• Liliana (9/5): Muy lindo dpto. - El dpto. Es muy cómodo, bien ubicado. Y equipado con todo. Particularmente no me gustan las barras para comer, prefiero una mesa con sillas, . Por que nos resultó un poco incómodo, pero es cuestion de gustos. Lo demas muy lindo.

• John (8/5): Night with Friends in Glasgow city - Lovely apartment and good location for us. Close to shops and restaurants and very quiet Floors were very creaky and the apartment was a bit cold but they did provide heaters in the rooms so not really a big issue.
• James (7/5): - Location was okay. Apartment had what was necessary. Apartment was a bit warm, and noisy creaking floors. Only one towel in kitchen. Booking was for 2 doubles but rooms had 1 double and 2 singles. Not much to really complain about, but apartment appeared nicer in photos and description.

• Kelly (7/5): - We liked the location that the apartment was at in reference to the train station and such. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The beds were not comfortable. Single mattresses pushed together and they were pretty worn out. And you may want to have a look at the ensuite room as the floors nearest the bathroom are soft and very very loud as are the floors in the bathroom. Which means they had a leak somewhere or sometime or are still having an issue with that and was either covered up or hasn't been assessed yet. Getting into the place was interesting trying to figure out what floor to get off on to get the next elevator to get to the key to open the door. I'm assuming that most apartment hotels / rentals are like this? What was online as far as time frames they would be accessible did not match the door times on the first floor. So we ended up having to yet again store our luggage whilst we looked over the city.

Besonders die zentrale Lage war ideal, da man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants schnell erreichen konnte. Auch das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen! Negativ war leider, dass die Betten sehr hart waren. Das Doppelbett bestand eigentlich aus zwei Einzelbetten auf Rädern, die ständig auseinandergerutscht sind. Außerdem war es in der Wohnung ziemlich kalt, was den Komfort etwas beeinträchtigt hat.

• Liam (8/5): - Great location centrally. Fantastic place. Easy parking NPC (paid) great sized rooms in apartment. Could do with soft closing doors so you dont give yourself a heart attack going out of rooms in middle of the night but this may be difficult due to them been fire rated doors.

• Clair (10/5): Great apartment - Perfect size for 5 of us, one room with double bed and single bed, second room with double en-suite. Great sized bathroom, lounge and kitchen area. Brilliant location for exploring the city. Large outdoor area accessible from both bedrooms. Only slight downside and it’s not the properties fault or issue. Is that on a Saturday night you can hear the music from House of God’s very clearly from the apartment we were in. Would have been good to have outdoor seats on the terrace, but this did not affect our stay.

• Neil (8/5): Night in Glasgow - Great location, accommodating and friendly staff, lovely apartment. The homeless shelter being outside isn’t ideal but we just kept walking. The two lift thing is a bit odd. We couldn’t get the bath to work and couldn’t get in touch with anyone to help. Also, the 10am check out time is way too early for a Sunday when you have clubs open until 4. Push it to 11 next time please 😬
• Anja (8/5): Mooi appartement - De ruime woonkamer/keuken. De ruime slaapkamers. Viel niet echt tegen, maar direct naast het appartementen complex is een daklozen centrum. Hierdoor wordt je vooral eind van de middag en in de avond geconfronteerd met daklozen.

Ho prenotato questa struttura ed ero felicissima vedendo le foto, la zona centrale e il prezzo. Ieri purtroppo quando siamo arrivati davanti all' ingresso, purtroppo non ci siamo sentiti per niente tranquilli, soprattutto perché avevamo con noi molti bagagli da trasportare .La zona , seppur centrale, non é particolarmente "bella". Siamo andati via e abbiamo preferito cancellare tutto il soggiorno e perdere anche i soldi (avevamo già pagato). Non voglio denigrare il lavoro del proprietario che avrà sicuramente grande cura e attenzioni per il cliente. Questa recensione nasce semplicemente sulla base di una sensazione di mancata sicurezza che non può dipendere da lui. Mi dispiace molto perché non vedevo l'ora di soggiornare lì.

• Jodie (7/5): It was lovely accommodating but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to friends - The property had everything we needed. It also was close to shops for groceries. There was a homeless food shelter next door on ground floor. We were on 1st floor and it got quite noisy when it was open and police out the front. I didn’t like walking past them to get to our main door as they acted like they were on drugs wanting to fight each other, swearing.

