Guest Reviews
- Sharon (1/5): Ugly. Had to drive an additional 50 miles to stay at sister’s - Didn’t stay. Unknowingly I had to have a deposit in addition to cost of stay. If I had known in advance I would have had it. Found no info stating that a deposit was necessary. They wouldn’t allow a stay because I didn’t have the full amount of deposit which I wasn’t informed ahead of time that it would be needed. Have stayed at many hotels in US and Europe and never needed deposit in addition to cost of fee. They said it is listed on the registration but found no such information.

- Jim (7/5): - My stay was just perfect for what I was looking for and paid for. The property is dated but it worked for me. I love Mexican food and next door I ate twice. I will return if I am in the area and need a room.

- Nancy (9/5): I have no complaints! - I love that you all provide a great selection of idems to choose from for breakfast. I really can't complain about anything. I think the room was clean, the cleaning staff asked if I needed anything everyday. I enjoyed my stay!
- ELEANOR (8/5): Breakfast could do with more option the same thing everyday -
- Stephanie (8/5): - It was comfortable and staff were friendly I think it was a little overpriced for the value
- Constance (9/5): -
- David (1/5): Not impressed, very bad part of town. Definitely wouldn't recommend. - It was in a very bad part of town, there were homeless people walking through the parking lot. There was a homeless man sleeping on the stairs to the 2nd floor. I was very disappointed.
- Elgin (10/5): Nice - Breakfast was good room was clean quiet Nothing bad to say

- Marcos (8/5): -
- Richard E (1/5): bad location. i couldn’t find it. -
- Sue (9/5): Was great we picked because close to medical office we were going to - Ok Lot of police surveillance. Great to feel safe but is it transients or drug issues
- Jack (10/5): -
- Siana (10/5): Over all A pleasant experience - Plenty of restaurants and shopping centers close by
Bus stop right in front of hotel Coffee. Pool hours.
- Robert (10/5): I drove from Pasadena, CA to support my 19’year old son with his first traffic ticket and had to show up for court and - What I liked about the property was it was close to restaurants and stores and the staff was professional and friendly. N/A
- IRBIS (4/5): - Breakfast ok Room wasn’t clean the first day there was dust and hair in tub.

- Merrell (8/5): Great comfortable stay. Will be back. - Right next to McDonalds. Staff was very friendly and kind. Had a mix up on charges but was corrected right away with no issues. It’s across the street from an amazing taco restaurant. The vending machine ran out of water and hand to buy something else.

- Stephen (1/5): Disappointing - The hotel was inexpensive and I needed. Place to stay for two nights. It was badly in need of refurbishment even for the low price. I learned once again, you get what you pay for. In this case much less. The management was friendly and even let me use their extra charger for my phone. Otherwise, a bad memory. The room was badly in need of refurbishment. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. It was a mistake even if only for two nights. Sorry to have to make this comment but if my comments save someone else from making the bad choice I made I’m glad to report what my experience was like. Phoenix offers much better accommodations for the money.

