Guest Reviews
- NATHALIE (8/5): Bonne étape pour une nuit et petit budget - Bon rapport qualité prix et petit déjeuner très correct. Chambre un peu vieillotte et lit petit.
- Carl (10/5): The desk clerk was really friendly and accommodating. Felt very welcome. - I love the ski bench.
- Jim (5/5): -
- Neville (8/5): Highly recommend Will stay here again when next in town - Good comfortable room and bed

Good staff
- Polyak (10/5): - Clean, quiet, friendly stuff N/A
- Angela (8/5): - Clean and easy to get around
- Cruz (9/5): -
- Catherine (7/5): Qaint hotel which was a comfortable stay. - Quaint hotel which appeared to be a family run business. Rooms need a little updating however the price reflects this so no complaints.
- Katie (7/5): - Affordable and good location. Only had full size beds and could have hear people in other rooms and hallway.
- Kay (9/5): Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again - Breakfast Did not have a lot to choose from but what was there was good. Loved the little nook area where we sat to eat. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I enjoyed our stay and have booked another stay in September Our key to the room would not work several times but the front desk person was always nice and would reset it for us or just come open the room
- may (8/5): - Retro feel was fun. Those that complain about concrete flooring need to find a reason to live...Clean.
- Tracy (7/5): -
- Deb (10/5): - Very clean, our room was nice, bed very comfortable. Nice shower, bath. Staff friendly and helpful. Very well kept facility. We would definitely stay there again. No eggs or meat for breakfast.
- Jeffrey (9/5): I would stay there again. -
- Deanne (7/5): It was a good value, we would stay there again if needed. - It was a nice place for the value. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Close to the highway as we were traveling through. The Coyote Moon right new door was a fun local place to eat, although loud! They have live music, very friendly wait staff and great food. Only downside was the breakfast was minimal and the room is small so it's a crowded area in the mornings. And, our keys consistently didn't work. We had to have staff come let us in. He was nice about it, and reset our keys, which again didn't work!
- Matthew (5/5): Ok but just to get a quick 6-7 hours of sleep for one single night. - Ok value but only compared to much newer accommodations. It’s pretty aged and if you’re staying on the first floor you WILL awaken when the people staying above you get up. Extremely creaky and squeaky floors and you hear every adjacent guest.
- Andrea (8/5): Fine for the 1 night passing through. - Easy to get to, good parking and satisfying breakfast. Small room and very small bathroom.
- Vera (8/5): -
- Beatrice (8/5): - Super petit dejeuner dans un cadre tres coconing. L'accueil sympathique et la possibilité de rendre la chambre 1h plus tard sans frais supplémentaires
- Sean (7/5): We found this quiet place to stay on our national park road trip in a nice town in the mountains. - It was nice and had a comfortable bed Limited parking and small breakfast area
- Isabelle (10/5): -

- Mónica (10/5): - Las camas muy cómodas y la atención.
- Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Julia (10/5): Super nice place to stay. Cute, quaint. - Super cute brooms and lobby.
It was also close to two different restaurants. I really enjoyed.Coyote Moon I have nothing I didn’t like.
- Richard (3/5): Don’t stay here - Staff were friendly Building in poor condition. Lock on door didn’t function properly. Bed was terrible. Old worn out spring mattress. Felt like I hit the floor when I laid in it. I could feel every worn spring pushing against me