The fire doors don't make for a romantic atmosphere, indeed, are pretty horrid. The pillows were as flat as a pancake and small.

• sharon (7/5): Not suitable for children - Spacious clean and altogether was hard finding somewhere without booking 2 rooms Behind property is what looks like a derelict building but bottom floor looks like a pub . All 2nd and 3rd floor are bricked up except one window and to my horror when my 8 year old was on the balcony there was a man naked and seemed to be pleasuring himself luckily or not I was with her and managed to get her back inside before she realised . There is activity all night in that property so my children were banned from using the balcony and curtains remained shut . So be wary if taking children . To the front of the property next door is what appears to be a soup kitchen . With lots of homeless drunk people outside which wasn't pleasant bringing 3 young girls past to get back to the property. Location great for stations and going there with my husband would be fine but wouldn't go with children again sorry . Price was a bit steep too .

Staff friendly and helpful. Few bits of maintenance outstanding (sink not draining quickly/door latch broken), but nothing serious.

• Wendy (8/5): - I have stayed many times, I love the appartment, the bath & controllable heating. The entrance has gone downhill. wee bit scarey at times. Did not want to venture out at night. Trying to input an 8 digit code in a poorly lit area is not pleasant as a partially sighted person. The reception area on the first floor is still a mess.

• Morison (6/5): Appartement bien situé dans Glasgow. - La position au coeur de Merchant City était très agréable. A proximité de tout pour des visites à pied comme la cathédrale de Glasgow, les quais du Clyde, the Scotie (plus ancien pub de Glasgow) - où nous sommes allés lors d'une soirée musicale - je recommande - , Buchanan Street, le musée d'art moderne que nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu visiter faute de temps. L'intérieur de l'appartement était très propre et les 2 salles de bains appréciables. Fourniture de 2 pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et 2 pastille pour le lave-linge. Nous n'avions pas reçu le code pour rentrer dans l'immeuble au préalable... Et le téléphone ne répondant pas, il a fallu attendre que quelqu'un sorte de l'immeuble pour accéder à la réception qui est un premier étage. J'avais demandé un canapé convertible, mais ma requête n'avait pas été prise en compte. Mais les personnels locaux ont résolus le problème en nous fournissant deux lits d'appoint et 2 chaises complémentaires (4 fournies pour 6 voyageurs). Les fenêtres souffrent d'un problème de joint, laissant entrer l'air et le bruit de la rue. Et le chauffage étant géré pour l'immeuble, pas possible de modifier le thermostat... nuit pas chaude... La vaisselle est en quantité restreinte. A noter qu'un centre d'aide aux sans abri jouxte l'établissement, engendrant du bruit au moment de la distribution des repas du soir.
• Tracy (8/5): Great location and value. - Place was lovely and clean, spacious and no nice from adjoining apartments. Had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. Very comfortable beds. Location is great for city centre but being next door to a homeless shelter made entering and exiting at night a bit scary when people were arguing.
• busby58 (10/5): Overall would stay again. - Perfectly situated, clean and better than expected. Email to the apartments was a bit confusing. We got in the lift with a member of staff who could see we where clearly checking in at this point we didn't know she was staff. Wasn't helpful we rode the other lift to find out we where in the wrong place we then waited at the reception no body there or a call bell or anything. The lady who we rode the lift with came to us I said we are checking in. She said did you get email? . I said yes not simple to follow, we had a bit of back and forth disagreeing about it, how ever once we got where we where going it made more sence. We felt that she could of been more helpful rather than argumentative regarding the email.

• Chris (9/5): Excellent stay, thank you so much to the Spires team! - Staff were very helpful from the moment of booking, all info clear and quickly responded to request for children’s beds and queries about access for my father whose mobility is limited. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the rail station. We also found free overnight disabled parking close by (Argyle St car park) despite a roof box making us too high for the NCP. Clean, functional, great security, comfy beds and equipped kitchen so we could stock up at M&S food hall and relax in the lounge. Expected we might hear some street noise given the city centre location, but we didn’t hear anything and the whole family slept well. Nothing not to like!
• Laila (10/5): Muy bien - La ubicación genial. El apartamento amplio, camas cómodas y el tener dos baños es una ventaja. Por poner algo, las puertas se cierran solas y si no te das cuenta golpean al cerrar.
