• Marlon (1/5): The place is not as it seems in the pictures. - I don’t think there’s something I’ve liked about this Hotel. First of all, when you see the pictures of the rooms, reception and everything else in Booking, it looks good for a reasonable price but when you go in there it’s just a bad experience in general, the rooms were dirty and very old, the bed sheets were stained, cleanliness was disgusting, and there were cockroaches as well, when you are taking a shower, there’s no place to actually put the soap or your towel, the lavatory wasn’t working so I had to manually flush it every single time and I can go on, but it’s too much. Almost forgot, staff weren’t even smiling and it seemed like they didn’t care too much about what’s going on.

Limpieza deja mucho que desear (por ejemplo, el ascensor todo chorreado, el espejo sucio) ; desprolijidad en la pintura de paredes (hasta los cerámicos pintaron) ; primera noche, al ingresar al baño sale detrás del inodoro una lagartija; cada noche, maté una cucaracha en la habitación y baño; el desayuno, tenían cereal pero nunca "yogurt" ...

Las habitaciones olían a humedad, el baño se nos quedó sin agua en dos ocasiones, el personal no era muy amable, el desayuno era muy repetitivo.

• Karl (3/5): Good Location But You get what you pay for. - The front desk Staff was very helpful, especially Pablo and Xavier. They helped us with all our concerns and even changing rooms. The Loaction is great. Close to some shopping areas, about 5 mins walk. Turn left when you exit the hotel. Eating places are right around, within a 5 -10 mins walk. We found one container style eating place. Just cross the street and go down the street directly facing the hotel. 2 Mini-marts are close by - One off to the right on the corner and another down by the El Carmen Subway station. You can also walk to the waterfront (about 15-20mins). You can catch the metro-bus right outside the hotel if you want to go to Albrook Terminal right next to Albrook Mall. You will need a Metro card. For the subway, (turn left when you exit the hotel), walk about 5 mins to the El Carmen Sub-way station. Take the subway to Albrook Mall Terminal. The cost is approximately 75 cents US. You don't need a special card. Just tap you credit or debit card on the Visa / Mastercard Turnstile. The rooms could have been better cleaned especially the bathroom. There was soap-scum in the soap dishes / holders in 5 rooms that I visited. I had 4 other collegues with me. We all asked to change rooms from the 5th Floor. There seems to be a cookroach issue which is worse on the 5th floor. Also one room on the 5th floor always seemed to be wet (the room dirctly opposite the elevator door). Room 508. Better if cleaning and Roach issue can be dealt with
