The hotel is located in the same grounds as the Grand West casino and there is just one main entrance with bad traffic trying to enter. The breakfast cost is exorbitant for whats on offer

You can hear your neighbours showering and people closing doors. I would prefer the water jug to be filled with an option to refill it myself.

- David (4/5): - The location. It is noisy in the courtyard the people made noise till late. The staff entered our room at 8:45am when me and my wife was busy finishing up. We did have our Do Not Disturb board on the door handle. This is unacceptable as checkout is only at 11 am. I feel that our privacy was compromised.

Everything was fresh and well prepared, and the service was efficient. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending events at GrandWest—it’s within walking distance and close to the airport. The only improvement would be the possibility of earlier check-in, particularly for guests arriving on early morning flights.

They had no room service and no access to Netflix... TV's are very old school, so it was impossible to mirror from a smart phone to the TV. Had no choice but to watch what was playing on the TV. No bar fridge in the rooms as well.

- SANDRA (8/5): - Friendliness of everyone I came into contact with. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom. All in all it was great to stay with you. Did not have breakfast. I cannot eat so much in the morning. Were looking for something small, but it was not available. A small cupboard in the bathroom would have been nice. A bar fridge in the room would have also made a difference, as I love my coffee, but drink quite a bit of milk. So the milk supplied would have been too little. That is not the problem, but I could not keep the milk I bought cold, or a cooldrink.
