- Hawk (10/5): Very relaxing and helped to save my life - Clean N/a
- Heather (3/5): If you just need a bed, this is the place for you. Anything else pay another $10 for in town - It was easy to get to I guess you shouldn’t expect much for $40. The place was clean enough, the bed was the most important thing and that was acceptable. I did want to take a shower but found a used bar of soap and hair in the shower so that deterred me. Our room was right by the door to the outside and slammed every time someone left starting at 5:00 AM not impressed. The free starburst wrapper may come with your room as well

- Kathy (10/5): - Very spacious and comfy room!
- Guest (7/5): - Easy parking Nice room
- Coxwell (10/5): -
- Don (10/5): - On every stay as a repeat guest after a long and tiring road trip, checking in, sometimes late in evening, Amy has always been welcoming and responsive to get to the desk promptly to process my arrival. I am able to always get to the room quickly as a result. Nicely lighted close up parking is great!

- Julio (10/5): Espléndida - Comodidad
- Mary (3/5): - beds were comfortable and the price was great bathroom was gross. The toilet seat had dry urine on it and the toilet hadn't been flushed, never mind cleaned. Towels were old, discolored and scratchy. We used some disinfecting wipes we had to clean things up a bit but didn't sit on the john or use the shower.
- Jeff (1/5): -
- Michael (6/5): - Average room a/c needs improvement
- Ami (2/5): Not good - The room was not clean. The wifi they advertise was terrible. We barely wanted to stay. They didn't even check id or anything. Will not stay. The reviews are wrong
- Heilika (10/5): - Everything was great
- Hugo Ivan R Mayorga (10/5): - Asesome as always
- Curtis (6/5): - Was ok for the price
- Clarence (2/5): - Smell bad
- David (8/5): - Love that it's family owned. coffee service needs some improvements (sugar) vs substitute.
- Joseph (10/5): - Very inexpensive. Very old, but good for cross country stop over. Nice place for what they are working with. Recommended.
- Rosa (6/5): - Outside doors didn't latch or seem to close properly. There was a peculiar odor in the hallways...not too pleasant.
- Annette (8/5): - I have stayed here twice. I like the place. It's a little run down because its old, but its a comfortable room. Staff is nice. I will stay here again.
- James (2/5): - Sucked all around. Smelled bad
- Tracey (4/5): - Inexpensive, room was very humid.
- Lisa Jo (10/5): - Very comfortable
- Donnell (2/5): - I wanted so badly to like this property. Sadly i checked out within minutes of checking in. I think it could be great as the owners seem to have the right idea but these rooms need a serious over haul.
- Robin (10/5): - The price is right checked in at 10 pm and spent two nights there will worth it if you are not pickie rooms are clean
- Loree (8/5): - Everything was great. The room was comfortable.
- anna (4/5): - For the price of the room I couldn’t expect too much however it felt pretty dirty and it was extremely noisy. The room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our check in with dust and undergarments under beds. For the price it was a fine stay.
- Andrew (2/5): - The security door is broken & does not close behind you. The room does not match the very good reviews at all. This property is in need of repairs & a good cleaning. The hall on the first floor is muggy & there’s a smell. The beds are not confirtable
- David (2/5): - Left within 4 hours. It’s a place for semi-permanent residents.
- Roger (10/5): - Calm and quiet
- John (2/5): - Very bad, you're first step very funky smell, the front desk looks like homeless and very bad attitude I registered and she only give me recipe no invoice, I went to the room I check the beds they no change, I see pubic hair, crumbs, some dirty spots on the sheets ( I forgot took pictures), the bath tub was dirty, by the sink, inside of microwave, they put some plastic cups with no plastic cover
- Gabriela (4/5): - Everything smelled moldy.
- Donald (6/5): - Run down property, exterior doors didn’t shut and lock. Room smelled damp and musky.
- James (4/5): - The staff was rude and the room had cokroaches in it and the room had a weird unpleasant smell in there. Plus i dont think yhey ever check in the fridge because there was a half gallon milk that was like it turned into cottage cheese yuke. I will never stay in this disgusting place 😤 again. Ir was filthy with very rude management.
- Ali (10/5): - Great stay for the price. Front desk person looked irritated but still friendly.
