- Mark (6/5): - There were dead cockroaches in the room. The room smelt as though it had just been sprayed and caused me to sneeze a lot. Breakfast was not a good choice.
- Guest (10/5): Sulphur stay - It was perfect location for us. No swimming pool.
- Angela (3/5): - Close rooms were big The tub was dirty and the breakfast was not great.

Direct tv& tv was being serviced on that day but was not told at check in
- Elfego (2/5): - The lady in the front desk made me pay extra $18 dollars because i use my Expedia points to get that discount the worst part i use the room for one additional day and she charge me the extra day plus $18 dollars in total i pay 36 extra dollars really bad costumer service
- VALARIE (10/5): Good for the money - It was quiet and comfortable
- Debra (5/5): Fair - Fair Better bathroom equipment, shower curtain falling off wall had to tie something onto shower curtain to keep it closed enough to use shower also poor plumbing to shower head and cheap shower head no water pressure. Poor tilework in restroom & tiny toilet I’m 6’4” 290 lbs very difficult to use toilet .
- Thomas (10/5): - N/a
- Michelle (7/5): -

- Brittney (2/5): - We were charged an additional $20 check in fee at check in and were given a smoking room when booked a nonsmoking room. Once we were given correct room the room didn’t even have a shower curtain.
- Richard (10/5): - The operation is run by a family and everyone that I met during my stay was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I would certainly stay there again when in the area.

- Susan (6/5): Great people, good rooms, potential to be very good. - The staff was very nice and checked us in even though we were early. The room was clean and well appointed with a fridge and microwave. The air and tv worked well. The location was convenient in the town. The ice machine was broken and I had to go to the front desk to get a bag of ice when I needed it. There was an extreme weather event and the tv and internet kept going in and out while we were trying to get information. The beds were a bit firm for us.

- Bonnie Tobin (2/5): - I did not stay! The Event was canceled because of severe weather in the area…and I think it’s pretty rotten that we couldn’t be refunded, I feel like I was robbed of almost $200! I will not be using Travelocity or that motel again!

- Monica (10/5): - Property is easy to find. Our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable.
- Hodges (10/5): Exceptional -

- Madeline (7/5): Unsafe. - FIRE EXIT WAS BLOCKED!
No working elevator. Breakfast had no hard-boiled, no scrambled eggs, no yogurt, no meat. NO TEA! Fire exit was blocked. No ekevatoe.
- theddavis (10/5): Surprisingly Amazing - Beautiful marble floors in the entry way. The staff are great. Really informative. Good size rooms. At the time of writing this they were cleaning the rooms daily. They offer a breakfast but I leave early and have not partaked. Best hotel in the surrounding area for the price.

