The staff also went out of the way to help - providing snacks after the restaurant had closed, fetching my bags from my room and making my early morning coffee before departure. Thank you very much. On the pic was my dinner, I had no choice as that was the only meat. I had to complain to get extra piece. There’s no water in the room, the room was very small and noisy because of the car passing on the freeway. I’m not coming back ever.

• Khanyi (5/5): I’m happy with the cleanliness but they need to upgrade to what’s the market style, technology, service in hotels in Gau - Cleanliness and the very friendly staff, however the lady making eggs wasn’t so welcoming, I was even scared to answer she’s like a principal at a school but I understand, there are people who may seem a little strict but she possibly is a lovely lady I didn’t like that there was no complimentary water, no room service, no lift, no one assists even if you have big bags and are struggling with them, to go out of your way just a little bit when someone really could be sick and can’t come for breakfast and pleads for just that one time would really rate them high, it’s one of the most weirdest and not accommodating thing to ask a guest whose paid to fetch their own breakfast and walk it up the stairs to the second floor. I was very disappointed, I decided to not order breakfast the next day

Better then most town lodges I've been too. Cant really complain but shaded, covered parking would be nice but i think thats a town lodge, city lodge standard. Car is out in the open, parking is secure sure but some undercover parking is essential especially with the hails in midrand.

It will be nice to have a bar fridge to keep some things cool and also darker curtains, as the once that is there is very thin and see through. It will be nice to have dark black out curtains so if you want to sleep late it is possible to do.