- robert (8/5): - Quiet
- Eulesa Colleen (4/5): - Staff was very helpful and courteous, family owned business, which is why I hate to give any type of bad review, my sister whom I was sharing the room with arrived before me, but since it was after 10 pm, (even though in their policy it says check in times ends at midnight) The front desk said we could either have our keys left with our other sister checking into another room, or she could "leave them out" for me? leave out where?
Also, carpet was dirty, kept getting little black rubbery pieces of something stuck to my feet, the hair dryer was broken (would add pic if I could it was literally broken by the coils and burned), no hot water in shower unless you let it run for quite some time, towels and wash clothes very thin and small, sink was newer but use with caution as the water splashes everywhere even when barely turned on...a/c barely cooled the room...fridge not very cold...price for one night was great, but not worth it...sorry :(
Could be a really nice place if updated and cleaned...
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The people were very friendly and tried very hard to make stay enjoyable. The motel was however very run down. It was clean.
- Tonni (2/5): At least I didn't find bedbugs - Roaches, stained linens, barefoot employees, no water
- Keithikins (4/5): No boutique here - Boutique it is not! Old motel, bathroom not remodeled, thin small towels, wafer thin soap bars, old furniture, swimming pool full of concrete, exterior needs paint. Bed was pretty good, newer chairs in room. Room was clean. Price was great…$50
- Walter (10/5): - Safest hotel in the area
- Brian (8/5): - Clean older budget motel. Comfortable beds. Heater working.
- Coleen (10/5): - We have stayed at 7 Boutique twice in the last couple of years. Please don't let the low price make you think this is not a good place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. We love to support family owned businesses!
- Josh (10/5): - Beautiful and quite
- Candice (2/5): - When walking into the property it reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. The toilet didn’t work properly. The shower water never got warm. I could not sleep with the smell. I ended up sleeping in my car.
- Cyndi (6/5): - Smelled but served a purpose
- William (10/5): - Great experience, will definitely be staying there next time I'm in wichita.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Ok for the price. - We booked 2 rooms. For the price it was ok.
Lobby had a strong smoke smell.
One room was pretty good, beds were not very comfortable and more than a few hairs in the bathroom.
Room two had a lot of hair in the bathroom and a bad smell.
- Scott (8/5): - Room was nice. Equipment works,
But there was hair in the tub and over the drain.
- Timothy (10/5): - Exceptionally high quality and low price.
- EDWIN (6/5): - Room and bed seemed clean. But we killed two little cockroaches in the bathroom.
We stayed three nights, we never had someone come to clean or at least change our towels not even once. We were never told of that was upon request.
- Tioluwanimi (10/5): - Good location and friendly staff
- Steven (10/5): - Clean, comfortable property, outstanding value for a nights stay
- Brooke (4/5): - One bed in room had animal hair from previous guests. Glass in parking lot was dangerous for pets.
- Kevin (10/5): - Nice value place to stay. We've been here several times, and like the spacious comfortable rooms
- Teri (10/5): Best Little Family Hotel - We make it a point to drive this far and make our overnight stop at this hotel! It is family owned and very clean and sleeps great!!
- Tracy (8/5): Worth considering, great value - This is a bargain hotel, and I would certainly stay here again for the budget friendly rates. The rooms are comfortable enough, and in pretty good condition. Their pet fee is super reasonable compared to most other hotels.
- 232cammiem (10/5): Caring and Kindness goes a long way - I have stayed in a number of different varieties of hotels, motels and Inns throughout my life span and paid big dollars to very little amounts. This place not only is one of the most affordable stays I've encountered, but is also the most comfortable and welcoming places i have ever been to. I say this, because Amy, who is the manager & and lives on the property, takes great pride and care in this place and for her guests and staff. Their pricing is here is unbelievably affordable, rooms are well kept, well maintained and the entire building as well. I am very grateful for her and for her amazing housekeepers. Thank you for being awesome.
- Michael (8/5): A Quality BUDGET Hotel - This was definitely a “unique experience”. Our room was comfortable. Our check in was fast. And the price is unbeatable. But there’s also a little bit of “get what you pay for”. Ceilings were in disrepair in the bathroom. Efforts to mop the floor had been done, but still a pile of hair and dirt in the corner. Rooms smelled recently bleached and beds were comfortable (good) but marks on walls and outdated fixtures and features were hard to miss. Would definitely stay here again, just felt that some of the other reviews were a bit too generous.
