Guest Reviews
- VivianJo (6/5): Nice, but. . . - 1. The staff was very nice and the location was very convenient to everything you want to do in San Antonio
2. We arrived by Uber from the airport and were told we had to go to another property to check in - not a user friendly system
3. Check in at the other resort was a waste of time, all they did was look at the computer, give us a key and then shuffle us to a desk to convince us to sign up to listen to their time share presentation
4. We found out from a staff member the day before we checked out that we could have used their complimentary shuttle
5. There were no amenities at the resort but staff did provide us with extra coffee for our room.
6. The WiFi never worked the entire 5 days we were there
7. The bath tub was definitely not user friendly, it was high to step in and it was slippery, making it a stressful, dangerous situation
8. The toilet constantly ran and the chain would come off so had to be fixed every time you flushed
9. RCI charges $111 for cleaning for stays less than 7 days (we stayed 5 days and didn’t know about this charge until it appeared in our credit card)
10. The hotel is noisy because of its proximity to bars, etc. but ear plugs are provided if you need to use them

- RMH_nlr (4/5): Nice property, sketchy location - Our 4th floor condo was directly above the condo that was shot at, bullet through window, 3 gunshots at 1 am, MANY police officers outside our window in the street, and even a forensic photographer. The window that was shot through was directly below the room my daughters were sleeping in. So, a shooting from the street meant my sleeping daughters were in the path of that bullet. Police came by to check on us, but didn't inform us of exactly what happened nor did anyone from the resort. We didn't know the situation until we checked out the next morning and saw the police tape and the window that was shot out. We then realized which room was involved--the one directly below our sleeping daughters. The gentleman checking us out didn't know much and we didn't have time to stick around. Anyway, pretty unnerving, and more than likely has everything to do with the club next door.
- wilmapm (8/5): Right in the heart of Downtown and Riverwalk - We just returned from staying at Riverside Suites for Friday and Saturday night in the 1-bedroom plus unit (2 floors), room 706. The room has a couch, table, kitchenette and full bathroom on the bottom floor; the bedroom and another full bathroom on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the river walk. There’s a spiral staircase (18steps) connecting the living area to the bedroom. Check-in was a breeze, they gave us a parking card to use at the Houston Street garage - next block over ($15/night with in/out privilege). Warning - on Friday and Saturday nights the garage gets pretty full in the evenings and we ended up on the top level (9 stories). The main entrance to resort is on College St, which was a small side street, but we felt safe coming and going. Coffee provided by front desk in the mornings and water as well. There’s no direct entrance to the Riverwalk from hotel (closest access on Navarro St). If you want to go to owner update, it is located at their sister property (La Cascada) and they provide a shuttle or walk about 15minutes. Riverside Suites is directly in the heart of the bar scene so there will be noise until 2am, but it didn’t bother us, nor did we use the ear plugs provided. It was nice to go out and enjoy some live music and there’s a variety of places to eat. Staff at Riverside were friendly. We forgot our luggage while getting the car to return the key card and they called immediately. There is no pool or gym on property. There are 2 washing machines/dryers on the 2nd floor by concierge. And there’s nice patio/sitting area on the 3rd floor to people watch on the riverwalk. Easy walk to the Alamo, the Majestic Theater, Shops at Rivercenter, and other San Antonio sites.
- G2826ENmattg (8/5): Riverside Suites at the Riverwalk - Great location and access to the river walk and downtown. Parking was close and adequate and easy to use. Make sure and ask for a River walk facing room if available. Room bathroom was little small. But overall, room was clean and nice and I would say a good stay. My wife spent a week here visiting our Son and his family. Recommend. We will come back.
- Lisa (8/5): - The location was great, right on the Riverwalk and easy to walk to activities and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there. We booked a 2 bedroom and got 2 1-bed rooms with a connecting door, overlooking an alley. Very narrow footprint, so the only way to get through one room to the other is to move the table. Instead of one living area big enough for our group, we had two tiny living areas, each with a kitchenette, table for 2, loveseat, and TV. It was fine for 2 days, but would have been challenging for longer.
- kerstinm648 (2/5): Unacceptable customer service - Accommodation was cancelled at exactly 24-hour notice as they apparently reached maximum capacity and cancelled our reservation without alternative arrangements. The reservation was made 3 months in advance, and money was already taken. This is unacceptable and nearly left us without a place to stay with the family. Will never use Wyndham and booking.com again for future bookings.

- kayship (4/5): Disappointed - We stayed here while attending our daughter's graduation from Basic Training and traded a timeshare from Hawaii for this location. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations or the RCI standard we’re used to.
