lorraine (10/5): 108 Hotel and Mountain View - The room was great only problem was requested a king bed with kitchenette only one left was a room with 2 double beds and kitchenette. Had a beautiful view overlooking the golf course and lake, mountain view absolutely breathtaking. Staff was friendly and helpful giving A+. Keep up the good work. Will recommend this facility to family and friends. And we will be coming back There is plenty of deer running around for which you have to watch out for as they will dart across the road.

- Bert (6/5): - Beautiful location, but this is a facility that badly needs updating and renovations. Staff was great at finding us a room with a nice view of the golf course and lake. The king bed was bowed in the middle and quite uncomfortable - a new mattress/bed is long overdue.

- CONSTANCE (4/5): Needs major work! - This place needs a lot of work! It’s very run down. We had the executive suite, the bed was comfy and clean but the carpet was disgusting. They had the patio door open when we got there, we couldn’t close it all the way. It used to be a smoking room and you could really smell it when you returned to your room. Curtains were torn and frayed. It used to be such a great place but not anymore.
- Laura (6/5): - Nice location, staff were accommodating. But facilities are OLD. Cracked sinks, nothing upgraded in decades. Bed was comfortable and good place to stay in a pinch, but poor value and wouldn't recommend to others.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Quaint Older Hotel - This is a older hotel. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Enjoyed the deck over looking the lake and golf course, while having morning coffee. Will definitely come back. Wished we had had an extra day or two to spend here. We are considering having a family reunion here as there is something for everyone here.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place was shabby. We weren’t informed before arrival that the restaurant wasn’t open. Hasn’t seen a coat of paint probably over 10 years. Air conditioner sounded like a jet plane. When I asked the front desk to look into it, they never bothered. Pool wasn’t cleaned . The golf course looks great but the surrounding area around the property was not kept up. Gardens overflowing with weeds . We are not fussy people but this visit was horrible.
