• Anderson (10/5): Studio 6 Port Arthur. A very nice package - Liked the location, close to shopping. The staff are all very friendly. Like to give special thanks to Nisha who was very helpful and easy to deal with. Liked that the Laundry was clean and well maintained. The daily room cleaning regimen was very professional. Would have been nice to have ensuite washing and drying appliances. But not really an issue given the close proximity I was to the Laundry. The WiFi could have been a bit faster

• Krystal (1/5): BAD - Nothing People having a party in the parking lot. Loud music, room was right by the door to go outside so could hear it slam all night. The lady checking me in was rude as heck!
• Nicholette (5/5): - Bed was surprisingly comfy. Stayed one night. These policies are not posted anywhere: *They have visiting hours til 9 P.M. If u want to have a friend visit after 9, they want a copy of their ID and their phone number. *They don't allow u to have your pet on the bed. Housekeeping opened my door and saw my dog on my bed and the front desk called me. Also, I will admit this, when I left I used one of the worn out washrags to clean where I had my pets water bowl, and the bathroom floor, then threw it in my trash bag, then put the small amount of cat litter I put out for the night. I threw the bag away outside, obviously. Went to get my deposit and they showed me a picture: THEY DUG THRU MY TRASH "TO FIND THE TOWEL" 🫨 I let them know that was SUPER WEIRD several times, and these weird policies should be posted. Still gave me my deposit back tho, so I appreciate that Oh yeah, and the burners didn't work.

• Theresa (8/5): - Pleased they offered Pet Friendly rooms. The rooms were not accessible from the outside and being on the 3rd floor indoors was a bit of a hassle for potty breaks, but overall it worked out. The facility lacked atmosphere. Room was just the basics and felt unwelcoming. Artwork would be nice, and the painting of walls throughout facility needed more professionalism. You could tell the repair and esthetics was not a high paid job. Linens were cheap and uncomfortable. Minimal pillows and very thin comforter and sheet. Furniture was at best ready to assemble partial board style. Towels were rough and basic and the quantity was the minimum. The cleaning staff did not restock the in-room coffee supplies for a 2 night stay. Overall the price matched the expectations. You can not expect a cheap cost with high quality ammenties. You get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and experienced no communication barriers. The employee dress code could use a more professional upgrade along with personal neatness and grooming standards.

I decided to give it a try working in this area for a long stay and made the right choice. folk's whether your travel is overnight or a scheduled long stay no worries its very quiet place. Mysha thank you very much for your helpful service.
• Cynthia (10/5): Give them a try - We spent one night. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. The room had a small kitchenette with Fridge, microwave, small flat top stove, etc. so bring along snacks 😉 Dog friendly, not charging an arm and a leg.

• Christopher (6/5): It was just ok - Very clean rooms Over 30 minutes to check in especially if you have a guest with you. Parking permits is a big hold up too.

I had wasted a piece of chocolate on the bed and yet out of five days I never got changed n for the price that is unfair

• Telisa (3/5): Uncomfortable - It was close to where I visited The atmosphere. Was not comfortable. Hallway had a funny smell. They started vacuuming the hallway at 8 am. Could not sleep in for the noise. Staff was being weird, asking me at check n then later that same day when I went out how many people was coming in with me and I was by my self each time. The next day was asked how many people were with me as I came back from lunch alone. I showed them my reservation to let them know if I do have a guest I paid for it on my reservation.

Most of these 5 star reviews are from people pressured to put it because the front desk staff will ask you to do it as you’re checking out, she even turned my phone around and push the 5 stars for me. Super weird and pushy. You’re better off at staying at the hotel across the street!

According to a note from the cleaning crew, the room was last cleaned over a week before. Found a lot of dust on the light fixtures by the bed. Accessible room did not have shower hose. Had a regular tub, not truly accessible. No shampoo.

The walls are a bit thin and I could hear the suite next to me snoring as though they were in my room. Friendly staff and cookware available at the desk.

Staff was horrible when i asked for replacement towels at night the front desk lady responded by yelling and telling me the customer is NOT the most important. We were kicked out due to the altercations between a shutdown pool, the towels, and ultimately from turning a drawer so the we could fit our tv on top. Our 50$ deposit was stolen and they would not refund. (Due to dresser being turned even though we put it back.)

"kitchenette" had a stove, but NO dishes, pots, pans, paper towels, utensiles, etc. the toaster smelled like it was going to catch fire. Lots of homeless sleeping on the ground in the area...not directly on motel propoerty but within the immediate area. Probably won't be back.

Also insects in the room. Not clean but above all insects coming out of the wall. Front office supplied us with spray. As if they knew these insects were there.

• Kadi (5/5): Passable - location was good. the kitchens in the room were great. the water pressure in the shower was great. they definitely need to update their sheets and pillows. the bed was comfortable but the sheets and pillows were very dingy and stained. the room had a permanent odor to it and the location of the air unit made it hard to stay cool.

We were to have a handicap room n the only thing that was handicap was a rail in the bathtub n the tub was slippery. Wouldn’t give us an extra pillow. The bed was lumpy, bathroom had mold which we told him n nothing was done about it. The floors were damp n sticky, ac had to be turned down to 64 just to keep the humidity somewhat tolerable. Wont be staying here again.
• Jenna (5/5): Passable - we didn’t have to travel far for food. It was a nice room for the price. I paid for the room as soon as I booked it. There was nothing stating that there was a 50 dollar deposit required. When we arrived that’s when we was told about the 50 dollar deposit I told her I was not aware of that. She stated with out the deposit I can’t stay in the room (even tho it was already paid for) so I paid the deposit. My room was on the second floor so we waiting for the elevator but it never opened so one of the employees came and said the elevator don’t work so we had to carry our heavy bags up some stairs. Once we got upstairs the room numbers is not in order so we had to literally look for the room. We get in the room it was nice but the remote didn’t work and there was not a lot of channels to choose from so I didn’t even watch tv. Also I didn’t sleep very well bc the bed was uncomfortable and the mattress kept sliding off the bed.

Laundry facilities didn’t work. Could extend in person, then couldn’t, then had too, then had to go through a third party. 50 deposit that isn’t mentioned. Terrible front desk staff. Asked to check out early do to all above issues, no sort of explanation, responsibility taken, or refund for the next day which I wouldn’t be staying offered. And more.
