- Gary (8/5): Recommend - This family owned hotel was a good choice. Price, comfort and cleanliness were very good. Stayed for 3 nights and the only problem was our neighbors on the first night talked outside their room next to mine from 3am till 7am. Spoke to management and the other 2 nights were quiet. The owner did outstanding customer service. Will stay again if opportunity presents.
- Brenda (7/5): Good -
- James (8/5): The Price was OK - Price was OK.
- Larry (7/5): Good -
- Adam (10/5): - The beds are very comfortable. We just made a quick stop to sleep during our road trip so we didn't really enjoy anything else besides a good night sleep but the pool looked nice.
- Scarlett (8/5): I initially was given a smoking room but I asked for a swap and all was well. It was very clean - It was very clean. Only thing I didn’t like is they don’t ask if you want a smoking or non smoking they just give you one
- Brittney (10/5): - Love this place and the staff
- Karen (10/5): - Check in was easy. Room was nice and clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointed - Deadlock on door(room 211) did not line up so was worthless and did not work at all. The price was nice but cheap was evident everywhere.
I would never stay there again. You get what you pay less for.
- Joe (7/5): Good -
- Jordan (7/5): Good -
- Dustin (2/5): - Maintenance at 2,3,4 and 5 am banging on absolutely every single thing.
No care at all what happens in the hotel, partying and loud people all throughout the night
- theresa (6/5): - Bed was clean and comfortable. Deadbolt on the door did not work.
- Jay (8/5): Good place. - It was good. Clean and comfortable.
- Anita (8/5): - The Inn was okay. I would have been nice if there was a single cup coffee maker. I would have thought we would be given a wifi password. It is so difficult to ask for one because it is difficult to understand what is being spoken. The stay was sufficient in price and having a place to sleep since I was in town to attend a funeral.
- Larry (6/5): - Meets the needs for my stay
- Cunningham (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kathleen (6/5): - Bed was comfortable. Property in bad need of updating. Lobby closed and no coffee makers in the room.
- Leisha (9/5): Superb -
- Jimmie (9/5): Stay was very pleasant. Only complaint was i could hear the footsteps in the room above me. -
- Nickolas (4/5): Slightly disappointing but what would I expect from a small town hotel? - It was in an okay part of town The non smoking rooms still smelled heavily of smoke, it was clean just not what you’d expect hotel clean to be… and the staff was a bit unprofessional and didn’t know there was any booking… the lock on the door was kind of broken so I had to really push the door hard in to fully lock it…
- Kevin (8/5): Great room for a great value - The young man at the check in window was exceptional. The room was amazing compared to others I've stayed. I'm a smoker but can't sleep in the smell, so I got a non smoking room. Smoking rooms are available. Close to conventional stores such as Pizza Hut, package store and gas station all within walking distance. Even a grocery store. Only downfall was its cold and their check in window , while in an enclosure has no heat or doors. The lobby is currently closed so this is the only means of check in. However, I highly recommend. Great rooms at a great value, with courteous staff.
- Ella (9/5): Wonderful place excellent value - Exceptionally well maintained another room at Comfort Inn would’ve been twice the price that this one was and I would say they were comparable although this one was a little more dated still everything was in good shape
- Ricky (1/5): THE DO NOT GO THERE - Booking. Com shame on you for placing this hotel under your website. The hotel do not offer any of the things that they say about. I RATE THEM AS A ZERO!!😩 EVERYTHING
- Verified traveler (6/5): - They do not do breakfasts which was in the online ad. I would not have chosen them had i known there would not have been any breakfast. They do not have any way to get or make coffee, neither in the room or in their lobby.
- Larry (8/5): - Property met my expectations
- Theresa (10/5): It was an awesome stay. Very affordable. I will be back. - The location was very convenient. It was very quiet. The experience was perfect.
- Fay (1/5): Bad - Owner and pre teen daughter we're playing tennis and ball was hitting my new 370 z convertible. Had to go out and ask them to move to another spot so as not to hit my car anymore. It made him mad. He should have known better to begin with. And they had no coffee in room plus lobby was locked 24/7 so no coffee even there either. Never stay there again. Plenty of hotels in Andalusia.
