- Thomas (4/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - - Die Zimmer sind gut - bis auf durchgelegene Matratzen und Kopfkissen. Es wird viel Wert auf Optik statt auf Service gelegt. Guter Wellnessbereich. Durchgelegene Matratzen und katastrophaler Service: Ich habe noch nie einen derartig schlecht organisierten Service erlebt: Beim allenfalls mittelmäßigen Frühstück ist der Kaffee über den Service zu bestellen. Die Wartezeiten sind inakzeptabel lang falls man überhaupt den bestellten Kaffee - meist erst auf Nachfrage - erhält. Das Abendmenü beginnt erst um 19:30 Uhr. Außer einem mittelmäßigen Salatbuffet ist für Vegetarier nichts dabei. Zwei Menüs stehen zu Auswahl. Oft erhält man das nicht bestellte und muss dann doppelt lange warten, bis das richtige serviert wird. Selbst wenn man pünktlich um 19:30 Uhr zum Essen geht, dauert es mindestens bis 22:00 Uhr. Das liegt wohl an dem Personal, dass fast durchgehend der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist und in gebrochenem Englisch versucht zu kommunizieren sowie an einem fehlenden oder schlecht funktionierenden Bestellmanagementsystem. Eine 0,75 ml Flasche Mineralwasser zum Essen kostet 9 EUR. Ein Restaurant mit derartig schlechtem Service wäre nicht überlebensfähig. Am Ende werden einem über 30 € Kreditkartengebühr sowie 20 EUR Parkplatzgebühr pro Tag berechnet. Wenn man dann mit Debitkarte bezahlen will, wird die Karte abgelehnt.

- HJ (10/5): helemaal top met uitstekende service. - de service was op elk gebied super!! fijn en vriendelijk personeel! lekker ontbijt! ze hebben een skidepot en verhuur onder t hotel en dat is erg prettig. gelijk om de hoek de roltrap naar de lift, helemaal super! ik kan zo niks bedenken. alles was goed geregeld en bij t uitchecken werd ik nog verrast met een goodiebag.

- Arjen (7/5): De goede ligging en het lekkere ontbijt maakte veel goed - Super mooie ligging in het centrum en dicht bij skilift, perfect ontbijt en mooi zwembad met sauna De kamers waar wij in verblijven lagen in een ouder gedeelte van het hotel en waren zwaar gedateerd, schoon maar roken muf het houtwerk van de deuren en kozijnen was aan het rotten en aan vervanging toe. De kamers waren de prijs die we er voor betaald hebben niet waardig.

- Helen (7/5): Hotel in a good quiet position, the room & facilities good, dining needs to be addressed. - The reception staff were friendly & helpful. The pool & hot pool were a good feature but often full with long staying guests with their drinks. The relaxation area around the fire was always taken. Our room (upgrade designer) had good view with good space for the sofa but needed a mirror above the dressing table. The evening meal was a big disappointment. Although a 5 course menu it was not co-ordinated. The food was not up to a standard, especially for the rating of the hotel. In 3 days there were only 3 courses I enjoyed, although the salad bar was good. The waiters were also unco-ordinated and often gave the course to another table, or forgot to bring the wine or brought the next course before we had finished the previous one. Just numbers on a table would have helped or having one waitress to serve the same tables. The breakfast buffet was good but getting a coffee meant asking several times. Our bedroom door had been left open by the cleaning staff all day. Having stayed there 10 years ago I felt it needed up dating.

- Tom (7/5): - The wellness facilities are excellent. Great outdoor hot tub and sauna and lovely indoor pool and relaxation area with showers and saunas. There should be an easier way to order drinks from outside. The bar in the wellness area is manned by one person and they struggle to cope. The drinks are very expensive so it would make sense to be able to sell more. I’ve stayed at the hotel numerous times over the years. It’s a shame there is no loyalty scheme.

