- Mario (8/5): A quirky luxury in the heart of fun Fukuoka. - In the heart of the fun district in Fukuoka, Il Palazzo offers an extremely modern environment with something that is rare in Japan: space. We chose a room with balcony on floor 2, and we never had so high ceilings ever in a hotel room. The balcony was very spacious, too. Everything is new and squeaky clean. They are aiming for a top experience, and it shows. The logistics are a bit bizarre, almost like in a David Lynch's movie. One needs to go to the underground floor to check-in, in a windowless space. This is also where breakfast takes place. Being deprived of sunlight first in the morning while eating doesn't help you wake up or recover from jet lag, believe me.

Lovely staff and well equipped lounge and breakfast. Nothin really. Could use more than one bath salt pack for the big bath but other than that it was great.

Smart TVs are great. I wish all hotels had them. Room layout was awkward. A traditional bathroom so you don't enter the room directly into the bathroom area would be more comfortable and would give the room more usable space.

- ANGUS (10/5): A classy choice in Fukuoka - We highly enjoyed our stay here. Right from a kind and gracious check in experience, we were looked after very well at every interaction. Our room was stylish and sleek, off a corridor that is full of character and clever design. The dark and atmospheric lounge space offered an incredible breakfast, served until 11am and fabulous in quality and range. And the afternoon/early evening drinks and snacks service was very elegant and much appreciated. A chic choice of hotel, which seems to attract some very chic guests Everything was really good

- 加藤 (8/5): なんとか、ベストホテル - スタッフの対応。 今回は、以前に泊まってお湯の出が悪かった部屋と同じだったので、チェックイン時にチェンジをお願いして、すぐに対応して頂きました。おかげ様で快適でした。 デザインの美しさと清潔感あふれる空間はとても素敵です。 チェックイン時の待たせ方。混んでいる時は順番の整理ができていないところ。 ランチメニューと21時までのフリーダイニングも先月と比べて（リニューアルしたらしい）物足りない。

- Gail (9/5): Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again if we were to return to Fukuoka! - Great hotel in a great location! Staff was very accommodating and friendly and communication was easy. The room was clean and refreshed daily with clean towels, water and travel amenities. We found the variety and quality of breakfast food to be very good and the availability of snacks and refreshments all day was a really nice touch. We prefer a cool room, especially overnight for sleeping and struggled to get the temperature below 23. We didn’t ask for assistance, so perhaps we just didn’t understand the thermostat.

- Jörg (8/5): Hotel in zentraler Lage, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftiger Atmosphäre - Sauberes, modernes Hotel mit schönem Zimmer und bequemen Betten. Objektiv gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns aber nicht so recht, was in erster Linie am fehlenden Tageslicht und der Atmosphäre im Frühstücks-/Speiseraum lag. Das ist natürlich rein subjektiv, so dass wir niemandem abraten würden, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Das kostenlose Buffet hat uns nicht so angesprochen, ist aber trotzdem nett, wenn man kostenlos satt werden möchte oder zwischendurch mal hungrig ist.

Good design overall, a bit of a change from anonymous Japanese business hotel. Felt a bit odd. Most of the staff were Indian. Entry via basement. Felt a bit like a love hotel at first. Design of room a bit strange, no genkan. Surrounding area feels like a red light distract.

- PABLO (10/5): Estancia en Hakata entre dos mundos . - La decoración es espectacular pues no parece que estás en Japón , muy de vanguardia occidental , el personal encantador, la ubicación y sobretodo el aperitivo que te ponían por la tarde Nada todo estupendo . Simplemente decir que la entrada al lobby es un poco rara, pero de acorde a la arquitectura y decoración muy moderna y occidental , que son fabulosos !
