A wide range of facilities, catering to all our needs, with the proximity of the Garden Route Mall and N2 motorway, an added bonus! A hidden gem, well worth revisiting! Property absolutely exceeded my expectations! Will be rebooking in the future!

- Katyra (2/5): Unpleasant,.. - The modern room No warnings about the renovations currently taking place, upon check in I had queried however was advised that the noise would decrease. This was not the case at all, morning of day 2 was absolutely horrific. I had called and complained and was transferred to a different hotel & at no cost to me I confirmed that they would be transferring accommodation including breakfast upon paid for on arrival for entire 8 days... 5 days later I was called an confirmation was provided by the GM the amounts was be transferred to ensure a seemless check out I was told I owed the hotel & that only a portion of the accommodation was paid. I called back & forth, additionally had to pay extra as I immediately ordered an Uber not expecting all this and in the end I am still waiting for the refund of the additional amount paid!

- Natalie (8/5): Very good - I was only there for one night, but found the room to be clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient and the service was excellent overall. Breakfast was good too.
