They managed to get some connecting rooms for our family, helped with planning visits around the city, etc. Breakfast is fabulous, a relaxed start into the day.

• Albert (9/5): So perfect for me and my two friends to stay for the CTCT. Location is perfect with V&A close by and all the City am - Location and refurbishment. Bar area and outside patio v good. Breakfasts! Staff are incredible so helpful nothing is too much no matter how demanding I was ! Not much not to like - it’s all good 👍 The only thing was the price for a Friday - Monday stay over the CTCT weekend. I thought it was very pricey but I guess it’s in demand.

We would have had to wait longer had I not insisted on a room. The coffee machine wasn’t working and despite letting them know, nothing was done. It feels like housekeeping needs some help.

• Meyer (7/5): - Excellent service (even the security guards are lovely) and comfy, spacious rooms, close to the beautiful Waterfront, lovely hotel. The TV and remote are consistently issues. This time, the remote would hardly work (not sure if the battery was going flat), and the TV races/scrolls through channels. Also, our charging port next to the bed broke with our cable in it. The staff were very responsive when i reported these, I'm just mentioning them.

• Gerlinde (8/5): Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt im Hotel. - Frühstück war gut und wir saßen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Kanal. Gute Stimmung. Zur Waterfront war es ein schöner Spaziergang am Kanal entlang. Gepflegte Parkanlagen und abends auch sicher . Der Pool ist zu klein und 2 Liegen viel zu wenig. Ich hatte nie eine Chance mich dort auszuruhen. War immer besetzt. Schade.

• Shaun (9/5): A wonderful stay at a beaut hotel which is so very conveniently positioned in the Cape Town CBD. - Excellent breakfast with a wide range of food including ' hot and prepared ' to fresh and juicy fruit. Special mention of your staff member Fatima as it appeared that her role was one of clearing away dishes etc from guest's tables however, her lovely sense of humour and making sure that every guest was comfortable, did not go unnoticed. She is an asset to the team. I suggest that the hotel remove the mention of an airport shuttle as that service, according to your reception team, does not exist.

The pricing was worth it. Not expensive and made me come again and again. Draught beer was very good I was booked in a double room with two miserable beds, yet i paid for a single room. It felt small and hot even with AC. I booked several months in advance but considering the view i got it didnt seem to matter. Looks like guy at reception looked at my colour and decided my room

• Anton8 (8/5): Отель рекомендую. - В Кейптауне были первый раз. Начитались в интернете много всего, но опыт и эмоции получили только положительные. Отель достаточно удобно расположен, пешком недалеко до Waterfront, Spar и Hertz. Заселение быстрое. У отеля своя наземная паковка (бесплатно), всегда есть свободные места. При заезде на паковку готовьте права, их фотографируют. В номере в отеле все необходимое есть, сантехника новая, уборка качественная, но после уборки почему-то всегда выключали кондиционер. С кондиционерами в Кейптауне не очень, если они и есть, то их не включают, поэтому у вас всего два места с кондиционером - машина и номер отеля. У нас был номер с окнами на паковку, но несмотря на тонкую раму и открытое окно, какого-то шума не слышали, шумоизоляция хорошая. В первом номере при заселении не работал кондиционер, после обращения номер сразу же заменили. При переезде из старого номера в новый забыли одну вещь и вспомнили об этом только утром, обратились на ресепшен и сразу нам принесли, то что мы забыли. Ресторан отеля кормит хорошими завтраками, персонал очень внимательный и быстрый, грязную посуду убирают сразу, размер зала достаточный, всегда есть свободные столики. Посылки ресепшене принимает и сообщает об их получении в номер. Отмечали день рождение, ресторан охладил наше шампанское, предоставил все необходимое. После дня рождения приглашенный гость забыл в ресторане iPhone. И вспомнил об этом не сразу, iPhone никуда не «ушел» и целый и невредимый вернулся владельцу. Я обычно останавливаюсь в сетевых отелях и немного с настороженностью забронировал не сетевой отель, но опыт показал, что сервис хороший и персонал отзывчивый. Отель рекомендую. отсутствие бутилированной воды в номере и на завтраке

• Marquard (10/5): Happy Client - Everything was perfect from the moment you get to the parking area to checking in . The rooms was more than I expected I would give it a score of 20 if I could . Bed is super comfy and soft . White bedding with not a spot or av mark on it . When we opened our room door a beautiful clean smell like clothes fresh out of the dryer . Shower pressure is good and tiles clean ( even in the corners)The pool is more of a splash pool but perfect to cool off in the summer time . Location is fantastic walking distance to the V&A waterfront And you are less than a 3 min walk to coffee shops and Restaurants at the Waterway house. The hotel has a Bar and restaurant ( food is well priced and really good ) . You will find at reception They have a coffee station with filter coffee ,tea and rusk (Free ) . Also crushed ice and filter water machine. (Free) you can fill your water bottle or use the glass bottle provided in the room . Vending machine.. pay with debt card . Snacks like chocolate and crisps Soda. special coffee like espresso ,cappuccino and so on . Any food not bought at the hotel you have to eat in your room which is understandable. ( it really was not a problem)
