Quando reclamei na recepção, o atendente, além de extremamente sem paciência e educação, falou que não podia fazer nada e desligou o telefone na minha cara. Atendimento péssimo! - lorinm863 (2/5): A Property I use alot! - This motel is an excellent property with a lovely swimming pool, bird cage outdoor & indoor, large fish pond, & chargers for electric cars. There is a dinner house right next door, or if you prefer a McDonalds 30 to 40 yards away. I am an avid power walker, enjoy walking just a short block away to a on mile long road with side walks most of the way.

They are beautiful fish that are desperately too large for their pond. Thankfully staff moved me to another room that was better but not ideal. The hotel has potential. Just needs have old carpet pulled and rooms cleaned.

- Susannah2k (10/5): Great base for your visit to Lassen Volcanic National Park - If you're heading to Lassen Volcanic National Park from Sacramento Airport, you'll have driven two hours up Interstate 5 and be ready for a break. The Best Western Antelope Inn & Suites in Red Bluff (the main town nearest the park's southwest entrance and visitor's center) is a great place to stay before and after your visit to the park. It's close to the freeway, but very quiet, and it's surrounded by several fast food places and a family restaurant. Air conditioning is powerful -- great, because it was 105 degrees F in the afternoon in Red Bluff -- and easily adjusted, and there's a nice pool area to cool off in, too. Staff is helpful with restaurant recommendations (Carlito's, just up the boulevard, is an excellent traditional Mexican restaurant), and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is about 50 miles from Lassen Volcanic National Park, but just about everything is -- unless you're camping or something. They are easy miles, down a pretty country highway that winds right up into the mountains.

- 794med259 (8/5): Better than solid value. - Good value for the money. We enjoyed the cool little extra perks. The koi pond, the bird aviary, the free destination charger for our electric vehicle. The only negative thing that we found was the room was little stuffy when we first arrived but that was quickly overcome by the air conditioner. The bed was excellent! We had a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Motel könnte etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen und die Reinigung ( z.B. Badezimmer ) könnte intensiviert werden ( Haare auf dem Fliesen, am Föhn…) Für unseren Geschmack eine rechte laute Klimaanlage und ein ebenfalls lauter Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Schade, denn sonst war die Lage recht ruhig.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fresh, well kept property. - Overall the property is well kept, and appears refreshed. Room was quiet, bed comfortable, but innerspring mattress seemed dated. Mattress pad slips around and bunches up. Housekeeping did not put hand soap in sink area. The faucet is missing a filter, so water sprays everywhere ....pressure is excellent. Sinks are way too short for taller people....just sayin' . Apparently there should be a comfortable chair to lounge in by the lamp in the corner, but was missing. Instead, someone put two office chairs at the desk area? I am a tour guide and travel a lot, so I notice details....they matter!!

We got downgraded to a two double bed room and no refund for the rate difference because we booked through orbitz. I think it should be labeled out on the room type which are pet friendly, not only says in the pet policy that “ only certain rooms” not “ only certain room types” are pet friendly.

Not sure this is common policy but among all the 5 or 6 motels we stayed in California, Oregon and Washington, this is the only motel that charges for 3rd person. Also, the room is quite small and apparently someone smoked in there before we move in, although the motel is smoking free and will charge a fee for someone who does. Overall I expect better from best western as other motels cross street all look ok but cost less.

- Gordon (9/5): We're on a road trip, and your motel was the best place we've stayed at so far. Well done! - Staff was great. The room was very clean and well appointed. My only complaint was that the breakfast provided wasn't well stocked (the forks and creamer were missing). Other than that, the breakfast items were okay.

- JON (10/5): - You have a few places to choose from red Bluff. This is one of the better ones. Fun for kids, there is a birdcage and Koi fish, Pool, but no Spa. Rooms are OK nothing to brag about but clean. Decent location with a lot of choices of restaurants nearby.

- VEGA (8/5): - Hotel was very good, beds were comfy and room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool and area around with bird and fishes. Serves good breakfast and very close to most food places around.
