The property is beautiful and modern, situated in a peaceful environment with great restaurant. The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Jose (7/5): Its ok - It’s a boutique hotel, very private and calm. The service. I think it could improve, the first day people were unbothered and neglected. When we arrived to the facilities, it was raining once we parked our car we requested a umbrella to the security guard and he said that they didn’t have any, he didn’t even looked us in the eyes and was using his cellphone (unbothered), after doing the checkin we saw an umbrella RIGHT next to him. the people of the restaurant and the front desk agent did ok.

Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you could tell real attention went into every dish. The drinks matched that same quality, refreshing and perfectly crafted, adding to the overall experience. What really brought everything together was the staff. cybele (7/5): - The hotel is wonderful, super clean, super confy. The location is great if you wish to be outside of the city in a peacefull place with a stunning view. The restaurant is a disaster. The service is good, we can't deny it, and the location amazing, but the food... They dont know what they are doing. Unfortunatly.

Apart from restaurant and view, nothing else to do. They are supposed to have a collection of old cars, but nobody informed us of that

Yet a little neighborhood store 2 min down the hill to get snacks. Its just a beautiful place to be. Not applicable

Mayfel Ant. (10/5): En Camp David encontré paz y la acogida que buscaba para desconectar - Las atenciones de todo el personal, en especial la del lobby, muy amables. La limpieza y la arquitectura del hotel, hermoso, la vista es un must. El personal del desayuno fue amable pero cuando estaba muy lleno duraban mucho para pasar por la mesa .

Gilberto (7/5): Estancia agradable, el personal nos hizo sentir que nuestra presencia molestaba, la cena horrible... - Confort de las habitaciones El servicio al cliente, exceptuando el seguridad que nos recibió muy amable, y las conserjes siempre sonrientes todo el personal parecía estar molesto, incluyendo camareros, recepcionistas, la verdad que una verdadera decepción. Desayuno dominicano estaba muy bueno, sin embargo la cena fue un total desastre ambos risottos incomibles, calidad precio con relación al nivel recibido nada que ver.

Sabine (10/5): Entspannte Tage in einer luxuriösen Unterkunft zu einem angemessenen Preis - Sehr schöne Anlage mit Blick auf die Stadt Santiago und die Berge. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöner Balkon, sehr gemütliches Bett und Espressomaschine im Zimmer. Alles war sehr schön!

Cecilia (9/5): Escapada Recomendada! - Buena ubicación es como salir De Santiago pero están muy cerca, vista espectacular de noche y de día, servicio del personal excelente, atentos y serviciales, cama muy cómoda, desayuno muy completo y rico Creo que la ducha merece una mejora para una experiencia acorde a lo demás. El café de la habitación era una tacita pequeña... no pude tomar mi café de la mañana en el balcón apreciando la vista como hubiese querido.
Jean-Paul (9/5): A luxury hotel at a beautiful location - The hotel is beautifully located with a view on the mountains one site and a view on the city in the valley on the other side. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and a good restaurant. You are in the middle of the nature, but only 10-15 minutes from the city The breakfast was a la carte, so not a buffet. But no problem for us and it was a good breakfast.

Andy estarly (10/5): Relación calidad precio 10/10 - La ubicación es excelente, muy limpio y tranquilo; Recomiendo siempre que te guste estar en un lugar con paz. Quizás un bufé libre en el desayuno estaría mejor pero no es imprescindible ya que el que tiene a la carta cumple con la necesidad.

Jean-François (8/5): excellent sejour malgré inconvenient technique - tout etait parfait jusque dans la nuit le courant est partit et apres la climatisation a eu du mal a redemarrer et a commencer a faire un bruit etrange et a envoyer des goutelettes. nous avons du l'arreter. Ensuite c'est le frigo qui est entré en vibration et un bruit terrible. comme le frigo ne sert a rien comme il est vide nous l'avons debranché dans la nuit. sinon tout le reste etait bien et le repas etait de meilleure qualité de la derniere fois. vue toujours splendide de nuit. maintenance air climatiser et frigo