My mother booked her room directly through the resort’s website, and surprisingly, her room was twice the size of ours, much cleaner, and came with a beautiful view of the Riverwalk. Meanwhile, our unit—booked through RCI with a trade, AND a higher cost—was half the size, overlooked a street where homeless individuals slept on benches, and felt like it was tucked away in a forgotten alley.
To be fair, they do warn you about a nearby loud club—though they downplay how close it really is. In truth, there are two clubs sharing a building right next door, and while the noise wasn’t a major issue for us, the area felt very rundown and not particularly welcoming. Even finding the entrance to the hotel took some effort. Parking is another stressor—first come, first serve, so hopefully you arrive early or get lucky.
While the accommodations were disappointing, I will say the front desk staff were kind. That said, the service was confusing at times—for instance, when we asked for a copy to be made, the attendant walked to the copier, was about to press the button, then suddenly changed her mind and told us we had to go to the second floor to do it ourselves. It felt unnecessarily complicated.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this property—especially not for a trade. There are better places in San Antonio, and even paying out-of-pocket at a different hotel would likely yield a more pleasant experience.
- Tirey (10/5): Exceptional -
- April (1/5): Do not book - Reservation was canceled the morning of check in. Manager stated “we tried to reach you” but I did not receive a phone call or an email. DO NOT RECOMMEND Reservation was canceled the morning of check in. Manager stated “we tried to reach you” but I did not receive a phone call or an email. DO NOT RECOMMEND
- Vicki (1/5): Bad -
- Gary (10/5): - Everything was to our satisfaction
- kimjT23WS (6/5): Too loud - As you can expect from a Wyndham property, you will get high pressure sales when checking in.
They told me upon checking in that they don’t do house keeping, but someone tried barging into my room early one morning while I was sleeping. I had the safely lock on.
The music in the surrounding clubs is so loud and does to at least 2am. They provide ear plugs and they are necessary. The patio has a nice view but the overlapping music from 4-5 different clubs makes it unpleasant.
The walls a so thin, I could hear my neighbor burp. The riverwalk area is neat. I was here for a week for business and chose this property for the kitchen, proximity to work and the 1 bedroom. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The pots and pans were nice, the knives were sharp. The plumbing is old though and the sink doesn’t drain well. Free laundry is a perk!
Lots of restaurants and night life around. I would recommend staying at a property in a different area of riverwalk—this place is way too loud.
- Heath (10/5): Perfect spot to - Good location with plenty of options Nightclub next door Friday/Saturday night until 2am
- Go794247 (2/5): Noisy, not comfortable - We are staying in a 2 bedroom plus, which sleeps six There is a couch and dining chairs in the living area. There is nowhere for six people to sit comfortably. Also, the noise from the nightclub is horrible at night. I would never recommend this hotel.
- eventstogo (10/5): Our San Antonio Adventure - Great location right on the riverwalk. friendly and helpful staff. loved the balcony in the evening to sit and watch the action when tired. close to everything. you do park in a ramp and pay extra for car but it was very reasonable. Our accommodations were very nice and comfortable. bed was super comfortable and we were so tired each night from all the action we slept like rocks. staff david, paul and sidney were great!
We will be back!
- PTOLogTravel (8/5): Nice but lack of representation - Pros: The place is in a very unique and excellent location with very easy access to the river walk, shops and restaurant. They have n outdoor patio to seat and watch the evening while looking down at the river walk.
Cons: The patio door often gets locked and won't open from the inside causing guess to walk all the way to the front desk for them to open. There it seems to be only about to employees in the building and if you need something, they one from the front desk is the person who handles everything. The cleaning around the hallways seems to be done only a few times through out the week. The location lacks of representation and it seems that Wyndham is placing all the attention to their second resort nearby.
- Ms. (1/5): Never again! - Nothing They canceled my reservation and said they moved it to another location but didn't tell me where less than 12 hours before I left on my vacation! Highly unacceptable! Gave no reason other than unforeseen circumstances. Offered zero help or restitution.
