Mijn vermoeden is dat het hotel bewust omgaat met extra kosten voor een ontbijt.

- Dr. Jörg (3/5): Für Businessleute definitiv nicht empfehlenswert! - …die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Daran ändert sich auch nichts, wenn die Hotelzimmer einen neuen „Anstrich“ erhalten. Es wurde erkennbar renoviert, dies allerdings bei minimalem finanziellen Engagement. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Das enorme Verkehrsaufkommen an der unmittelbar neben dem Hotel liegenden großen Kreuzung sorgt Tag und Nacht für einen unfaßbar hohen Geräuschpegel im Raum; dies übrigens auch bei geschlossenem „Schallschutzfenster“. Auch sind die Hotelgäste in den Nachbarzimmern so deutlich zu hören, als würde man mit selbigen einen Raum teilen, egal ob sie auf die Toilette gehen, ob sie husten, schnarchen oder die Möbel rücken… Für Businessleute die Schlaf brauchen definitiv nicht empfehlenswert! Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis für dieses Hotel passt im Ergebnis überhaupt nicht!

- Ulrich (7/5): Für 1-2 Nächte ok - Freundliches Personal Frühstück ist einfach und nicht abwechslungsreich Wurst und Käse Platten werden am Vortag vorbereitet und somit wirkt der Käse am Rand eher trocken! Tische werden sehr spät abgeräumt und gereinigt ! Auf die Frage nach Verlängerung des Zimmers ( musste leider sein) wurden uns 2 Einzelzimmer zum Doppelten Preis des Doppelzimmers ( was wir bereits 3 Tage nutzten) angeboten ! Hier müsste doch etwas flexibel reagiert werden!
- Frauke (6/5): Enttäuscht. - Parkhaus unter dem Hotel, sauberes Bad Hatte vorab um ein ruhiges Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gebeten, bei Ankunft jedoch ein Zimmer ganz unten direkt an der Straße bekommen. Schallisolierung der geschlossenen Fenster ist schlecht, man hört die Autos im Zimmer trotzdem. Umziehen in ein anderes Zimmer war auf meine Nachfrage nicht möglich. Im Zimmer war die Couch als Zusatzbett bezogen, obwohl ich allein angereist war, was mir erneut das Gefühl gab, dass grundsätzlich ein Missverständnis bei der Zimmerbelegung vorlag. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider sehr reduziert und die Wurst- und Käsescheiben hatten bereits um 8 Uhr gewellte Ränder…

Insgesamt fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Für eine Einzelzimmer war das Zimmer schön groß Das Betreten der Hotelflure ist für jeden möglich. Ich würde mir dahingehend etwas mehr Sicherheit wünschen zb durch Flurcodes oder Aufzugbenutzung nur mit Hotelkarte. Ich habe mich dadurch aber nicht unwohl und gestört gefühlt.

- Heleen (8/5): Goed slapen in fijne buurt - Goede bedden, grote kamers, nette inrichting. En dichtbij leuke restaurants en groene wijken. Het was warm in de kamer want de verwarming stond aan. Er was lawaai van buiten, maar met goede geluidswerende ramen en oordoppen was dat geen probleem.

- Detlef (6/5): Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. - Für einen Besuch der Messe von der Lage optimal. Nur eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze indirekter Nähe verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wobei die Auswahl an Käse und Aufschnitt überschaubar ist. Gutes Brot und leckere Brötchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und wenig ansprechend. Auch Dusche und Bad sind winzig, nichts für große oder kräftigere Menschen.

- Christina (7/5): - gute Lage für den Besuch der Messe. Auto kann einfach am Parkplatz neben dem Hotel geparkt werden. Personal ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer sind schön und ruhig. Frühstück lässt leider zu wünschen übrig, vor allem bei Unverträglichkeiten oder veganer Ernährung.

- Peter (9/5): Ich komme wieder :-) - Schönes, modernes Zimmer mitten in Rüttenscheid. Jederzeit wieder Im Durchgang vom Hotel zur Tiefgarage riecht es penetrant nach Urin.

- Marion (8/5): - Das Frühstück war 4 Tage lang immer das Gleich, überhaupt keine Änderung. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, Milch wurde nicht aufgefüllt, Marmeladenbecher waren leer, obwohl nur wenig Leute........die Qualität war gut!

- Matthias (9/5): - Personal freundlich, Frühstück mit allem was man braucht, Zimmer modern, Gebäude schon etwas älter, aber okay. Da ich einen Tag nach Hause mußte, hatte ich zwei verschiedene Zimmer. Das zweite war kleiner. Auch das Bad war recht klein. Im Ganzen aber okay.
