- Rachel M (3/5): - Because Because bed were not comfortable and sink slow running water and wouldn't go down
- Cameron (5/5): My stay was fine but wished I'd spent a bit more money for a "finished" room in another hotel - The staff was great. Traveling alone, I appreciated that they placed me next to the office & provided the items I asked for, very kindly. This hotel is definitely "under remodel", the shower worked but was very old & had just been spray painted to try to make it usable but the shower head sprayed water outside the tub.
- David (8/5): Nice motel, will stay again - Very clean, kind stuff, good location close to where I was visiting. A little bit noise from the hwy but was ok, all good
- Augusta (10/5): Best Value, friendly and great location! - The staff is amazing! The location is great! Comfortable beds.

- Jose Joaquin (1/5): Concerning - Nothing Cleanliness, atmosphere and location
- Laura (4/5): It’s a rundown sketchy motel, you get what you pay for. - The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. My boyfriend and I were there for 1 night for a concert in the area and the man who worked at the front desk offered to shuttle us if uber wait times were too long. Overall the customer service was great. The property itself is sketchy. Our room did not have a deadbolt lock on it and my boyfriend and I ended up moving a table in front of the door as a precaution. Surfaces were sticky and clearly not wiped down as well as there were missing towels and cigarette burns on the furniture.
- Nary (10/5): - Very friendly staff and bed was very comfortable
- Bart (8/5): - Decent stay
- Roxanna (2/5): - I realize they are remodeling, but definitely not up to par! No Coffee pot nor coffee in rooms! 😔 No hair dryers! Tape still up for painting! Shower head acted like it was plugged up!
- CYNTHIA (2/5): - I don't know because I never checked in!!
- Terrence (10/5): - Nice clean rooms. Ac works great. Multiple dining options close by. Staff was great

- Augusta (10/5): - The staff was friendly! Great price for the stay. They are remodeling everything. So it's a new feeling. Very close to both motocross parks Estreet and Riverfront we will be staying here again.
- Susanna (6/5): -
- Vadson (10/5): - Excellent
- Augusta (6/5): - The location to our event at EStreet MX is 5 minutes away The bathroom needs a makeover.
- Kenneth (4/5): - It got a star for the new flooring, but everything else needed upgrades. Needs paint, recaulking, better furniture for, better maid service, washing linens and bedding, plumbing finishes, replacing bent window screens etc.
parking lot and concrete areas around property need attention, stairs and landings appear to be plywood, huh.
On the bright side, the staff were very friendly.
- Negrete (9/5): -
- Deborah (5/5): -
- Rosa (10/5): - Nice
- David (10/5): - Nice clean place. Very small towels however.
- Bernadette (7/5): I would come back - Convenient No hangers; refrigerator not plugged; 3pillows only; no chairs
- Eichler (5/5): Passable -
- Katie (7/5): Good - Friendly staff, clean.
- Raymond (10/5): all good - all good
- Tim (10/5): Super stay! - First and foremost it is the management and ownership (same) that makes this establishment over the top superb!
- Liza (10/5): - There was construction happening at the property so what I was expecting wasnt the same as the photos. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I am from out of town and was warned to be careful in Marysville. Luckily I felt pretty safe and it was convenient to have a 24hr gas station across the street for snacks.
- Kelly (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Motel is being remodeled by a local not so experienced group to be upscale from a $70 per night motel. patrons had written their names on the sides of the head boards. One headboard covers the lihgt switch for a one of the reading lights. There were no electrical connections near the sink. And the two several feet away were used by the microwave and the refrigerator (which never cooled down). The safety chain lock to the door was missing. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. We were only offered coffee and not told if there was a continental breakfast due to remodeling near the front desk. The Wi-Fi was exceedingly slow so it was not useful for watching YouTube. At the same price point of $100/night including tax and even with the remodeling complete it will be far lower quality that of the Quality in in Chico.
- Bryan (7/5): Good -
- Pat (10/5): - The staff was very helpful any questions I had got answered right away very nice experience would definitely recommend to a friend
- Demetrius (10/5): - Good employees and very queit
- Luther (2/5): Very poor -
- Craig (5/5): A Bed to Sleep - Room was comfortable. Reservation guy came and told us to remove all luggage from bikes and closer to security camera, good guy Under restoration, the exterior was being painted, door handles taped up
- Nathan (1/5): I demanded a refund. - Nothing! Dirty, very unpleasant.
Room was so dirty, Socks were black after walking in the room for a little bit.
Homeless man sleeping in stairs outside room.
Fire alarm was beeping all morning.
- Mark (10/5): - Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Demetrius (10/5): - Good great
- Drew (6/5): - Place was kind of dirty the tv stations were horrible
- Hector (2/5): - I don’t recommend, look for another Motel in that area.
- Patrick (7/5): Great value and short stay overnight. Close to casino. - Great value for location and close to Hard Rock Casino. NA
- Brenda (8/5): - The bed was awesome place was quite!
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alvin (8/5): Very good - Everything was fine
- Marty (8/5): Very good - Close to freeways, easy to find and very friendly staff members Yelling n fighting that went on in one of the rooms
- Charles (2/5): Its a DUMP...! - The place was a dump, filthy room was ugly. It looked nothing like the pictures, it looked more like a flop house for hookers and druggies.