- Ricardo (8/5): Amazing Ischgl - What we liked most about the accommodation was the staff. The receptionist, Katja, is a 10/10—super friendly, always smiling, and she treated us so well. Sebastian and the rest of the staff were also incredibly kind and super attentive." We were on the first floor, above the gym, and whenever a guest went down to run, we could hear it. It happened to us twice at 6 AM.
- Björn (4/5): Leider kein überzeugendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Guter Spa-Bereich, schöner Lounge-Bereich, ansprechendes Restaurant. Das Zimmer war alt, sehr klein und hatte unzureichende Ausstattung. Das Badezimmer war in schlechtem Zustand (Duschtüren undicht). Das Personal, abgesehen vom Sommelier, war leider sehr langsam und wirkte unkoordiniert bzw. schlecht strukturiert (Beispiel Wartezeiten für einen Kaffee: 25min - gar nicht). Das Abendessen, bei Halbpension mit dem Preis inbegriffen und normalerweise durch Aufpreis von 85 Euro ohne Getränke, war an mehreren Tagen nicht sonderlich gut und die Portionen waren äußerst klein. Zudem gab es Abschlussfehler. Im Spa-Bereich war die Sauna nur zwischen 16 und 21 Uhr geheizt und konnte so mittagsüber nicht genutzt werden.

Also the spa is very refreshing and nicely runed by staff (/wave Sebastian) Maybe I misread it somewhere, but to be honest I paid 3k € for 3 nights and got probably the tiniest room available, the height of the room was like 1,9 maximum, felt very uncomfy. Also the buttons for lights are from the other world probably and A/C was completely unusable. Beds and sheets felt like in 3* hotel. Also the breakfasts were pretty common, the chef who is doing scrambled eggs should go back to school.

- Verena (4/5): Wir hätten uns mehr erwartet. - Das Zimmer war schön und der Ausblick ebenso. Das Personal war leider nicht freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet gering und erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurden bestimmte Produkte wieder aufgefüllt.

- Marius (4/5): Nicht noch einmal. - Die Lage ist wirklich toll, nicht weit entfernt vom Geschehen und den Gondelstationen. Der Wellnessbereich ist liebvoll gestaltet und in der Sauna finden sogar Aufgüsse statt. Super ist ebenfalls der im Hotel befindliche Skiverleih, bei welchem auch die eigenen Skier und Skischuhe untergebracht werden können. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht. In Summe mehr Schein als Sein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock, was für den Preis mehr an eine Abstellkammer als an ein vernünftiges Hotelzimmer erinnerte. Das Zimmer ist winzig klein und hat Teppichboden. Teppichboden mit aufgestelltem Haar ist aus hygienischen Gründen heutzutage einfach nicht mehr vertretbar. Das Zimmer hatte lediglich im hinteren rechten Eck ein kleines Fenster, ansonsten fällt kein Tageslicht rein. Die Zimmertüre und die Wände stammen gefühlt aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Äußert hellhörig wodurch man keinen ruhigen und tiefen Schlaf findet, da (für Ischgl üblich) zu jeder Nachtzeit unterschiedlich laute Gäste ins Hotel zurückkehren. Von den umliegenden Zimmern und Zimmer im Stock darüber, bekommt man auch alles mit. Die Badezimmertüre ließ sich ebenfalls nur schließen, wenn man das Schloss zudrehte, ansonsten springt diese immer wieder von alleine auf. Der Heizkörper im Bad ist sehr klein und richtig alt, er eigenet sich überhaupt nicht, um feuchte Skikleidung zu trocknen. Wir hatten Halbpension bestellt. Das Personal war freundlich. Für das, was man an Abendessen bekommt und für die Getränke separat bezahlt, würden wir das nächste mal eher wieder auswärts Essen gehen. Am Abreisetag hatten wir an der Rezeption den schlechten Zustand des Zimmers angemerkt, dies wurde jedoch lediglich mit einem müden Lächeln entgegengenommen und nicht wirklich ernst genommen, so hatten zumindest wir den Eindruck.