- whitney (2/5): - The bathroom was gross. The tub fixtures were falling off the wall.
- Erin (10/5): - Nice stay
- Stephanie (2/5): - When we arrived we had paid thru expedia due to them not being able to see our credit card information he required a $100 deposit. I had 2 other sets of cousins staying in this hotel for a wedding they charged 1 the fee and the other didn't have a fee. They only had stairs to the second floor. Got in the room and the bed had a visible stain on it looked bleached out when pulling back the 2nd blanket had food like on it, the second bed smelled of urine, the picture above bed was like a head board of city scape on it and someone had left fake eye lashes on it and the refrigerator gasket around had bugs and left over crumbs. Went back to front desk the staff was very rude stated only had a king bed available looked at room it wasn't worth it. Requested room to be cleaned the staff came in barefoot and spoke in a different language had to go back and forth getting supplies forgot to clean off lashed returned to room 4 times to fix what I had complained of.
I just stayed in a different hotel defiantly a horrible mistake since I had just returned from South Carolina the pictures posted on google is not what you see when you enter and upstairs is where the staff lives you smell curry very strong in hall ways.
- Lawrence (10/5): nice - simple breakfast broken icemaker
- George (9/5): Superb -
- valerie (10/5): sulpher trip - great
- Tiano (6/5): adequate - The bed was comfortable, breakfast adequate dated, being renovated but not our room. There was a chair in our room , very dirty, room was noisy, dirty,
- Sherri (9/5): Nice hotel for short stay. - Convenient to activities. The hotel has been nicely renovated. If in first floor room, have earplugs handy if guest above your room.
- Martha (4/5): - Upon arrival the manager was rude. He mentioned that I had paid through Expedia, and he was just supposed to manage my stay. He had me give him my credit card to hold a $50 deposit despite my already being paid in full. I asked for a bottom floor, because there was no elevator. He said I should have done that before booking it. I asked to see the room. He took me there. I asked if he had problems with bugs. He said no but would not let me look at the mattress. He said if I didnt like it I could leave and give a bad review. The handle on the shower fell off. I reported it, and he told me that would not be fixed over the weekend. I asked for another room when another guest told me they were checking out. He said that took time. I tried to use the tv remote and it would only move from channel to channel. I asked about the guide and a list, he said that people come in and mess his remotes up. The towels were frayed and torn. The breakfast was dismal. I was disappointed that it was a Super 8 or Wyndham franchise, however, the lady that cleaned the room did an excellent job.
- Chesney (2/5): Very poor -
- Pedro (10/5): Confortable - Good staff, good cleaning, good Parkin, and excellent location You can’t take breakfast to the room. But is good.
- Janice (8/5): Very good -
- Justin (2/5): Noisy, dirty and discussing! - It was extremely awful!!!! At 12:30am went to the front desk about the noise coming from the room next to us. I found later that morning he did nothing! I finally had enough at 2:00am and knocked on the door of the noisy room. They claimed to be sorry for the noise and said they would stop. However, at 3:00am I went to try and change rooms. I never could get any back to the front counter for help. We never got any sleep until around 10:00am in our vehicle trying to make it home. The counter help wanted to give us a refund, but said he had to get it from Hotels.com. Also, the entire hotel smelled of marijuana!!
- Curtis (8/5): Very good -
- Margaret (7/5): Overall we were pleased with the room and facility. We would recommend it. - Beds were comfortable and nice
Other than the cricket, the room was clean and comfortable. And a great value Dog barking in room next to us
And the cricket we had to kill in our room
- James (2/5): - Beware, this is the “better” hotel in town and it’s subpar at best. There are smoking and non smoking room (I guess they still do that) and Orbitz defaulted to a smoking room for my family. Cigarette smoke, dirty bedding, a refrigerator that leaked water throughout the room and soaked our suitcases, loud (big) dogs barking throughout the night, and no elevator (with a second floor room and a wife with a leg injury). The staff seemed to know about all this but were apathetic. Because it was late, we stayed the night and left the next day. Oh, and breakfast was a just a waffle maker and some the the most pathetic coffee - it looked like tea. We joked it was coffee flavored water. Bonus, when we got home from a Labor Day weekend trip cut short, all of our clothes smelled like cigarette smoke to give us memories of a horrible night in Sulphur.
- Lloyd (2/5): - The bedding was stained. Holes in some towels. Not much of a breakfast. Photos of property are very misleading. Bugs in my daughter’s room and when she told them about it they said we don’t have bug or another room so you can leave if you want. Poor customer service!!!
- Zane (2/5): - Smell was horrible bugs in the rooms stains on the bedding. Would give a 0 if I could
- Kayleigh (2/5): - I’d never stay here again
- Stephanie (2/5): Worst place we have ever stayed - The sheets were stained yellow the room was so hot and smelt so bad, they had no coffee, you could open the bathroom door all the way because the toilet was in the way and they didn’t allow you to take your breakfast back to your room
- LEANN (8/5): - Staff was very friendly!
- Hailey (1/5): Bad -
- Folmar (8/5): Very good - Clean ,comfortable Guy that works at night wasn't personable and the coffee maker in the room didnt work but there was free coffee and breakfast aval.downstairs.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Too expensive for Saturday night stay - Bedspread was soiled and had holes Strong chemical smell inside the room
- Giovanni (4/5): - The sheets and courtains had cigarette burns , found loose hairs on the bed !! The experience was mediocre at best .
- Bryce (2/5): - Property didnt have extra towels to give out, or pillows, have to request bed sheets to be changed and doubled charge a $100 damage hold that wont go back on account. When I spoke to office personel, I was told i had stains on my sheets and if they could get the stains out they would refund the money...
- Brandi (6/5): - Different.. being woken up for house cleaning hours before checkout ..
- Whitney (2/5): nasty and not safe - first off this is a family trip with our kids, after we checked in we received our door key went and parked to unload when going into the door you dont even need a key the door stays unlocked and anybody can come and go. Not safe with children. when we got into our room it was nasty the walls and base boards had ashes and dirt all over them, the blankets had cigarette holes in them the whole building smelled like smoke, big holes under the doors. this place was gross and we will never stay there again.
- Bradley (1/5): No one was in the office. I was unable to check in. I waited around. I called with no answer. Complete waste of money co -
- Christian (8/5): Very good -
- Tena (1/5): Bad - There was cigarette holes in the blanket and bugs in the bathroom. It was not clean
- Verified traveler (2/5): Again, don’t stay here unless you have to. - We have stayed at this location a few times on business trips to the area. It is always a bad experience. Front desk is insanely rude and there is always some issue with check in. We have had bad experiences booking through Hotels.com as well as trying to work directly with hotel for booking. Always awful no matter how we go about trying to do business with them. ;(