- Alishia (10/5): Exceptional - Great location on river walk Room was hot when we first arrived took a while to cook off
- Cristina (1/5): Bullsh*t. - I booked my reservation in January 2024 for a stay in June 2024. On the day of arrival for my destination, I received a call in the morning that the air conditioning was out in the building, and that if it wasn’t fixed by the time I needed to check in that they would be relocating guests. They said they would call me if needed to relocate. I had a reservation for a two bedroom suite, arrived by plane with my family of five. Upon landing, I had no messages from the hotel so we drove there. When we arrived I was told that the ac was still not working and was given a number to call for relocation. The hotel staff had no idea where we were relocating to. So, I call and spoke with a representative, was put on hold for 30 minutes while she tried to figure it out, and then was told that she needed to contact the hotel to confirm. She tried to call them and said she was unable to reach them. She said she would email them, and said response was usually quick, then she would call me back. I never received a call back during my three night trip. I ended up calling around all night to find new accommodations. I found three rooms at La Quinta (no 2-bedroom suites to be found anywhere), and paid slightly more. They were very accommodating, great location, had free breakfast daily, and a swimming pool (which Riverside did not have). Needless to say, my experience with Wyndham Riverside was utterly dissatisfying. I would not recommend. San Antonio is hot af and to have a hotel without ac that left me stranded with my family was horrible. I was lucky that we rented a car and didn’t Uber there otherwise we would have been screwed.
- matthew j (8/5): - Very basic hotel. Anything besides the room was extra money. Immediately attempted to get me into a timeshare which was very off putting. Room was nice. Great location
- Jeff (9/5): Superb -
- startwiththeendinmin (10/5): Excellent room 508 and location - Stayed 2 nights midweek; it over looks the River Walk and is a little noisy but it’s quiet by midnight. I suspect all accommodations are exposed to the sounds of the area so if that’s not for you I suggest you visit another town
Room 508 was superb. Large 2 bed with kitchenette and modern appliances. The building doesn’t have a gym, bar or restaurant but there’s plenty nearby.
Parking is $15 through hotel with in/out privileges but $10 if you pay direct yourself.
The Alamo is just 5 minutes stroll. At the time of our visit there was a lot of construction near the Alamo but it didn’t spoil the attraction.
Highly recommended
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Convenience. Friendly staff A sales pitch on timeshares. I declined to attend the “free” session
- Gabriel (1/5): Unpleasant - Nothing The location
- 834margaret (8/5): On the Riverwalk - Very conveniently located, hotel rather than resort (no resort amenities of any sort, kitchenette very limited).
- Elaine (1/5): Our reservation was canceled as our flight was arriving in San Antonio. Luckily Bookings helped us find alternate accomm -
- Holly (2/5): - Our reservation was canceled just before our arrival due to overbooking the hotel. Our reservation was paid in full months previously to our arrival. Leaving us scrambling for another hotel room. Totally unprofessional and not cool. Will not use this service again.
- Linda (9/5): Overall it’s an awesome place. I travel to Hard Rock Cafes around the world, and this hotel was just another corner fro - Close to the river Parking
- Luis (9/5): Superb -
- Spyridon (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect Location No property parking, had to pay extra parking permit. Got prompted and extra charged to attend timeshare workshop.
- milliecorman (6/5): riverside suites - Great location. Issue with room being doublebooked. Someone walked into our room. Did not make us feel very safe. Room clean and well stocked. Entrance not very appealing. Garbage bins on the street. Some staff at front desk not very helpful but concierge on second floor very helpful.
- Kelly (9/5): Superb -
- Gregg (6/5): Great location for the hearing impaired - Great location, right on the RiverWalk, friendly staff, clean room with lots of amenities…but…soundproofing is non-existent and partiers on the RiverWalk and loud cars will keep you up until 3 am, then street cleaners and service trucks roll in at 6 am to start delivering supplies to all the adjacent restaurants. Provided earplugs didn’t do squat. Hardly slept my whole stay.
- M5841XBjohnm (6/5): Ok property Great location - While it good location on the riverwalk. It's entrance looks sketchy. You have to park on sidewalk to load and unload. Parking is a block away. The photos on website don't match actual resort. All windows were painted shut. White paint chips all over. There was a strong sewer odor in bathroom and kitchen. Tap water at this location was terrible. Luckily there was a Walgreens around the corner for bottled water. Plus side good location and view of the river walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the Alamo ,Mengers Bar and tower of the Americas.
- dfb260 (6/5): Good location. Do not buy timeshares! - NEVER buy a timeshare, no matter how good it sounds! There are far too many things you are not told. Most timeshare owners just want to get rid of them any way they can. Do NOT buy!!!!!
This location is convenient; however, there are no amenities except a deck overlooking the Riverwalk and free access to clothes washers and dryers. The WI-Fi is TERRIBLE, apparently throughout the building ( which has masonry interior walls and ceilings). The street at the front entrance is rather shabby / unattractive. Parking is nearby at $15 per day. Ask for a unit with a view of the Riverwalk. None of the units have balconies.