- Rick (10/5): More than worth it - The 7 Boutique Hotel is a perfect stay & the most economical & comfortable overnight you'll have. The general mgr & staff work very hard to ensure the rooms are the best they can be. The beds are comfortable & the linens are clean. Yes, this is a refurbished old hotel but don't let that stop you from a pleasant stay.
- Deniz (6/5): - Dirty
- Katherine (8/5): - Roomy, with a comfortable bed. Great shower.
- Ulisses (10/5): - Google said they had a gym, but they don't. However, the staff was great, rooms were nice and clean, great locations with lots of food options nearby. I would definitley stay there again.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Bang for buck was good. Comfortable beds
- Jeffrey (6/5): - Comfortable beds. Good value
- Shauna (6/5): - Cool look from the outside, interior could use some updating. Did find a few pests, some so I would recommend pest control services or additional pest control services.
- Larry (6/5): - The shower needs updated. Also the washrag I used had holes in it. Ice machine were out of service.
- Tim (2/5): - When I checked in she said that I should not have been able to book online. I understood why when I entered the room. It was obvious by the odor they had a sewage back up. When she went to check she said the room was fine but she was so wrong. As you can see in the pictures the bathtub was full of dirt and what looked like chunks of fecal matter. While there i killed 6 cockroaches, double checked all my bags to make sure none got into my stuff and i left.
I wish hotels.ca still had a number to call to request a refund and tell them this place should not be listed.
- Cody (6/5): - Hotel was great
Manger has an attitude
- Cody (4/5): - Hotel itself was great
The manager seemed to have an issue with me no matter what and just an attitude in general
- Jalen (2/5): - Wouldn’t recommend this place to stay at it is cheap and the property is very dirty. The rooms don’t seem to be cleaned and bedding is super dirty as well. This property is a Health Hazard due to having mold in the rooms and having a very distinct smell around the hotel.
- Jodie (2/5): - I was extremely unsatisfied with this hotel and location. There is no way it should have the rating it does. The security door from the parking lot was broken and didn’t lock. The first room they offered was dirty. I went to the desk, she offered another room. It was better, but not great. I chose not to stay because there was no way I would feel safe and comfortable there. The woman at the desk said she understood but there were no refunds. I chose to leave. I couldn’t stay there. I ended up staying a couple miles away in a bright, clean, safe hotel and was much happier for almost the same price. I hated spending the extra money, but for my peace of mind it was worth it!! If you choose to stay here, lower your expectations.
- Gil (10/5): - This is the 4th time I have stayed there, it is always a terrific value, as so many others find. Dog friendly, quiet, comfortable.
- Julia (8/5): - We have stayed at the 7 Boutique several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We travel with our dog and there is plenty of area to walk safely.
When we travel we look for convenient and comfortable. This is a great fit.
- Austin (10/5): - for the price it is an unbeatable stay especially if you’re in Pratt for an extended stay or for work. more than i could ask for with such a low price
- Dannielle (10/5): Perfect place to stay! - The staff was very helpful and she made sure we had a comfortable stay. It was my daughter, myself, and 6 and 8-year-old grandkids. The hotel is very cute on the inside!
- Neal (8/5): - room was clean, lots of room with a comfortable clean bed. excellent for the price!
- sarah (2/5): BEWARE! Roaches, body hair, rags, mold? - Lessons learned if a hotel posts a sign saying "all payments final" turnaround and leave; good reviews can be bought. First floor room we were given smelled of mold, investigating found a ceiling panel completely bulging and saturated with water. You could see evidence of this in common areas of the hotel where ceiling panels obviously got wet and broke exposing fiberglass insulation. Front desk person, unapologetic and unsurprised by the situation, gave us a new room on the second floor. Better in that it did not smell as bad as the first room and rest of the hotel (which is a mix of strong bad cleaning product, cigarette smoke and I suspect mold). As I sat in the room I became more and more disgusted realizing that there was black body hair all over the bedspreads, bath mat and shower. Didn't feel like bathroom had been cleaned, (ther than toilet) sink and vanity still dirty. Bathroom door has someone's toothpaste spit on it. Towels and sheets literally rag status. And then the Roaches - on the dresser, wall, bathroom, floor. Couldn't get out of this place fast enough. Not sure how this place is not shut down by some sort of inspection, definitely don't understand how people are rating it "exceptional".
- Stephen (4/5): - Beware of bed bugs!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Always amazing, quiet, friendly staff.
- Dawn (10/5): - Affordable
- Donald (10/5): Happy face - Great place
