- Lois (6/5): Questionable practices - The proprietor told me I need to tell them directly that I was bringing a pet ( Never told that in the 12 years I’ve stayed at Motel 6s). Consequently I could not have a first floor room, and I needed to pay a $30 cash deposit. Once I located them in the morning, they inspected our room and returned my deposit. Is this a new policy or has this motel turned rogue? Second, family members sits outside on a wooden swing, nearly blocking the pathway to the stairwell where we needed to use. Very difficult maneuvering with pets.

- thomas (10/5): - We stayed at this property twice in one week as we travelled to AZ and back home to TN. The room with 2 queen beds was very spacious. This was important to us because we travelled with 2 dogs and all of their gear. The grounds were perfect for dog walking (lots of nice, mowed grass). The property is situated near the interstate exit, but there is a row of thick trees to block all of the interstate sounds! The rooms were clean and in good condition. The beds and bedding was very comfortable! This property exceded our expectations of a typical Motel 6. We highly recommend this property!
- Tom (10/5): Perfect for travelling with pets! - This was a wonderful oasis after travelling 12 hours with 2 dogs. Check in was easy, lots of well maintained lawn for dog walking. It is not on a busy road, so not much road noise. Beds were very comfortable. The floors are laminate, so no old/musty carpet smell. The queen room had plenty of space for 2 peoples luggage, coolers etc. Huge bonus that you can pull your vehicle right up to the room door.

Comfortable bed, fast food and gas stations nearby, easy access to the interstate. The only negative was the road noise but it didn't keep us up or anything. Would definitely stay again.

- Shana (6/5): So so stay - The nicest person was our cleaning lady. She made sure we had everything we might need in spades and she did it with a smile. Room was clean but dated it needed better pillows definitely. The door paint was pealing but there were no bed bugs roaches or anything else creepy crawly. The front office staff acted like we were a bother when we arrived. Refused to give us our military discount even with I'd. Then at check out she acted like it was a disruption to her watching tv to give me a receipt. If the front office was friendlier I'd recommend all day long. But if you need cheap clean and can deal w/ from office book on hotels.com to get a great rate. At the site it it is $250 per night.

- James (4/5): - Services and amenities are sorely lacking. We stayed in a Motel 6 the night before and was expecting the same for this stay. This hotel didn't provide shampoo or conditioner. There was no breakfast, no coffee in the room and only coffee in the lobby in the morning.

- Brenden (8/5): 7 night stay for wakaan - Had a great stay when i was there for the total of 7 days for wakaan fest , i had a smoking room that had no bugs and a tv with premium channels the shower and toilet work and the bed was decently comfortable . With a motel 6 you cant ask for more and as with all places now it was very nice to see that bugs are not an issue other than a few flies which i can handle

I know what to expect but this one was different. This was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean and comfortable. I would sleep on the bed even in my own home. It was comfortable.

Staff is very friendly and they have a convenient “store” for things you might need and snacks. The truck stop, Taco Bell, and McDonald’s were very convenient and easy to walk to. THIS Ozark Motel 6 was CLEAN--it smelled clean when I open the door too! The sheets were perfectly clean, the towels were clean, the floor was clean everything was clean! The bed was so comfortable, I got a really good nights sleep! This was so much needed, and so much appreciated! Honestly, after our previous night at the other place, this place was a dream come true for me. And the front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to my family and friends.

Bathroom was very nice and clean. No bugs anywhere. We would stay again. Would really recommend having some thinker pillows for the bed. Otherwise awesome stay.

- Sharon (2/5): Dont stay here if you can help it. - You don't want to book online because they will charge you again for the room. My room hadn't been cleaned in i don't know how long. There was a layer of dust on the furniture. There was a board that had came off of something leaning against the wall in the shower. There was dead roaches in the bathroom. I asked for a handicap accessible room. I was told they only had the one. The shower height was great for me because I'm short. My 6 foot 2 boyfriend had to bend over pretty far to wash his hair. The shower curtain only went halfway accross and didn't go to the floor so the floor outside the shower was soaked when i got out. I walked out shower with my wet feet and left a trail of dirty foot prints from the bathroom to the room door. That says the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in a very long time. They don't give you a veterans discount. The bed was comfortable. I will say that. If i had been in a better frame of mind i would have went to a different hotel. I was in town because my brother died and was there for his funeral. I just was too wiped out from the drive to argue with the rude ass at the desk. I don't recommend staying there. It's in very bad condition. The pictures on the website lie.

- bonitae1991 (2/5): DISAPPOINTED!!!! - Me, my kids and my husband rent a double bedroom last night and at first it was ok then we started itching, the beds had bed bugs and ants on them, there was no bath soap or anything, they gave us a different room which ok after but when I went down to the office for a soda the lady at the front desk was rude to me and barely paying attention to me at all because she was talking and laughing with someone on the phone this motel lost 4 customers for good and I will be telling everyone I know about our horrible time here and I will make sure to NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a great, budget-friendly, no frills motel choice for families. Property is being renovated so everything is new and fresh. Plus, staff is friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I can honestly say there was not one thing i liked about this place at all. Other than being close to a gas station and a taco bell. If you have no other options then it might be worth considering. The walls and floors are stained dead bugs behind furniture. Im not sure they clean properly after each guest. You get what you pay for!

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very friendly staff that treated my son very kind offering drinks and snacks. My room was newly remodeled and very clean. They replenished the towels and wash cloths after day 1 without me asking them to. Did not like that my bed was not attached to the headboard.. it moved around.. other that that I have no complaints at all.

