• Tersia (5/5): Not satisfied - I use to make use of this facility before and I was happy with the stay and went to the casino. I liked the room and it was to my satisfaction There was a lot of noise because there were 2 football teams, the noise itself did not bother me that much. In terms of dinner, I was told that preference will be given to the footballers. I placed my order to then eat in the room and had to change it because they did not have all the ingredients for a salad. The breakfast was also very disappointing.

• khanyisa (4/5): I didn’t enjoy my stay - The vending machine with painkillers, that was a good idea, I had a headache and the grandpa really assisted me a lot because it was late so I used the vending machine I didn’t like the fact that they provided one bottle of water for 2 people in the room, no extra blanket in the cardboard, the Aircon wasn’t working, the shower wasn’t properly cleaned and the breakfast was just okay not really good but okay

• mokoena (5/5): Not worth the money I paid,not having a mini fridge and a phone in the room made my stay uncomfortable - The shower ,hot water My safe was not working,no shower cap in the room,couldn’t get a pin plug when I ask for it,no soft pillows and when I ordered omelette I was told I have to wait for the group guys to be served ,I had to wait for the guys who came after me because they are priority I guess

• Tendani (4/5): It was just okay, nothing exciting or that blew my socks off. - I didn't have breakfast, the location was convenient - not too far from the city centre The room was too bare, no carpet on the hard cold floor - had to constantly wear shoes indoors. And I asked for an HDMI cable from the reception but there wasn't one available in the entire building, a bit disappointed.

• Brian (1/5): Not good - Nothing First of all when we booked no one told us there would be a rally on and the music and partying went on till 5am. We got no sleep. At 6:30 when we stood up we noticed our door was open, not sure how but no one could tell us how it happened. Reception toilets had no toilet paper. Restaurant coffee machine not working. It was a very bad experience for us and through all of this I dont see my R1600 worth with that stay.

• Johannah (8/5): - Everything was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming We had to carry our luggages all way up to 3rd floor using the stairs😶 Toilet flushes very slow like its running out of water😏 They must include breakfast money on the accommodation please, because we thought it was included😫 only to find out we had to pay I was asked about any request that i need to add but I didnt get anything🙄