- Neil (10/5): Would stay again! - Good location for me. Excellent value. Room was clean and comfortable
- William (9/5): - Great value. Good, clean overnight stay.
- Kathy (10/5): Great location, Clean and a bargain for the price! Friendly owner and staff. - Breakfast is better than other hotels we've stayed in. A couple of cereals, yogurt, breads & muffins, coffee & teas, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, juice, fresh fruit. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We stay here often as we are very satisfied with everything--staff, cleanliness, breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. To be honest there is nothing that can be improved on.
- Guy (10/5): Excellent mom and pop place to stay with great staff - It was well taken care of, they had a very good continental breakfast and kept it up in the morning, so things did not run out.
The staff did a great job on housecleaning and having the room ready the next day, fresh towels
- Kenneth (10/5): Cozy and comfortable - Clean and comfortable Nothing
- Steve (7/5): -
- Jeffery L (9/5): -
- Alberto (10/5): Comfortable - The rooms were very clean and comfortable N/a
- Baylie (8/5): -
- Deborah (8/5): Reliable lodging in Pagosa - Inexpensive, clean, simple, walking distance to good food. A little far frô downtown
- Paul (8/5): - This was a clean, spacious, well cared for room with a comfortable King bed. All plumbing worked well, as did the heater on this cold 5*F night. We would definitely stay here again when we next pass through Pagosa Springs. My wife says that the lighting could use a bump up for reading. I read on my tablet and didn't notice any dimness in the room. The internet was a little flaky and sometimes slow.
- Carlos (8/5): -
- James (8/5): -
- Howard (10/5): -
- Brett (8/5): I would stay there again because of the price, comfort, and accessibility but I would plan on anoth. - The access to Alpine Inn was great and it was located near a variety of restaurants. There was a continental breakfast provided but it was rather limited on its choices.
- Harold (3/5): Nothing to say - Needs upkeep seem very rundown and in need of repairs was not happy with the room felt dirty to me probably because lack of upkeep
- Liem (10/5): - The room is clean and comfortable None
- Lavonne (7/5): We got what we paid for. Satisfied. - Breakfast was typical continental type. Plenty of choices.
Hotel is older but well kept. Good beds. Fine for one night.
Very nice hosts. Lovely plants and decor outside and inside. They could use better mattress covers.
- Anita (8/5): Nice hosts - The room was clean and calm (looking at a backyard). It was easy to access by car. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and gave us very good advice on what to visit in the region, we would recommend them.
- William (10/5): Clean and convenient - Very easy to check in, quiet and convenient. Simple breakfast.
- Joyce (9/5): - Very comfortable and very clean.
- Kimberley (5/5): -
- Jim (8/5): -
- Ginger (7/5): -
- Rosemary (10/5): Very nice breakfast. - I liked the very nice breakfast. The staff was friendly. The place has a bit of charm compared to chain hotels. I highly recommend Alpine Inn.

- Ryan (10/5): -
- Stacia (8/5): -
- Gary (8/5): -
- Patrick (9/5): - Nice homey touches: outdoor lights, Christmas mugs and plants in breakfast area
- Brian (9/5): If your needs are simple: a clean, comfortable, and affordable room, this is the place. - It may not look fancy from the outside, but the rooms were clean and pleasantly "quaint." We didn't go to Pagosa Springs to sit in the motel room, but when we did get back, it was nice to come back to a room that wasn't quite the typical motel sterile with comfortable beds. It's conveniently close to many restaurants and had easy access to the main road to continue our journey.
- Patricia (10/5): -
- Adam (9/5): - Excellent place to stay in Pagosa Springs. The staff was very helpful.
- Estes (8/5): - The location, the beds and the breakfasts. Asked for a first floor due to health. It didn't happen. It made it very difficult to go out.
- Cherry Mae (7/5): Good place but needs improvement on thier facilities like toilet - Friendly staff, easy and quick accommodation The toilet is not flushing
- Chris (5/5): It was average place to stay - Very blah! Get a bunch more variety eggs sausage lots of bacon. Get waffles or pancakes Breakfast
- Lanny (7/5): -
- Nicolette (8/5): - I like the location, right in the middle of town. The mattress could be a bit more comfortable, it seems kinda old.
- Quirozmyt (9/5): -
- Chronister (10/5): - Great location, good breakfast, quiet. Bed was comfortable but pillows were lumpy
- Russell (8/5): -
- KATHERYN CARRILLO (10/5): - Super nice staff, comfortable beds, clean room, nice location near downtown. Carpet needs an upgrade.
- Kelly (6/5): -

- karima (6/5): -
- Kim (8/5): Would stay here again. - Very clean and cozy. Bed was comfy. Staff was very nice. A little dated but the cleanliness made up for it.
- Van Klompenburg (7/5): -

- Primoz (9/5): -

- Jody (1/5): - Didn't like anything. Elderly mother needed a 1st floor room. None were available when we got there. Booking.com is untouchable for a human to human conversation about a refund.

- Velasquez (8/5): - It was charming inside and out. Not many room.options
- Devin (9/5): - Staff was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly.