- Griffin (3/5): They could do better - I like the price and the location. It's a heater stopped working the heat was blowing cold, the toilet was broken could of hurt my butt, not a lot of good channels on the TV no ironing board and iron, not enough towels in the room not enough toiletries and I was asked to pay a $40 last minute fee in case something happened to the room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Kinda alright - Honestly kinda sketchy. The room wasn’t terrible but there are absolutely better. The area seemed sketchy and the other people staying there were super loud
- Rafael (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (6/5): Needed a room for the night, clean room and comfy - Basic motel for a quick one night stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No hot water for shower.
- Cyndee (6/5): - The room was dirty, run down and in poor condition. The door was very hard to close tightly, we had hardly any water pressure in the shower..
- Demetrius (10/5): - Great
- Demetrius (10/5): - Great
- Demetrius (10/5): - Great
- Demetrius (10/5): - Great environment
- Alleluia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Demetrius (8/5): - Great
- sandra (2/5): - There were people in and out all night being loud and alot of homless people and drug users going in and out.
- Elba (7/5): Good -
- Greg (8/5): - We needed a place for one night. This served us perfectly. Rooms are clean and decent for what we paid. Little old in some places but had microwave and refrigerator! Would stay again
- Herman (10/5): - Very affordable nice room
- Sobpreet (10/5): - Good
- Thomas (2/5): - Noisy and rundown, no amenities at all, bad neighborhood.
- Pedro (10/5): - Easy to reach the highway. Easy to reach downtown Marysville. Although the hotel was next to the highway, the traffic noise was not noticeable.
- Satvir (9/5): Superb -
- Gabriella (10/5): Worth it - Its very comfortable. Clean and affordable. The staff are super friendly. Its very worth it! Highly recommend.
- mankie (6/5): - The location is not easy to find, we used google maps navigation but it just keep circling around and missed the property until we see the sign of peach city inn while we passing through on the street. We had request downstairs room but the manager told us Expedia never told them what customers requested! Luckily they got one room and ground level for us but with high platform bed which is very inconvenient and unsafe for my 94 years old mom and us. We have to help her up for pee several times during the night just to get off the bed! Also killed a tiny roach on my bed and a spider on the sink counter! One good thing is the price is inexpensive and close to the hardrock casino that we want to visit and stay for one night.
- ross (2/5): - It was so bad, that I wouldn't let my most enemy stay there...
- Tim (2/5): - Front desk kid was super nice and check in was easy. The issues were upstairs in the room. Bugs on the floor and walls, nice sized cockroach and hairs on the bed, and the ceiling was falling in in the shower…I walked down to the office and the first thing the clerk said was “want a refund?” Haha um yes please!!!
- Rakesh (4/5): - Can be much better
- james (4/5): - Sketchy...place
- Denise (8/5): Very good -
- Shelly (6/5): - The facility is very old and needs some repair. The bed was clean but the room had an overall grubby feel. Asdid the grounds.
Check in was easy except that I had to stand outside in 108 degree heat.
- Maria (2/5): - Dirty towels, sheets
- Nary (8/5): Very good -
- Ina (9/5): If you find yourself in Marysville... - I found myself in Marysville to attend a concert at the Toyota Ampitheater. The location of the hotel for this was perfect. We were able to uber over to the concert and they're are a lot of other amenities nearby. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional and very helpful! The ONLY thing I would change is the shower head. The water pressure was great but would have been better with a new shower head.
- Tiffanie (2/5): - We checked in, and left DID NOT STAY. There was a truck on blocks in the parking lot, that appeared as it had been there a while. The walls were filthy, the ceiling had water damage & looked like it could fall in, the security lock was missing. This was more of an “apartment complex” than a motel. No card required at check-in, but there was a sign requiring a cash deposit. We were not asked to leave a deposit. The positive I can say, is that the front desk was friendly/nice when we checked in.
- Laurie (3/5): Ya never again - Nothing it looked like a rundown place I woke up to the back window of my car broken out, went to breakfast where my waiter told me it was a bad neighborhood never will stay there again the person at counter didn’t seem to care
- Richard (10/5): - It was a nice place for the price.
- Andrea (1/5): Most horrible place to stay - nothing hard bed shitty showers
- Allen (1/5): Bad -
- MAGDALENA (6/5): - The room walls were dirty of old food, stuff. The AC kept me up all night. The floor was not clean.
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional - Comfy bed, mini fridge and microwave. Great TV options. Friendly management. Love this place I'll be back
- Hanan (10/5): Exceptional - No pool no breakfast
- Msladymalice (8/5): Staff is amazing! - The staff was very kind and helpful. Additionally, the room was pretty clean. I also liked how close the hotel was to our destination. There is a taco bell just next door. A Burger King across the street. Costco is only a 2 minute drive. I'm sure there is more, but we only stayed one night, and that is what I observed. There wasn't anything major. It's evident that the room had some patch work done over time. However, it did not ruin our experience.
- Robert (8/5): - Good value.
- Dale (6/5): needs work - Stayed in downstairs room for 8 days for work. Had to check in through a little window outside. room needs paint but was cleaned every other day. end of the week we killed 2 roaches
- Randy (6/5): - Sheets looked like they didnt get all the stains out
