I liked the bathroom and the free toiletries and the shower space. The staff were not very friendly, especially in the reception and kitchen. In addition, there was no fridge or complimentary water in the room.

Neat, Clean and has everything you would need. Basic amenities are supplied (towel, toiletries etc.). Iron, ice machine and water station available. Resturaunt and in room dining. Vending machine on site.Room is serviced upon request. Breakfast is available at a fee, but there is also complementary tea, coffee and a mini rusk at reception daily. Tea and coffee also provided in the rooms. The location is close to Sandton City. There is also a Shopping centre just down the road. Booking and checking is a smooth process with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area. Nothing.

- Nokwazi (10/5): - The staff are very loving, welcoming and friendly, I like the food, from the first dinner 🍽️ even though we served after an hour after we placed the order on the 4 March 2026 night, cause they were very busy, but the food was delicious 😋, and presentable My daughter was graduating from UJ, she wanted to have dinner with a few friends at the Road Lodge, we asked the staff for a special menu of 8 pax, they exceeded our expectations, the dinner was on the 6 march 2026 at night it was exclusive, The staff also assisted us with the deco, flutting of balloon 🎈, the food was delicious 😋 clean and well presentable all the staff share the amazing smiles with professionalism 😁😍 I will always recommend everyone to book Road Lodge Sandton in Gauteng, on my next visit I will again book Road Lodge Siyabonga 👌❤️ On our booking online it was showing as the fees paid is inclusive of breakfast, when check-in, the payment was only for the rooms, we still need to pay for breakfast 🥞🍳 breakfast was not included in payment we didn't have breakfast with them, not budgeted we assume it was sorted And I made sure that I selected 2 single beds for each room, at the check in I was told it was a double bed for each room, but friendly staff managed to assist us with rooms with single beds even though their system was showing them double bed 🛏️ much appreciated 👍 I will never again book using BOOKING.COM, In future I will book directly with the hotel or lodges to make sure of the offers And other things toilets were not flushing correctly, they were taking longer
