- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was an updated one. It was nice having the wood floors instead of carpet. It was nice that they offered a refrigerator however a microwave would have been nice. And especially cuz it was advertised with one and there wasn't one. Overall the 3/5 there were a few hairs in the shower and one of the towels had a lot of stains on it and I'm assuming that was an accident it got put in the room. I would stay again if need be.

Additionally, the lights were malfunctioning, and the curtains were barely attached to the rod, appearing as if they had been torn down previously.
- Gage (4/5): - Internet is heavily limited isnt in every room and only covers about half the property the download was about 10mps if that i got 2 to 1 half the time with inconsistent speeds being by the router kinda upload is probably the exact same needs a massive overhaul when i asked what they had i was told fiber by the very nice older guy up front he was a massive help and the only reason i didnt go for a full refund day 1 2h into my stay

- Jesse (2/5): Dirty Rooms From previous guest - We pre booked a room, we checked in and was given the key to our room. Walked in and the room was not cleaned from previous guest. Went to the front office and he gave us keys to a new room. Went to the new room and it was dirty as well from previous guest. Went down a 3rd time and finally got a semi clean room.

The curtains looked like bullet holes that went through them and electrical tape used to patch them. Roaches the rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking. They smelled like smoke and burn holes from a cigarette on the comforters.

Burn holes all in the sheets and when I went to take the sheets off a lighter fell out which tells me they never changed the sheets they just put the same ones back on! Come on! Ratchet as hell. Do NOT waste your money here. Crack heads hanging around the whole building. Everything was falling apart in the room like the dressers and tables. Waste of time had to drive the rest the way to our destination with NO SLEEP and TWO babies

- Rishay (2/5): Terrible - Michael the front desk employee was rude refused to assist with calling hotel.com and sat and watched the phone ring when hotel.com tried to reach him he insisted I would have to pay again refused to call his manager or do anything to help with the matter. I did not have to pay again it was all on his side and I did not have to pay again it magically worked all of a sudden had to wait over 45 min due to his inability to do his job or have any customer service or support. I use Wyndham a lot will not use this hotel ever again management has not responded to my complaint either

- Deanna (2/5): The worst. - Room 127 There were roaches in the corner of the room. and cob webs in several corners, a spider came down from the light fixture while i was brushing my teeth. As I rose up from rinsing my mouth, he spun back up to light fixture. The curtains were falling and had two bullet size holes in them. Several people appeared to be living in the hotel and were noisy. The air conditioning sounded like a loud motor.
- April (8/5): - Undermaintained. There was a water leak in the wall from the sink. The room smelled of mildew, the door didn’t shut properly and had light gaps. This is a residential hotel for lower income persons and someone knocked on our door several times throughout the night.

- Tye (2/5): - Didn't look into this property before booking, just needed a spot for my son and I for two nights. When we arrived at midnight it was too late to look for somewhere else so we stayed the night. There were prostitutes out back and a guy on a motorcycle ridding by the rooms at 3 am. There were two towels and one was badly stained. The room stunk really bad as well. I prepaid for two nights and did not return after the first night we went somewhere else.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusted Nana. - Was there about 5 minutes and that time doesn’t include the time we sat in my car scared to get out! The room was disgusting. The place didn’t feel safe for me and my two grandsons to stay. There was an older lady sitting outside the room and I asked her if it was quiet place and she told me sometimes it it and sometimes it isn’t. So we left and went to another hotel.

Asphalt on property was damaged, weather damaged shower curtain was extremely dirty , should have been discarded !!! There was a single microwave oven in laundry room for the entire facility!! Microwave was filthy and smelled so bad!! The building as a whole looked like it was ready to be demolished!!!!!

- Manuel (4/5): Plush camping - Booked two rooms. Both smelled like cigarette. We checked in late, so we just sucked it up. It didn't look like other rooms would be any different. Toilet seat was sticky, as if the plastic were disintegrating. There was one towel, so we needed to ask for more in the morning. Staff was friendly. Shower water pressure was low. Beds were comfortable enough that you could forget there were white stains on the comforter. We took our stay as a plush camping experience.

The Cont. breakfast was a grab and go with only muffins and granola bars, coffee and juice. No where to sit. It has been awhile for us taking a trip, but we use to enjoy staying at a Super 8, not anymore. It will never happen if we can help it, as the one we stayed in night before was very disappointing also

- Stephen (2/5): - The room I was given at check in was not clean. There was hair on the bed, a used band-aid on the floor, and a variety of stains and detritus throughout the room. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of stale smoke and there were numerous burn holes in the bed sheets. The night manager confirmed with me that the room was non-smoking and had been cleaned. However, it was obvious to me that the room had not been cleaned and had been smoked in. I checked out at this point and purchased a room at the Best Western in Fort Smith to sleep in. The night manager at Best Western shared that they frequently have guests come who "just can't make themselves stay at that Super 8". A search of google reviews shows that this property has a history of poor maintenance and uncleanliness dating back at least three years. Others have reported prostitution and drug dealing. I saw ladies outside on hotel property wearing stereotypical prostitution attire, but I was not propositioned and I can't say with certainty that they were engaged in prostitution. I don't expect lots of amenities from Super 8, but I do expect the rooms to be clean. I've never had a problem with the Super 8 brand before, and I plan to give the brand another chance. But my experience at the Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Smith has shaken my confidence.