- Joseph (8/5): -
- Jalloh (7/5): - The best part was the breakfast in the morning, room was clean, towels were dirty and old. Clean towels, towels where old and dirty.
- Steven (8/5): - Clean room. Conveniently located and parking was easy
- Christopher (10/5): - Shower curtain was damaged before arriving other then that it was a good stay.
- Miguel (6/5): - U guys need better tvs and showers
- Donald (4/5): - This property is "hidden" behind a McDonalds and is very difficult to find. Signage is small under the curb McDonalds sign.
- Miguel (6/5): - Wish yall had better tvs and the shower pressure was ok
- SONIA (10/5): - This Hotel is very clean. As you walk inside that is the first thing I noticed. I was praying that the inside of the hotel room was just as clean. It was very clean.
So far all the best westerns I have been in, are very clean.
- Dyer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nijad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (10/5): I stayed there twice in one week and I would recommend this hotel - I am very picky about hotels, my husband and I both are. This hotel was clean in the lobby and clean in the room! Also, the hallway was clean with no smells, which we appreciated. There really wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. I did not experience the breakfast just because I wasn’t around during the time that it was offered so I can’t give any insight on that part.
- Jason (10/5): We would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again if in the area - Clean facility. Our room was clean. The lobby was clean no weird smells. Unfortunately, we did not get to sample the breakfast just because of our timeframe and the time that the breakfast was offered
- FU CHEN (6/5): - bed is soft
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Always nice to stop in and grab some rest.
- moneylab (8/5): Good stay - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a room change and they took care of us.
Room was clean with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was good also.
Be aware that some rooms are connected to each other, so if you don't like those (we don't), make sure you tell them that when checking in.
Overall a good stay.
- Garrien (8/5): - Newley remodeled it looked like and parking lot was newly done
Mostly quiet area
- Kathleen (8/5): - tv didn't work
- David (8/5): - No elevator for handicap customers
- Daniel (8/5): - Amazing price for what it offers. In a great area if you like bbq and the options a mall has in walking distance. The pool is a good size for the price. Would deff stay again if you enjoy malls and food options. Very happy with the experience.
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Merrill (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (10/5): - Front desk clerks were great, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast looked great. I would stay there again.
- Carol (9/5): I would stay there again - Good location. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms.
- NIKAYSA (10/5): - Convenient area and good selection for breakfast, thank you!
- Shirley (8/5): - Old, but well kept
- Shirley (10/5): - Older furniture/building, but all kept clean
Small breakfast area but well stocked and clean
- Yamil (6/5): - unable to find my reservation had to book again when I arrived at a higher price
- Michael (8/5): - Toilet was clogged up when we got to room. Tv did not work. Shower was hard to turn on
- Michael (8/5): - Okay for a one night stay. Typical BW…nothing spectacular and adequate for a night. There is traffic noise before sunset. breakfast is what you would expect for a hotel of this price range. Is a short drive to Phoenix Mesa airport which is convenient. If I needed again for only one night would stay again. Did notice a hair on the shower surround from previous guest.
- John (4/5): - Floors in the room very dirty. Receptionist not helpful when told about how black our feet turned walking around in room. Other than that the room was good.
- Lydia (7/5): Good -
- Junwei (8/5): - Nice staff
- Tibebu (8/5): Very good -
- Z6056DTgaryv (10/5): I had to escape another hotel - this one was better at least - Low expectations. Overpriced but the rooms were cleaner than the supposedly better Hilton down the street. I could not sleep at the other hotel because of the noise from the bar across the hotel. This one had a McDonalds but I asked to be on the other side and it was perfectly fine. The walls are thin. I could hear the TV in the room next door and I'm not sure why the have the TVs in the other room behind the bed of your room. That's a problem. I was there for 2 nights but the neighbor wasn't making much noise other than that. I would stay here again.
- 706harveyl (4/5): Would Not Stay Here Again - The room was old and bordering on shabby. Furniture was thrift store quality. Carpet wasn't much better. Breakfast was regular faire, but nothing to write home about. For the quality -- $175 -- price was too much. I would NOT stay at this particular Best Western again.
- Amanda (10/5): - Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast had many options, great for feeding the husband and kids. Shower lacked pressure and hot water wasnt the best but wasnt bad.