- Breanna (4/5): - Pros-location close to where I needed to be. Close to a 24 hour gas station and several food places. They let us check in early. Cons-some of the front desk workers speak very little English and it was difficult to talk to them about was needed. Our shower nozzle fell off and the water ran the whole weekend. The hot water didn’t work very well. We called about the hot water and the people working the front desk didn’t fix it. They just pointed to things in the shower. My husband ended up temporarily. Our toilet clogged a lot. We also set up reservations a few months ago for the wedding we were attending and the reservation couldn’t be found. A couple other people in our party had issues with their rooms as well.

- Misty (2/5): - The hotel was horrible!!! Stains on the wall, carpet was nasty, the tub faucet broke off! The hotel is rated under 1 star. Would not recommend it. All the rooms were smoking rooms and they smelled. Don’t waste your money. Stay at a nicer hotel for a little more money

- pen065 (6/5): Magic springs - Stayed one night. Room was clean and neat. They need to update there beds, but for the price not bad. Breakfast was okay. Motel is located close to shopping and resterant. Pool was clean and staff was very nice. I would stay there again.
- X5989MSchadc (8/5): Friendly service - The people who check me in we're very courteous and they also worked with me on the deposit which I thought was very helpful thanks guys. Also the next morning I was a little bit late getting up and they politely woke me up to tell me what time it was that was not rude at any time
- d0nbaker (2/5): too many snakes in our room - .we stayed in room 105, ground floor. there was a 3 foot black snake that got into our room. fortunately I saw it come in and stepped on his head and picked it up and threw it out into a grassy area. the continental breakfast was terrible. stale bread, and the lobby vending machine was broken. manager could only speak broken language. will never stay at this hotel again. terrible management, and dirty.
- b0rislavah (4/5): The only good thing was the staff - This is by far one of the worst hotels I have been in a very long time .Checked in late around 11:40 pm the front desk was very nice I asked for a smoking room and was given the disabled room ( absolutely ok with it no complaints about that ) .The room smelled horrible upon entering into the bathroom I see a spider and a dead bug on the floor . It was so hot in the room so I immediately got to turn on the ac and after 2 hours it is still hot . The air unit barely kicked on all night long ! Such a disappointment .The only reason why im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is 1 star extra was given for the person that checked me inn he was very nice and polite .
- Anichols39 (6/5): Stopped to sleep - We stopped here passing through just to sleep a few hours. It was clean . we stayed in room 202. The room is a little outdated. We paid 60$ . served its purpose. Wouldn't want to stay here for more than one night. Staff was friendly.
- LloegerBird (2/5): Keep driving or sleep in car. - This motel is horrible. It's very noisy, dirty, unkempt and quite frankly one of the worst motels we've ever stayed in. Carpets and furniture need a deep clean, the sheets had been laundered but were still stained. The towels in the bathroom were so small and thin they were more like dishcloths. The toilet cistern was leaking into the toilet bowl every ten minutes accompanied by the noisiest plumbing ever. The bath / shower tap is broken off allowing only the shower head to work. The fan in the bathroom comes on when you put the light on - the noise of the fan made the plumbing seem quiet, not good in the middle of the night. There was a floorlamp with no bulb and at least one other light not working, the freezer part of the fridge was solid ice. Around 9pm there was a throbbing noise which could be felt as well as heard (our room was directly above the hotel laundry), we complained to the front desk, we were told it was horses in a nearby field. It wasn't. He came to our room and then told us it was noise from a truck parked in the lorry park which is adjacent to the motel. It wasn't that either. He then told us he couldn't hear anything. Consequently it was one of the worst nights sleep ever, we just didn't bother with breakfast and on checking out, the person in reception just laughed in my face when I said it was one of the worst motels we've ever stayed in. Rude unhelpful staff, do yourself a massive favour and keep driving anywhere than stay here.
- Ghost_of_Kitsune (6/5): Customer Service Goes A Long Ways! - The best thing about this motel is the customer service. I travel a LOT and it's nice to stay at a place where they're actually happy you're there. This is an older property that's in need of some freshening up, but I'd certainly stay here again. The staff was nothing short of wonderful. The gentleman who checked us in was warm and personal. We had a minor problem that he stepped up and fixed right away and the room was cleaned and serviced well daily. Don't expect a lot of bells and whistles here but they'll have a smile on their faces when you arrive.
- 109bakert (2/5): WOW - This place is jacked up. If you come alone or with someone else, bring your wallet, they charge you for every thing and they constantly watch you. STRONGLY do not recommend staying here. For your safety own safty.
- M1973ZWjustinc (2/5): Keep Driving - We stayed here after a long day of driving but should have kept going to Fort Smith. The room was filthy and full of flies. Would never stay there again. Staff was nice enough and bed comfortable but that is about the only good thing I can say.
- YourPlaceIsPutrid (2/5): Absolutely Disgusting! Will never stay again. - This place is absolutely disgusting! Staff dressed unprofessionally, did not have a good attitude, and the door had to be repaired to get into the room! The room had not been vacuumed! The table was very sticky, I had to clean it myself, and after cleaning it the wash cloth was completely black! Their was hair and stains on the bed sheets! There were dead bugs in the room! The A/C system was filthy! The toilet in the bathroom was disgusting, I didn't want to even touch the toilet! There were holes in the curtain! I'm surprised the trash cans had been emptied! And there were ugly scuff marks all over the walls! If you ever cross this place and are in need of staying somewhere I highly recommend you head 50 miles in any direction and stay anywhere else other than this place. 1 Star Rating!