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Passport20017595466 (10/5): Love this place. - Wonderful, helpful staff & fabulous location. The rooms were comfortable with a divine view both during the day and at night. We watched fireworks and people to our hearts content 🤗All the close restaurants and bars and shopping made the stay even better. Be sure to take a carriage ride.
- Cayetano (10/5): - Awesome location along the Riverwalk! Loved the available patio to relax at. Our room was nicer than we expected it to be!
- Keith (3/5): Will never stay at a Wyndham Hotel again. - location and some of the staff were very nice. There is nowhere to park in front, but the street, when you are unloading the car. I had to walk more than a block to park in a city garage. Then move the car every day, walking to and from the garage, in order to not get charged for parking. The bathtub was very slippery when wet. I requested a handicapped accessible room. We were given a room on the 7th floor that the tub was higher than my knees when trying to get in. We had 2 handicapped people there, and my friend could not use the tub because it was not easy for her to get into the tub, and a fall hazard for her. It was also unsafe for her to use it as it was very slippery. We also had to listen to their spiel asking us to join their club. We went to one of these in Las Vegas and was told by their representative that we were dumb for purchasing an RV, realized this after we were listening to their spiel the first night. The supplies in the room were only for 2 people or may be one person, when they knew that there was 3 people staying. We noticed that there was no hot water piped to the kitchen sink, two handles but on water in the hot side. We had to pay a deposit of $250 and was a Suprise never told of this charge till we entered the hotel. Also, the noise outside was very loud at night.
- Dorothy (9/5): Superb - Ther was no breakfast Very noisy, very loud music playing until 3AM
- Lana (8/5): Very good -
- Higinia (8/5): It was great. - Very friendly staff. Thank you. The lift and reception look old and need demodulation.
- john (8/5): - I would recommend this property !!
- Frank (8/5): Very good -
- nash1111111 (10/5): Historic. Beautiful. Fun. - This location has something for everyone of every age. The location alone is FABULOUS! Beautifully remodeled building. The ceilings are a little short because the building has been retrofitted with a/c, but we did not find this to be an issue. The patio on the 3rd floor has an AMAZING view of the Riverwalk and nightlife.
- vfmoc1 (10/5): Great place to stay. - It was a great place to get away with the wife. I read reviews that it was a loud place, but I didn’t have any issues with noise at all. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Staff was really friendly as well.
- SamuelM2002 (10/5): Charming - This was located above and near the river walk in San Antonio. 100 year old property. Well maintained with units completely remodeled. Had to park about a block away at city parking at $15.00 per day with in and out privileges. Parking across the street at $5.00 per day with no in and out. Not many amenities on site.
- Bertha (2/5): - The room was under the main AC roof. The sound and vibration were terrible. We were not able to have a please y stay. They try accommodate us on a different room, however I do not understand why they let their clients to stay in that room.
- Barbra (1/5): Bad - I couldn't make my booking due to a family medical emergency I had to go to Indiana for and I let them know a week in advance, which gave them plenty of time to rebook the room and get their money, but I couldn't get anyone to refund my money.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adventure717672 (10/5): Best Kept Secret...I Loved It. - I specifically remembered the names of the staff members because they really were pivotal to our enjoyment of this resort. I really really enjoyed this resort--especially the staff! Noell--was amazing! He was energetic-friendly-professional and he even met my husband at the door when we arrived and he helped my husband unload and park the vehicle which was located in the nearby covered parking facility. James and Shaneeka and Sabrina at the front desk were spot on, helpful, friendly and professional and they were actually happy to answer our questions. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious enough to enjoy for a week. A mini-kitchen with dishwasher. stove top, fridge; and TV in the front room and in the bedroom. It was ideal. Great air conditioning in the super hot weather that we experienced. The Resort is a very old building that has been refurbishes & updated--and it sits RIGHT on the Riverwalk. I had no idea that it was so well located. There was a ridiculous number of restaurants for dining with great places to enjoy the outdoors, riverwalk, music, shop and people watch. It was only a couple blocks from the Alamo and other pivotal spots--like Walgreens or CVS-but most importantly Starbucks-an absolute must for me!
I had one issue with my rooms blinds and Joel-with maintenance--fixed it immediately. I was shocked that it was corrected so quickly.
Again, I was truly impressed with the staff they were amazing. And the resort's location was perfect!
