Leonard (6/5): - We booked the town and country and they changed us to the best western without notifying us and best western doesn't have a swimming pool and hot tub. Also prices had dropped and we weren't given any compensation. We have stayed numerous times and not sure we would go back.

Maria (10/5): - Breakfast exceed expectations, as did location, and our room was clean and comfy. One flaw: the outdoor furniture was dirty, table not washed in 3 days, and needed new cushions. Likewise the pebbled cement outdoor walkways/hallways needed a deep 'floor' scrub or power wash.

Alan (10/5): - This was the cleanest property.! Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The property is older, but well kept. Breakfast had several options, and great coffee. We were able to walk to several restaurants. There was a grocery across the street. Ask to be farther back, as the front faces a loud and very busy street. The front dedk staff was not there when we arrived, (about 6pm) and several of us waited for about 20” to check in. This is my 4 star for staff. Would stay again.

Michele (8/5): Dicey start, but all good thereafter - I had called two weeks in advance to ask if we might be given a ground-floor room--we're getting older and lugging bags up stairs is getting harder. When we arrived the desk knew nothing about this and I had to show them my phone to prove I had called and when. They said they had one ground-floor room available, so we took it. It smelled a little musty, but thereafter I would say that the maid service was good. Anyone who happened to be on the desk always greeted us pleasantly. The breakfast on offer is very good--the only thing that would make it better is...bacon!

Kurtt (10/5): - Great location, very convenient to the university and theaters. The exterior shows some wear and tear, specifically there are places that the concrete is broken away from the upper floor balcony/walkway, exposing rusted rebar. Interior was clean and well-maintained, AC worked great.

Jill (8/5): - Our room was right by the stairs and we were woken several times by people laughing talking etc as they used them and on our 2nd day we had no breakfast as the dining hall was so busy we waited an hour but people sat at them playing cards so we decided to start our journey without breakfast as did a few other people But overall a nice hotel clean enjoyable especially the pool and hot tub after a busy day sightseeing

Julie (8/5): Good location - Excellent location. Staff was ok, not very friendly but not rude. There was a weird whistle at night that we think was the water pipes from surrounding rooms. It lasted for about 30 minutes then went away. Overall nothing was horrible and we would stay there again.

When pressure would come back the temperature would be considerably cooler for a few seconds. The wifi was intermittent and week.