- Shaletha (2/5): Bad business - It was the worst experience in my lifetime my arrival was good but thru the night crickets in the room chirping my property was taken out of my room my pain meds came up missing i had to recover them from the front room they gonna tell me if anything was missing let them know they will file a police report then have to have proof so i called them to report my pain meds was missing ivwas told that my meds was in there why they go through my meds that'swas all in a Walgreens sack how did they know i had pain meds nothing of mines shouldn't have been removed from my room period ...so what they said is my meds was in there and it was locked up in the front and no ither person had the key but him and the property manager..wow so yes it was bad from the jump going in my room..after i left came back to find my stuff removed.

Called the front desk and they offered to bring air freshener “if they got around”, which we never received. Felt unsafe, and was even bothered at our door by a solicitor. Also got to listen to screaming baby in the next room all night long. Only perk was they allowed our dogs.

The door didnt have a security lock, the bathroom door was unable to shut and the mattresses felt like a piece of foam on the floor just elevated. No box spring to give extra support. Stairs were rusty outsides and could see where parts had eroded away. Gentlemen behind the countywas extremely nice which is the only good thing i can say and the uhaul place we needed was right next door

I asked the night clerk for another room and was told "your room is your room, sorry". Next morning I went down to complain again and was told the same thing by another clerk. I asked if I can be refunded and was told no. I threw the card down and left as there was no point in staying. Ruined my trip.
- Diane (4/5): - Obviously, this place needs work. I expected it to be like other Super 8s I’ve stayed in, but this wasn’t even close. A few stains and black hairs on the sheets grossed me out (my hair is light). No microwave or coffee maker (I should’ve checked before booking). I was in room 103, noise from the street in the night, late and loud check ins, and very early noise, either checking out or picking people up or what. It’s right next to a U-Haul rental place. I didn’t feel safe, it wasn’t comfortable, and I did not get much sleep. Honestly, I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

- Sandra (8/5): Clean, comfortable room - The motel was located in a “not desirable” area of town, with some panhandlers wandering around,and we were worried about it, but it was well lit and we had no problems. I had no problems with my service dog, but the fenced area was not entirely enclosed, so you couldn’t let your pet “off-leash”. The desk clerk was always friendly and offered information on area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but there was only 2 towels and we got cold in the night because the “bedspread” was modern, but not warm. It was good for a one-night stay passing through, but I wouldn’t stay for the long haul. Not a good area to walk in and no restaurants near by.

The door didn't lock, at all, so we couldn't leave any belongings in the room if we left, and we basically had to barricade the door while we slept. Cockroaches were crawling on the bed. I wish I couldn't just stayed in the car, but there seemed to be several loud parties happening in the parking lot.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst Super 8 ever - Every Super 8 I’ve stayed at before has been ok, not the best, but ok. The Fort Smith Super 8 is absolutely horrible. It’s not clean. It’s not safe. Worst section of town possible. Crusty “substance” on bedcovers. My eyes and exposed skin started burning and itching about 3 minutes upon entering the room. My eyes are still red a day later. Used, dirty toiletries. Noise level is loud. Holes in the walls around fixtures. It looks like they started painting and just got tired of it and stopped. Possible drug deals were in progress in the parking lot. Lots of loiterers. I did not feel safe, so I left and an in the process of a refund.

- Neffer (4/5): - The restroom was dirty. Holes in the bed sheets and comforters. It states breakfast is included . All they had was coffee and some type of cookie
- Parker (2/5): - hammering and construction all night and day and noisy, filthy, and I had to change rooms because I got checked into one under contruction, burn holes in the bedspreads, no drain stopper, no chair for desk, ragged and loud and nasty. BAD!!! AC buttons missing, broken or inoperable, Not enough towels, stains, looks like a war zone.
- Kirk (2/5): Discussing rooms - We did not stay first room there was dog hair in bed, cigarette burns in cover, and roaches crawling around. Second room when manager assistant opened door roaches went everywhere. We call hotels.com told them about the fithey rooms. We were given a refund and we moved on.
- Amaliamaria (2/5): - This was the most horrible room I have ever seen! The rooms were FILTHY! There was throw in the sink and BLOOD stains on the bedsheets amongst other unknown substances stains. The area & people around seemed very skeptical. Definitely didn’t feel safe. I don’t recommend & would never come here. We didn’t stay after seeing the room, they change us to another room which was the same horrible conditions & left to a different hotel. For your safety & health do not come here.
- Barbara (2/5): - Cockroaches in room. I got back to room late so I stayed asked front desk for bug spray he pulled out roach killer. They should have I professionally sprayed just sayin it’s bad here
- Michael (2/5): - No good. Floor very dirty and room had tiny roaches and bugs. Some guests had their dogs off leash running around the motel. Wanted to extend stay but went elsewhere.
- Laurie (2/5): - We left the same night we checked in. It was so dirty you could not take your shoes off. It was obvious that many people were living at the hotel and many unwanted activities were taking place. There were bugs in our bed and cigarette burns in the covers. An old bean can was holding up the AC unit. Fast driving cars in the parking lots playing loud music constantly.