If i could add one thing--I would add a gym---I really missed having the gym. They did offer to let me go to the other Wydham Resort to use their gym and pool...but I wish they had a gym at this resort because that would have been the best!!
I seldom, if at all, write reviews but this I had to write because I did not expect it to be so great...I would definitely recommend this resort and I'd definitely come back to stay here at the Club Wyndham Riverwalk Resorts Club. I loved it!
- Jesse (9/5): Superb -
- Rodrigo (10/5): - Would stay again and recommend to anyone.
- JenniferGA178 (4/5): Hope you don’t like to sleep before 3am! - Location is perfect for access to the Riverwalk. That was the only good thing. As a Wyndham Founder owner, this was a very poor experience. There is a known noise issue, and their solution is to provide foam earplugs. Even noise cancelling headphones could not combat the noise from the clubs at the riverwalk and street racers every night until 3am. There has been no investment in sound deadening materials/insulation. They know they are a hotel that cannot provide a decent night’s sleep, but are fine to hook you in anyways. The tub shower is a large step in and all smooth porcelain-try not to break your neck the first night. Floors were so dirty that I left black footprints in the tub when showering. No parking, no access to the riverwalk from the building.
- Altermatt (10/5): Exceptional -
- GLVB55 (6/5): Nice accommodations, but... - After reading the reviews we were really worried but we were pleasantly surprised once we saw the accommodations. The rooms were updated, clean, and a good size and there was no noise heard from the riverwalk. HOWEVER there were NO bells and whistles at the resort at all. No shuttles, no pool, gameroom, activities, for, and only two small stackable washer/dryers for the entire resort. Location was great right next to the riverwalk, but entrance is in an alley that STINKS from trash.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge was great and attentive, until we declined the option for a promotional tour of another Wyndham property, then he didn't return our calls or respond to questions. That felt slimy and put a bad taste in our mouths about Wyndham. We've stayed at many Wyndham properties and always loved them. We've never had any issues like this before so I'm hoping it was just THIS property/employee. We would not stay at this resort again but would consider another Wyndham property that had more bells and whistles, and didn't push the hard sell of other Wyndham properties.
- Kimpha (10/5): Exceptional!!! Couldn’t have been any more amazing!!! - Luis was extremely helpful and very considerate of my family celebrating our daughter’s birthday .
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional -
- norigonzales (2/5): I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN I HATED IT - I will never go there again because i was charged $680 before I even got my vacation started. Then my card was declined because i did not have that much in my checking acct. I just hated been there because i might as well just stayed home because i was doing the same thing i do at home with the exception of cutting the grass,This was NOT a vacation for me at all. This put me even deeper in debt.
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - The friendliness of the staff. The view. The friendly concierge.
- Dream742685 (10/5): Pleasantly Surprised - Some of the negative reviews gave me pause for thought, but we still booked a week's stay. The Club is right on the Riverwalk, and that means "location, location, location"! Yes, there's noise, but you are in the city and on what's probably the most famous city riverwalks in the U.S.! Yes, there are ear plugs provided, but our's weren't used - we just enjoyed the night sounds of the Riverwalk. The Club is a 5 minute walk to the Alamo, a 15 minute walk to the Tower of the America's, and within a 1 to 10 minute walk to the best restaurants in San Antonio, on the Riverwalk or elsewhere! They have 2 double stacked washer/dryer's on the 2nd floor for guests to use at no cost. The Club is not perfect, as it's an older building, but I'm giving the resort 5 stars, as it was a 5 star experience for us, and there's nothing that I would ask them to do differently. All of the service staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful, and a special shout out for James - thanks for doing a great job!
- Z7909NUrichardd (2/5): Try another Wyndham. - It lacks practically everything. The lobby is a bench and a desk. Hard to unload when you park outside on a narrow street. They don't guarantee you will get a parking pass for down the block. Noisy rooms. They do provide ear plugs though. No swimming pool like the website shows. Enough shampoo for maybe three washes. Uncomfortable towels.
It is on River Walk but you have to go down the street to get there. Not one of Wyndham's better properties.
- Liang (3/5): Poor - Very close to the River Walk They tried to change my reservation from two bedrooms to one bedroom one hour before my arrival. Saying I requested it myself through booking.com
I have to spend more than 30 minutes to convince them it was not possible as we are a family of four. And there is no record showing that on the booking.com reservation.
They are just not being very honest.
Besides, the AC was very noisy in their rooms. Their solution to that is providing free ear plugs.
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional - Location. Homey vibe. Friendly staff Noise of local bars at night.
