- ROSCHELL (2/5): - The room had roaches and they refused to refund my money only giving 10 dollars back i only asked for half back because i understand how business works and i was refused that i will never go back
- Danielle (2/5): - The room was never cleaned. The room was flooded while we were in it and when we reported it, staff alerted us that they know the room was flooded when it was assigned to us but they thought we were only going to be in the room one night not for our entire stay. Our room key kept being disabled and we were continually asked about checking out but were booked for several days, which was prepaid but they kept trying to recharge us.
- Zedrick (8/5): - It is close to my family

- Leesher (5/5): At least the place is consistent. - The location. There are not many hotels in the area. The furniture is old. The linen was old and stained. The tub is unsafe. One of the people staying while we were there, fell in the bath tub.
- Panela (1/5): - Nothing Horrible place, awful bed and pillows, did not feel safe, had to beg for coffee in the morning, no vending machines.
- Jamin (4/5): - Customer service was great but the room was not clean no shape way or form. It also had roaches.
- Earnestine (3/5): - The location was pretty good. It was near a restaurant and store. The room was awful. The smell of mold was loud. The cover on the bed was thin, there was no blanket on the bed. People were hanging around on the stairway.
- Amber (10/5): - I like how attentive they were. I like how front desk was friendly and almost 24 hours. I like how housekeeping checked in everyday and was friendly.
- April (9/5): Outdated but clean - It was easy to get to Very outdated. Building is old and needs a lot of work

- Allen (10/5): - Great Service well checking in and out
- Linda (10/5): It was a comfortable stay and the price was good - My room was nice the gentleman Tony who was working the front desk when I checked in was very nice and helpful. There was a dog off lease that was roaming around the property not sure if it belonged to a guest but it was a bit uncomfortable for me coming and going to my car.

There was no continental breakfast. There was not even sugar and cream there for the coffee. The cereal was stale, and Overall, it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Leesher (7/5): Better than nothing - There are few motels in this area. We often stay at this location due to it being near the event we were attending. It is close to gas stations and restaurants. The staff was super friendly. It is an old motel but one of 2 decent locations in the area unless you stay at a bed and breakfast. We had light fixtures with blown bulbs and no replacements were available. The hot water had to run @ least 5 minutes before it was even luke warm. We needed to iron and only a table top ironing board was available. The continental breakfast was lacking. One of our accent chairs was broken.
- Michael (8/5): Very comfortable stay - Na Na