- Robert (6/5): - An average motel which isn't to say it was bad. Very clean room and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and served in a clean dining area. Mattress was kind of lumpy and the rubbery pillows were not all that comfortable for me. The bed blankets were thin and not very warm. Hardly a resort but still an adequate place to "crash" for a few days.
- Jean (10/5): Well pleased - Fairly basic accommodation done well. Clean, comfortable room with microwave, fridge, and a table and chairs suitable for in-room dining. Breakfast was good both days. They ran out of bananas one day and sent someone out to get more for patrons wanting them. We were well pleased overall.
- toniaW3878JC (2/5): Do not recommend - A cold breakfast and the same breakfast every day. The pool was not heated so we couldnt enjoy that. I have never been to a Best Western that you could not get coffee during the day. To me I would not recommend or stay here again for the price I paid. Also very noisy.
- lee4488 (4/5): Many challenges - KUDOs. Breakfast area clean and accessible despite its small size. Large bathroom and large shower. Rooms are entered from outside the building; very convenient.
CHALLENGEs. FRONT LOBBY is closed during the night until 0630a when breakfast is served. At 1030p, while standing outside at the Night Window, the person informed me of the hours. I have NEVER seen a Best Western close its front office doors.
SHOWER is huge (4'x7') with a bench at one end. The bench cannot be used during bathing because the shower cord isn't long enough and the water pressure not strong enough to reach it. Additionally, even if those two things were present, the handheld shower is not removable; it is screwed into the pipe. SMALL ROOM (smallest ever in a Best Western hotel), about 3 times larger than the shower. There was no space to repack our luggage without cluttering the floor and making it impassable. We placed our luggage on the side tables.
- Rebecca (1/5): The roll out couch was okay for dogs to sleep on; mattress too thin, could feel metal frame bars. - Very poor breakfast Food containers were empty. Very little to offer. Watery eggs. Breakfast attendees should have been paying attention to the low food supply, or it could have been intentional, not sure.
- Aurora (10/5): Thanks for making us to feel confortable like home. - Good everything was excellent we have no complaints.
The breakfast was excellent , housekeeper excellent , front desk nice.
Thanks
- Thai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (8/5): - Quiet, clean and good location.
- michelle (8/5): WORTH EVERY PENNY FOR CONVENIENCE - For the price and convenience, absolutely consider this facility. Perfect overnight stay in the city when we played too long to drive home.
- Nicole (8/5): Good stay - Great stay, clean room, could use 24 hour coffee and a bilble and Book of Mormon in all rooms.
- Lloyd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucas (10/5): - Simple but neat and clean
- Kathy (9/5): Superb -
- Davy (6/5): It’s was underwhelming - For the price I paid there are way better hotels out there with way more comfortable beds I hate to say it, but I compare it almost to a motel 6 type vibe and comfort. Me personally I would look elsewhere next stay in Chandler.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (10/5): - Had an amazing time. Room was clean shower had no water pressure. Enjoyed the night out
- Kyaa (1/5): Not booking again - I mean dingy I was expecting much better then this The staff I was at a wedding and my bf was checking in and they made it absolutely impossible for us
- Rea (4/5): Disappointing - The heater was broke in the room 205
- Darcy (5/5): Fair - Tv was small bed had no blankets
- Gregory (6/5): Liked the staff but will not stay at this one again. - The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms seem to be clean for their age. Both the coffee and beverage machines were broken the morning we ate there. The food was alright. Have eaten at other Best Westerns with better Breakfasts and a few worst. my bed was worn, so not the greatest sleep. The rooms could use a remodel and new beds.
- John (6/5): VERY CLEAN ROOMS - The hotel rooms were cleaned. We booked 3 Rooms for the night. Unfortunately we arrived close to 230AM and the clerk was very attentive. Out of the 3 rooms the TV's did not work. We were not sure why.
- Erik0922 (2/5): Motel 6, branded as a Best Western - Terrribbblle!!!!
Beware, no TV, internet is ran with dinosaurs, don’t expect coffee in am unless you use room expired generic coffee packs, no breakfast drinks, they had a 1/2 carton of milk for an entire hotel breakfast.
Diamond member will get you zero benefits not some sort of respectable service.
Cops were at parking lot entrance and not for safety, for an actual service call, and suspect apprehend.
People in bushes where car was parked as they drank beer.
Staff will literally not assist you in any frustration you have, unless you want to check out and offer you $40 credit (this was in like 10 minutes of check in even).
Very calculated file photo for business page