- Sharon (10/5): - I liked the separate bedroom
- levartmore (8/5): Nice location on Riverwalk but room had a lot to be desired. - Right on the Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio and a desirable location if you get the right room at check in. Resort provided earplugs to combat the noise of the street and adjoining rooms in our assigned room. Staff very friendly and helpful but there are rooms facing College St that should be avoided.
- Firstname: (7/5): Good -
- Brad (8/5): - The staff were great and the room had all we needed. There are not many amenities at the hotel. Also, the hotel is located across from Hard Rock Café so be ready for music until 12:00pm. It is very centrally located on the River Walk and to the River Market and Alamo. We walked everywhere.
- Kristina (7/5): Nice room overall-beware of timeshare peddling. - It is located right next to the Riverwalk. This is a timeshare. I don't remember this being mentioned in the description. They WILL try to sell it to you! I was here for a work conference. My plane was late and they take you to the second floor to sell you a timeshare. They did let me go when I told them I was already late. I did NOT want to be sold anything. There is no outside access to the Riverwalk from the hotel. You have to go around the building. It is VERY loud here. You can hear street noise day and night.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor service - The hotel had no water, so we did not get a shower until the day of checkout. When asked about accommodations, they gave us the name of two hotels, but forgot to mention that we would have to pay. So they had us going back and forth, and the front desk staff wasn’t really friendly and seemed clueless.
- Michael (1/5): We have stayed with Wyndam in the past, but never, ever, ever again in the future. - *SCAM ALERT*, this is not a hotel, just a timeshare selling scam. We were tricked into paying a 'refundable $40.00' fee for free vouchers by the conceirge, but because we refused to attend their sales presentation, we were denied the vouchers and they refused to refund our $40.00. To make matters worse, the boiler broke so the building was without hot water for 2 of our 3 day stay. If you enjoy bait and switch tactics, wasting a day listening to timeshare sales pitches, and come from a third world country that considers hot water an unnecessary luxury, Wyndam has a room for you.
- mary (10/5): - Location was odd, but so close to everything. 1 minute to the riverwalk and parking. Patio overlooked the riverwalk. The rooms were odd but had many windows and it just worked. It is a city with downtown quirks. Staff very nice.
- Marcelo (9/5): Superb -
- Ariana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (10/5): - Great views, and convenient to shops, dining, and nice walk on riverside to the convention center.
- Peter (8/5): My room had a view of RiverWalk, seperate bedroom. Excellent! - Riverwalk was why I booked it, and because the kitchen There is NO parking ( public at the end of the block ) There is also NO loading zone, you basically stop in the street to unload. There are a few spots across the street but trucks use them. If arriving by car just pull to front door, put your 4 ways on. It is not a busy street. We had alot of stuff, so this was inconvenient, but manageable.
- Michael (10/5): - Offered free hop on hop off bus tour and canal tour. As usual nothing in life is really free. Tole we had to sit and listen to a presentation for an hour. We were willing since we know nothing is really free, however after two hours we had to be rudely forceful to be let out of the conference center.
- Edwin (8/5): The place is fair enough. However, it can be better. - the location was next to the river. Staff was helpful the entrance is not practical. there is no where to park to offload. the suite set up was not feasible. toilet kept running and one floor hade people smoking mar-iguana. Terrible smell.
- Gemma (7/5): Good -
- Katrina (10/5): - You can't beat the location of this property if you want to be on the Riverwalk. It's at the heart of things. The room was really clean, bed was comfy, the pull out couch wasnthe best but they never are. We loved the patio overlooking the river, great place to relax and enjoy a meal or drinks. Our room was on the opposite side from the river and noisy but we expected that. The concierge hooked us up, the shuttle driver gave great recommendations, the front desk ladies were helpful. Only downside is parking a block away in the parking garage. It's $15/day so not terrible, just inconvenient. We opted to go to the sales pitch in exchange for money. They weren't pushy at all and we got great recommendations for off Riverwalk destinations. We'll stay here if we go back make it back to SA.
- Lynn (8/5): Great location, comfortable bed and nice bathroom - pretty much all you need! - The location was perfect for our activities. the rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. the entrance and lobby are quite small and a bit awkward when guests are checking in and others are trying to use the elevator.

- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tonya (10/5): Exceptional -

- William (10/5): Great Location - Great location, overlooking the River Walk. Loads of restaurants within easy walking distance. Fully stocked kitchen and free laundry facilities on site. Every person we talked to at the front desk was super friendly and helpful!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was good. Check-in and the back ally you enter from was kinda weird.