- Walker (2/5): - I would rather have paid to stay in a trap house. Walker out five minutes after looking at my room and found somewhere else at 10:00 pm
- Joey (2/5): Bad - Well for one my reservation wouldn’t show up and even tho I showed the guy my receipt he wouldn’t put me in a room I had to call you guys just to finally at 3am say he could give me a room but I had to be up at 5am n e ways so I pretty much spent 70$ for no reason at all I’m kinda upset about the money feel like they should give me another room for the night but this particular hotel is bad about service
- Claudeya (2/5): - There was a sign up saying “will be back in twenty minutes” and I was waiting around past that time. And there is no telling how long the sign was up before I arrived. It’s late at night, I paid in full online & my daughter is sleepy. I will not be back !
- Joseph (2/5): Bad - Room was nasty the towels were already used and had hair on them
- Kiwante (6/5): - Overall it was ok but the floor was leaking.. it was coming from the toilet in bathroom I think but the floor wouldn’t stay dry…
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Flapper of the toilet would fall off. Room had roaches
- Troy (2/5): - It had roaches in it and when I complained about it. I couldn't get my refund back. So I just lost out. Cause I wasn't standing there. I recommend you not to stay there.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible place to stay - It was awful we never ever plan to stay here again high crime area and not safe place to be especially if you have kids drug activity all around the hotel among permanent residents within the inn
- Jacobe (2/5): - My reservation was canceled by the property without informing me.
- Philip (2/5): - I made my reservation through expedia on May 1, 2024. I flew in to Memphis on October 9, rented a car and drove to the Delta Inn. When I arrived at 9 PM, I was told my 6 night reservation was cancelled. I was never contacted. I was pissed. When I talked to the person in charge the next day, she was rude did nothing for me. I was told by a third party that they cancelled all the expedia reservations. I did run into someone else who was cancelled and they had to go over 40 miles to find another hotel. I would stay away from this business
- Billy (2/5): - Reservation canceled 6 months ago, without notice, arrived with no room waiting, no help resolving ptoblem. WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN, too many companies wanting my business. I'll be considering small claims to recover the additional expenses incurred because you failed to notify my reservation was cancled for 5 months and kept sending we notices asking if i was excited about my trip. Thats not OK, I've already uninstalled your and Expedias app
- Wightman (2/5): - We arrived with reservation canceled without notice. They blamed Expedia for not notifying us we were canceled in June. I received communication from Expedia two days prior to arrival anticipating our stay. We’ll not use Expedia or Delta Inn and spread the word.
- ROBIN LYNN (2/5): - They DID NOT HONOR OUR RESERVATION!!!!! There was a big annual music festival that weekend & they cancelled my reservation when I CALLED THEM to confirm. This festival is every year on the same weekend for 30 years. They did not say they overbooked. They said they were working on the hotel. So why didn't THEY contact ME in advance? We drove through the property & there were no workers or vehicles in sight. Horrible way to run a business
- Carlos (10/5): - Excelente
- Vicki (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gail (2/5): - I felt unsafe a nd was forced to stay in my room while little Mexico screamed in the room next door at the connecting door. Bed was too hard and I slept on the couch, which was very comfortable when the yelling stopped
- Keuna (7/5): Good -
- Bobby (8/5): - Love it
- Edna (2/5): - Had a reservation for aug 30 through sept 1 and one of my nights was canceled without notice room was dirty had 3 towels they all was dirty bugs on floor mildew on the walls where they tried to cover it up with paint air conditioner would not go up or dwn
- A3096NYlarryp (2/5): Nightmare - Booked a room a month early only to get there and find out they are over booked, never received a phone call or email this is a sad situation because all Surrounding hotels were then booked so I was S.O.L. will never do business with them again I hope anybody who reads this won’t either.
- YOLUNDA S (6/5): - There was not enough of towels. It was to loud at night time Mexicans outside keeping up loud noises on the porch starting a fire cooking and drinking and drink I could not sleep good they so loud disturb everyone
- Gail (6/5): - The room is very old and electical needs work and tub wall us falling apart
- Emma (7/5): Good -
- Perkins (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gail (4/5): - Bed was too hard, I had to buy an air mattress, then blow it up outside because no hair dryer
- Richard (7/5): Good -
- Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Larry (2/5): - Noisy, no remote control to tv, customer service horrible.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Weekend stay - This hotel needs a major overhaul and i would suggest an ownership change to get things to proper. The staff is the only gem at this property they are excellent so much so i feel bad leaving a terrible review.
- Monica (10/5): - Great Stay
- Verified traveler (2/5): Be prepared - Old blood stain on the sheets, could not get room cleaned even when room service stopped by, could not get towels when requested, looked old and used, only had bathroom, sink, and small lamp by door for light, hair in tub. A/C worked properly, had Roku service.
- Grant (6/5): - It was good. Nothing outstanding about this one.
- Melody (10/5): Best Hotel to stay at - It was amazing everyone was and all ways be friendly, Happy, Smiling and always nice
- David (8/5): - Good for an inexpensive place to stay, but furnishings and fixtures are old and worn, and rooms could have been generally cleaner.
- John (6/5): - Good overall
- daniel (6/5): - Convenient and economical. TV didn’t work and a bit dated facility. Perfect for lone travellers. Staff were excellent and no major issues
- detroit (2/5): - Ain’t chipping off of the ceiling bathroom door, not working hard to open it got locked out
- Overtis (2/5): - The room, and floor smelled of smoke was in sheet and did not change linen.
- David (2/5): - The old girl is tired. I first stayed at this hotel close to 30 years ago. It was a pleasant family run, southern motor Lodge. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. The room he assigned me was not cleaned, the bed linens were stripped from the bed and stacked on a chair. The second room was clean enough despite the stained ceiling and cracked toilet tank cover. But I didn’t appreciate that the heater didn’t function very well, the slow running water in the shower never heated up, despite turning the temperature to the max. Some like a hard bed, I do not. Some like fat pillows, I do not. Not a good night, and I won’t be back. I will just hold on to the good memories I had staying here back in the day. And I haven’t been to see what’s in the kitchen in the lobby yet.
- Douglas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aaliyah (10/5): Exceptional -