- Waldetrudis (4/5): - The people who serve DO NOT KNOW the word COURTESY. They treat you as if they were giving your stay for free.
There is a lot of noise around, making it very difficult to get a good rest.
Breakfast time ends at 9:00 which is crazy, THAT A HUMAN BEING ON A SUNDAY IS GOING TO GET UP TO HAVE BREAKFAST BEFORE 9 IN THE MORNING. THE KEYS DON'T USE WELL EITHER.
IN SUMMARY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
- Gerber (10/5): - Good
- Castilll (3/5): Poor - Very bad service st the front desk the lady upfront very racist she charged us an extra additional $50 deposit charge Just because they assumed we would leave the room dirty and take things. Rooms were dirty and only two towels were
placed in a room for 4 people worse experience
- Anterion (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brandy (5/5): Passable -
- Angel (7/5): Overall good - For the most part it was clean and easy to get to our room. There was sticky stuff on the floor in between the beds. Room was small.
- Michael (6/5): - 😬
- Janet (8/5): Falls Creek trip - Was very nice clean room and the breakfast was good staff was friendly but had a little bit of trouble with checking out but overall it was good If I was going back to Falls Creek youth camp I would stay here at Super 8 Sulphur Ok
- Charles (8/5): Very good -
- Cindy (5/5): Passable - The beds were comfortable.
The A/C worked good. The staff, breakfast and they always put me on 2nd floor, to climb stairs, im somewhat handicap, I request 1st floor and they never put me there.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tonya (4/5): Disappointing - They had some repair or reconstruction work that stunk up the hallway. It constantly smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallway as well by the machine that you had to pass by. Their hot water heater did not work the first night, so my shower was a cold one. At the front desk, between the background noise and huge plexiglass , you can’t understand half of what the staff are saying. Before checkout, someone knocked on our room to clean the room??
- Trina (8/5): Very good - Location, cleanliness of the property, housekeeping staff was amazing. overall was a pleasant stay. That the coffee for the room was given in packets of 1 or two, was family trip and had to constantly ask for extras as my mother is die hard coffee drinker and seemed to be issue with front desk, so we got coffee elsewhere.
- John (4/5): Chose another hotel - The owner/manager had his car pulled all the way under the entrance blocking the front door due to an upcoming storm. He was not pleasant. We had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people. We were expecting a storm and although a deadly tornado hit near the hotel a month prior, he gave us no special instructions such as come down from the second floor to the first and get in a designated safe place in the event of a tornado. We couldn't get extra towels due to the wait at the front desk and the phone in our room didn't work. The breakfast was not worth eating. It was cereal and waffles. I have stayed in nicer hotels 1/3 of the price with beach views and pleasant staff.
- William (8/5): - Nice
- Robert (4/5): - Room was ok, but staff was not.
- Victor (2/5): - Bed bugs in rooms
- Jim (6/5): - Need to improve mattress, too soft and it seems to be worn out. Breakfast needs to include another juice, sausage and eggs.
- Lisa (6/5): I didn’t like the tall beds but the bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the steep stairs. Plus the breakfast was lacking - Clean. No elevator. Steep stairs. Breakfast
