• Montelle (7/5): Great stay - some disappointments - The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and very beautiful. Plenty of places to sit around and enjoy drinks and food. The spa was great and the room was very clean and looked very nice. I think the quality of some of the food was questionable as well as the alcoholic drinks included too. There was only minimal amounts of entertainment on sight which was a shame, however this may be due to a larger older population at the hotel however it would’ve been nice for them to fend for older and younger people simultaneously. On that, the entertainment at day time was pretty much non existent therefore if you’re someone that’s come alone at this time of year (November) you’re stuck with the rocky beach, freezing cold pool, or gym and spa, this isn’t a terrible thing but for it to get a 10/10 I would’ve liked daytime entertainment. I also didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t come with an Iron and also that you had to pay reception for someone else to do it. I like the idea of being able to iron my clothes free of charge as and when I need to. I feel like they could’ve done a better job with assisting me with what stuff there is to do in the area and places for me to go or visit.
• G9243ATadib (10/5): Very good - It was a very good experience.we are really pleased with our visit. Everyone was very kind and everyone was really funny. Elif with the other man (big and good-looking:)) were really good at the reception they had humor and really explained well. Halil, saper and a guy at the bar (dont remember the name sorry) were also veryy good they really brightened our mood whenever we crossed paths and they always made us laugh. We really wish to come back again next year❤️ More turkish songs would be great though:)
• DayTrip62279 (10/5): Excellent hotel - Spent summer vacation for the last 8 years. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the beach, nice restaurants, shopping. The receptionist welcomed us with a nice smile, Mister Eray, even when he works in a different shift, it seems that he is there for us. The security, chef, beach staff, lifeguard are very kind. Hotel is very safe, especially for children.

• mattyh924 (10/5): Great week at Fame Residence - We had a great week at Fame Residence. The service was brilliant, they have loads of staff so you are never waiting long at the bar. The room and hotel itself was really nice and clean. The food was brilliant, not ideal for really fussy eaters but the hotel took pride in the food and every meal was something different and enjoyable. Not much to do outside the hotel but this suited us. The pool was big enough, sunbeds with brollies do go quite fast but theres a section of the beach belonging to the hotel and theres plenty of brollies down there. Quite handy having a shop directly opposite the hotel too. The hotel room fridge was stocked up every day with water, fanta, cola and juice. The indoor pool and Sauna was also really nice and clean. If I was ever to go back to Kemer I would happily stay at this hotel again. Thanks for a brilliant week.

• 610katiao (10/5): Great 5 star hotel in the zone - To be honest I was not sure about the all inclusive hotel vacation trip. But I am happy we took it. The hotel was full and thanks for the great organization and disposition and the managing work it didn’t feel like it. I am not the one who gets up at 6am to reserve a place next to the pool or on the beach and even so I was able to accommodate myself and my kid for a piece of sunshine and chill. The hotel is very clean, the stuff is helpful in any language you prefer! The food was fantastic! Great verity of any meal type. The hotel has a stony beach, maybe it’s the only minus. But the water is pure clean and the sun lounges are very comfy and new,
• valeryakirova (10/5): Amazing holiday! - Just came back from a weeks holiday at this hotel, been here for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Can’t fault anything! It was 8 of us, it was my parents’ first experience of Turkey and all inclusive, and thanks to friendly staff and fabulous atmosphere they are certain they’ll be back! The hotel is right on the beach, plenty of sunbeds, rooms nice and clean, super friendly and helpful staff. We were celebrating my birthday during our stay, hotel offered complimentary bottle of wine and fruits to our room, which was very unexpected and pleasant. Food amazing, plenty of choice! Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but there was still enough to choose from. Cocktails were good and didn’t feel at all watered down. Aida from lobby bar does the best cocktails 😍 Anya from guest relations was very helpful during our stay. Unfortunately didn’t ask or memorised reception & restaurant staff names, but they all were amazing! Highly recommend, the hotel definitely met and even exceeded our expectations.

Upon arrival, we were given a room on the top floor, but the view wasn’t quite what we had hoped for. Thanks to the help of Eray at the reception, we were quickly offered another room with a beautiful view of the pool. Great service! The hotel is clean, the location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended!
• Travel39130778806 (10/5): Winter holidays in Turkey are magical - It was a very successful vacation. The weather was so sunny that you could even swim in the sea. The city of Kemer itself is very pleasant, clean, cozy. The nature around is incredible! The hotel also did not disappoint. Excellent location! You can enjoy delicious food with a view of the house to the sea and mountains. I really liked the SPA complex. Also the fact that the hotel is very clean, and the staff is professional and friendly. Special thanks to Polina and Cansin for the willingness to help guests. Very pleasant experience, I plan to come again.

• Vacationer779840 (10/5): A lovely winter stay - My partner and I travelled at the end of November for. 10day stay here. English is obviously not the first language as the hotel is predominantly full of Russian and German guests so check in was a little haphazard whilst they tried to get someone to explain the process and how to find everything. They even forgot our wrist bands so we had to go back to reception for them. The hotel itself was lovely, a little tired and needing maintenance, especially in the heated pool area and changing rooms but the staff on duty worked exptremely hard to ensure it was always clean. Towels are on a card basis and can be changed everyday at the spa. As is the norm, people had "reserved" their sun loungers with towels both around the outdoor pool and at the pebble beach but as it was so quiet being off season, we were able to find vacant ones most times. The food is exceptionally good, a wide variety to cater for most tastes. It is presented in the usual buffet style and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. We didn't partake of the provided entertainment but did observe others enjoying the aqaurobics and yoga in the lovely grounds. We made use of the shop and hairdresser located in the hotel and can recommend them both. The rooms were very clean but again, maintenance is required to regain the 5star experience. Wallpaper peeling and paint flaking along with handles missing or falling off. We had to request another mattress as my husband struggled with it being so firm and the staff had it replaved immediately which meant he was able to enjoy a good sleep. The cleaning staff were excellent, they refreshed the mini fridge with water and juices each day and ensured the room was extremely clean and compfortable. We were moved on our last night so they could close a wing of the hotel but were given a superior room for the inconvenience. The little touches such as the bar codes on the trees for infromation are fantstic and the best part of our stay were the hotel cats and the street cats. We walked to the local supermarket, a 10 minute stroll to purchase cat biscuits and each day would feed the cats and kittens. We would definately return and could definately recommmend to others.
