• Edith (8/5): Hotel OK - El hotel es lo mejor de Río Cuarto, las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y cómodas. Podría mejorar la conexión de wifi (es bastante limitada) y el desayuno (tiene pocas opciones)

• miguel (10/5): Experiencia muy positiva! - Fué la primera vez que me alojaba en éste hotel, y la relación precio-calidad es realmente muy favorable. La atención del personal fue excelente y la limpieza y otros servicios de primer nivel. Muy recomendable.

• julio (6/5): - El hotel es muy cómodo, el estacionamiento también, la habitación bien amplia. Dos temas, una pedí un masaje , no tienen masajista del hotel pero llaman a una independiente, no vino, pero no aviso, con lo cual me quede colgado, una barbaridad ya que habia demorado mis reuniones en Mendoza El restaurant está con un evento por lo cual no sólo no había algunos platos, sino que demoraron una hora, el resto bien.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Poca predisposición - El personal tuvo poca predisposición. Frente a pequeños favores que solicité (ej. quedarme un poco después de la hora checkout por motivos de fuerza mayor), se ciñeron a las "reglas" estrictas y no me demostraron interés en que quede conforme ni en solucionarme el problema. Otro hotel de la misma ciudad me hicieron esos favores "fuera de regla" y claramente en este hotel no les interesa que el huesped quede conforme. Salvo que sea estrictamente necesario, no regresaré. Más allá de eso, las instalaciones están muy bien, la pileta temprano por la tarde ya está cubierta por sombra.

• Eder Manzini (6/5): Breakfast and dinner earlier - it is a typical hotel, no special or different attractive, except the casino. For business stay works well. As far as I know, Rio Cuarto is a city almost dedicates to business. It means that usually people in business leave earlier the hotel and/or flexibility to have dinner. So, my insatisfaction goes to the restaurant when the breakfast starts at 730am (too late) and dinner is just after 9pm (too late). I complained to the hotel about that; the answer was: you are in Argentina. Here it works that way. It sounds pretty arrogante, once the hotel should recieve guests from different part of the world, so it is fair in offering some sort of flexibility, for instance: starting breakfast at 630am and diner at 700 pm. I believe that a typical Argentinian would not feel offended.

Great staff in the restaurant....brought my girlfriend and I a nice plate of cheeses,meats and crackers to the jacuzzi when all I ordered was some wine. Good hotel to stay at while in transit to Mendoza.