- Karen (6/5): - It was ok. Clean. Everything was run down. Door had to be slammed shut to lock it. Bathtub had a large crack that was repaired. Didn’t finish painting. Lights burnt out
- Jordan (8/5): Very good -
- Jay (3/5): Poor -
- Bonny (10/5): - Room was nice. Staff were great.
- Verified traveler (6/5): So-So - Bathroom convenience unacceptable - no place to hang anything, needs paint/ upgrade.
- Darrell (10/5): Far away from city bustle - Secluded community. Good "down home" eating establishments. Some would say "too sparse and few and far between shopping and dining", but it was great for us.
- Hunter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammy (8/5): Very good - Location and price Beds were very uncomfortable
- Hunter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Savannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Kathy (5/5): Too old a facility and felt like not a safe area. - Bed was fine; wifi; price Room could have been updated - just a very old facility. When we were packing up our car to leave, a man approached my husband and asked if he could use our room to shower....obviously, we said no. Did not feel safe....will not stay at this location again.
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Provided everything I needed. Staff were great to work with when I asked for something.
This is the second time I’ve stayed here.
Great value!
- Crystal (5/5): Passable -
- Tammy (8/5): Very good - Rates and location and staff The beds were very uncomfortable
- Rhonda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tammy (9/5): Superb - Great location and great price The beds were uncomfortable
- Waters (1/5): We did not stay. - Everything about it. We did not stay. The room was warm and musty smelling. The shower leaked, the water was in the drain area with a piece of fabric or something floating in it. The lobby was "closed", at 2 in the afternoon. Rang the bell to get the key and 5 minutes later rang the bell to return it. Then we left.
- Kristie (4/5): Bad OPPortunity - There didn’t really seem to be any management onsite. Several men smoking in the parking lot. Adjoining room when we didn’t ask for one. Difficulty with key cards—reader on door may have been malfunctioning. I just didn’t feel safe here.
- K (9/5): Happy at opp inn - Comfortable beds 🛏️ and nice staff people There was no breakfast 🥞 and the lobby was closed
Opps happy and affordable
- Phillip (10/5): - Had a wonderful visit staff was nice and the room was very clean
- Simon (6/5): Pleasant - It had a small pool which was nice. Upon arrival the reception was shut and I was served though a hatch. The girl behind the counter had to be instructed via phone how to check us in. Then she asked for my PIN number for my credit card because passing the card reader was obviously to difficult. After refusing to tell her she passed me the card reader.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (9/5): Everything I needed with comfort and privacy. - Family-owned and operated. I was impressed that when they made a mistake in their favor they not only found it and corrected it. Then they called me to notify me. Bed was very comfortable. Some communication problems but not really a problem
- Hribal (8/5): Very good - No breakfast
- Jamie (6/5): - OK hotel in the Pinch
- Vernarick (10/5): - It real affordable
- Thomas (1/5): Room wasn’t that clean, no coffee pot and lobby wasn’t opened - Nothing They charged us an extra $50 because they said we smoked in the room. That’s great, neither one of us smokes
- Tammy (8/5): Very good -
- Carolynn (8/5): - Terrific location. Eateries downtown were pleasant and varied. Clean, comfortable room.
- Gerry (8/5): - Check in was alright; the lobby was in kind of a state of distress and closed so we had to use the little check-in window...ugh. Clean & well maintained with an operating clean swimming pool - yay!!
Door key cards - dont always work too well amywhere on planet motel...so no ding there.
Nice staff (family-ish motel) and friendly and helpful.
Close to downtown; but you cant walk there - well you could if you had time.
Mex restaurant across the street and theres a also groceries and other shopping opportunities in the same area.
Overall we'd give ui a thumbs up for the money. Opp is a nice little town - we'd go there again.
- Hunter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barrett (5/5): Passable -
- Williams (9/5): Superb -
