We loved the 24 hr coffee/tea bar and the 24 hr pool Honestly, all the front desk staff were super nice and welcoming except the younger gal who works the late night shift. She was kind of short in conversation and not super hospitable to me when checking in; and when my wife and daughters went down to get coffee and tea, she completely ignored them when they said hi when they got there, and when they were headed back to the room they told her to have a good night, she apparently ignored them and rolled her eyes. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day, I don't hold it against the hotel, as everyone else was great and welcoming sounding. This was the only bad score we would give.

The front desk person gave us great restaurant recommendations and told us about everything that was happening in town that weekend. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. They offer a variety of options for breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Cedars Inn again.

Dev at the front desk was friendly and helpful. He had great advice for dinner and let us know about the different activities going on in town.

• Shawna (8/5): It was a perfect hotel for a short visit to Wenatchee. - The staff were very friendly. The pool had way too much chlorine and our toilet clogged and required maintenance to fix it. Which isn’t their fault but it was very annoying to have happen as soon as we got there.

• Matt (7/5): Nice overall stay, a bit of construction going on in parking lot but it was clean and comfortable! - Wonderful breakfast, a bit away from Wenatchee itself (across river) but East Wenatchee had a lot to offer as well. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes after dinging the service bell at the front desk multiple times, but once staff finally arrived they were very courteous and kind!
• Diana (6/5): - Close to freeway exit. Carpet needs to go dirty smelly and outdated, quite small the rooms, breakfast needs a huge improvement. We have a 10th month baby with a stroller and the receptionist sent us all the way up to the third floor, where you have no ramp access or elevator so I did had struggles going up the stairs with my baby stroller and car seat.

Last time I stayed and the reservation advertised a pull out couch in the King rooms. Both King rooms we had just had a Chase lounger. The extra bed would have been handy for us as we had several kids that weren't able to "sleep over" with Grandma and Grandpa as we had hoped.

Something must be right, because I come back every year. A worker that was standing outside smoking within 25 feet of entry ways that very rudely shared a hotel rule about parking. I have no problem with her sharing the rules, I have a problem with her tone and face she made at us.

We stay there 1-2 a month to visit our grandbabies or for medical appointments. We will always stay here we have been staying with them for 3 years now and they treat us like family! N/A
• Bettina (8/5): Happy with our stay. - The hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to my appointment location. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was updated and spotless. The hotel did not have that older hotel smell and there was none of that air freshener smell hotels sometimes use. The staff was exceedingly helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was very nice. There was hot as well as cold breakfast foods on offer. If someone wanted waffles, they could make them. Biscuits and gravy, sausage patties and eggs, cereals, bananas, etc. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as I expected. To be fair, I'd just had surgery, but the bed seemed a bit soft to me. We were on the highway side of the building and could hear the highway noise at night. We did blank it out after a bit. This might not bother those who come from an urban area - we live in a rural area. I think the other side of the hotel would have been quieter.

I should asked for a new room but I didn't. I was able to open the window, but it didn't help too much. The hotel has old carpeting in the rooms which probably retains the pet odors. The bathroom had tile but it smelled very bad of wet dog. Tha hotel wouldn't have been to bad except for that room order (Room 336),

We really liked the fresh cookies and popcorn they offered in the lobby and the continental breakfast was really good. The workers kept it very clean and well stocked. The shower head in our bathroom sprayed everywhere. Everything else about our stay was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious.

• Tracie (10/5): - Frequent Wenatchee traveler and has to stay here due to my regular hotel and many others booked out for fire activity. Despite this being an older hotel it was absolutely one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in. Room was pristine. Staff very friendly. There is some construction going on nearby that may bother some during the day but the rooms stay fairly quiet. Had a nice balcony room with partial river view. For the price this is a hidden gem in the Wenatchee Valley. Would stay again.
